I ordered delivery and it was excellent. The person who answered the phone was friendly and patient. The pizza arrived in less than 30 minutes, it was delicious, it goes a long way and is very filling because it's well prepared and has an excellent flavor. I definitely recommend it.

Recommended!!! We've been locals for over 35 years! One of their first locations was located on Valle de Bravo Street, in the La Romana neighborhood of Tlalnepantla. And they're some of our favorite pizzas. We've noticed some product changes, such as the cheese they use in the spaghetti, the pizzas, the pizza dough, and our latest order. Everything is delicious!

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I don't know what their delivery service is like, but when I went there for lunch, it only took 10 minutes to have my order ready—a freshly made, delicious pizza. They also make delicious burgers, which they serve with a generous portion of fries. The place was clean and tidy, and the service was very good, always friendly. The location is good.

Excellent service, delicious food, that pizza whatever you order, has something that makes them uniquely rich, I don't know if it's the pasta or the cheese but they really are different from other pizzerias even "brand" ones despite not having parking you could leave your car in the Aurrera expréss parking lot or to the side which is a parking lot of a subdivision, it is never busy, even in front or on the edges you can leave your car with the blinkers on.

Before they were very good pizzas, three days ago I went to buy 3 pizzas, 2 were almost burnt 😑 the spaghetti tastes like the same sauce as the pizza, the Mexican pizza is good but nothing special, it took almost an hour to get my order and we were the only ones in the place 🫤

Hace unos años era bueno, hoy día la persona que atiende es muy nefasta, te niega el servicio.

Pésimo servicio, tardaron una hora en entregar una pizza y entregaron una equivocada, según error del cocinero, una hora más en cambiarla, además los ingredientes de mala calidad, jamás volveré a comer una pizza de este lugar.

Pesimo servicio pedi una pizza y me la enviaron con todo el aguacate negro y del pollo ni hablemos parece de hace dias y la base toda quemada. No la revise antes si no se la hubiera regresado al repartidor.

No recomiendo, mal servicio y bajaron demasiado su calidad, para el precio no vale la pena.

Customer service is the worst on the face of the earth. They tried to charge me more than what was shown on the menu; when I asked, the service lady scolded me for looking at a website that wasn't theirs and asked me to cancel because "she doesn't have a problem with canceling." Maybe the owners are, but we'll never know.

The woman who answers the phone seems like she's doing you a favor. She's rude. Right off the bat, she tells you it'll take an hour to deliver and that you have to pay exactly the price. Do they think they're the only pizzeria? And the pizza is horrible. They're not like they used to be.

I'm very upset and disappointed. It used to be one of my favorite pizzerias, but now the service from the woman who works there is awful. She tries to charge you with a card reader whenever she wants, and worst of all, she won't let you bring your own soda anymore. I've never had a problem like this before. The pizzas aren't as good as they used to be... It's a real disappointment because people from the surrounding neighborhoods already know where to get food and bring their own soda...

Unfortunately today at 5:00 PM I placed an order by phone for 3 empanadas, they told me the wait time was 45 to 50 minutes and I ended up waiting 1 hour and a half but the worst was when I opened my order and found a mockery of empanadas which cost $65 pesos, they fit in the palm of my hand. I have been ordering food at this establishment for years, always my mushroom and cheese empanadas and if I ordered so much it was because they have good flavor and have always been a GOOD size although one time they took 3 hours to bring me my order. I called the place to tell them what was going on and a man answered and told me that the cooks made them differently and that they didn't have a standard size, but in all the years I had been buying, they had never sold me anything like that. He was going to return my call or give me an answer with the delivery guy since he was going to return because my payment was by card and I hadn't brought the terminal. In total, they never called me and the delivery guy came back to charge me or to return the food another 1 and a half times later. He called the place and passed me on to the girl I placed the order with, who very rudely answered that I shouldn't pay for the food but that my address would be noted so they wouldn't sell to me again and hung up on me. The truth is, I think with that customer service they are doing me a favor. Paying $200 pesos for 3 empanadas of that size is a joke, consider it if you are going to order home delivery because the truth is, it's not worth it. What a shame for the franchise.
