Es una de las primeras sucursales de la cadena en Mezico y actualmente tambien es centro de capacitacion. Acaba de ser remodelado el lugar y esta bastante comodo. Las papas y hamburguesas estan mejor cocinadas que en otras sucursales. La zona de niños esta abierta. Necesitas llevar mascarilla para entrar. Tiene estacionamiento. Muy recomendable para los niños.

El aseo y las medidas de seguridad del lugar son realmente buenas pero los alimentos y la atención son un poco casuales. Realmente tuve que cambiar mi orden 3 veces por errores de entrega, lo cual no tuvo ningún problema pero si fue desgastante. La tarjeta Wow y la cuponera siempre sin una buena opción para obtener un mejor precio

Les falta limpieza , por qué e ido varias veces y tienes que elegir que mesa está menos sucia , quitando eso todo bien

Hay menor personal lo que se ve reflejado en una atencion con mas tiempo de espera. Pero el personal es muy amable y se esfuerza por brindar una buena atencion. Sugerencia aumente el personal

It's a good option for a fast, hot meal. It has options for everyone, but they should always have salad.

Lo que es de esperarse de un restaurante de comida rápida; comida rica para lo que cuesta aunque porciones no muy generosas, buen servicio, rápido aunque a veces torpe pero hasta eso que siempre amable. La limpieza es constante. Cuenta con estacionamiento amplio y gratuito.

Bien pero cuando hay fiestas infantiles el volumen es excesivo

Servio lento, sobre todo los fines de semana d e igual manera no prestan atención a la limpieza del lugar tiene ventaja de que si descargas la app tienes varios descuentos, el estacionamiento es gratis y amplio y propio del lugar

Nice fries. But for chicken - which is basically the main product - you shouldn't go here. Not this KFC especially. All KFC's in general. The meat is from terrible quality and very expensive. How is this so popular since its terribly unhealthy and not even nicely flavored. Anyhow, there are some other options like fries which are fine. They have papas volcanas. They were rich in flavor.

El nuevo y mejorado tamaño de papas chicas es una mentada de madre, de algo si estoy seguro, es la última vez que compro comida en Burger King. La hamburguesa estaba regular, nada fuera de lo ordinario, el cajero no te da el cambio completo al pagar en efectivo, el restaurante llenísimo, lo único bueno de este lugar es el estacionamiento.

La tarde de hoy compramos dos hamburguesas para llevar, y al abrir el paquete y nos encontramos con la catsup y los jalapeños abiertos, así los pusieron en la bolsa, obvio no nos las comimos pues se ve incluso la catsup se ve abierta con los dientes, espero que puedan responder a mi comentario.

No pidan por delivery!!! Producto incompleto y aparte lo entregado deplorable y no hay manera de quejarse , DiDi de te un cupón pero eso no resuelve nada realmente

No pidan por didi, van dos ocasiones que pedimos combos y no los entregan completos, faltan refrescos, faltan nuggets y hasta hamburguesas. Didi nos ha hecho el reembolso (y se agradece) pero obvio en el momento nos quedamos sin comida y bebida y no siempre se tiene dinero para comprar otra cosa. No hay donde podamos comunicarnos directamente. Por lo que mejor vayan directo o pidan en otro lugar.

Las porciones son muy pequeñas para el costo, y luego no envían lo que pides y nadie se hace responsable. Son mejores las hamburguesas de las calles. NO COMPREN, NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO

Que decepción de lugar, cada vez más deprimente, pedí una hamburguesa con tocino y era “micro”. Pero enserio microtocino tanto que fui a reclamar y me dijeron literalmente: “¿Qué? ¿No lo ve? Está abajo de la rebanada de queso 🤷‍♀️. Ya se podrán imaginar que tan pequeñas estaban las dos lajas de tocino. Última vez que voy 🥲 y eso que cuando era pequeño mi hijo ahí festejábamos algunos de sus cumpleaños. Justo por eso decidí invitarlo el día de hoy. Vaya decepción que nos hemos llevado.

Pésimo servicio. No te entregan bien tu pedido y se tardaron en entregarlo todavía.

They have spoiled food and send it out like that; they never check the quality. It's infuriating to wait for your order only to have it arrive like that. Plus, it's difficult to contact them, and their solution is to give you a discount coupon for your next purchase or make you wait another hour for them to replace the product instead of replacing it as soon as possible. As if the store's terrible service is our fault.

Unfortunately, this place isn't what it used to be. I won't even mention the food because we all know the quality is terrible. The service, as many have said, is the worst. Young people who don't care about presenting a good image or following the rules. They also look tired and annoyed. But what I never imagined is that they would steal from the products you pay for. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!! Thanks KFC for charging me for 12 chicken strips and only giving me 10. Similarly, they hadn't included a salad I ordered. We only realized it was missing when we opened the bag. We told the guy who gave it to us, but we didn't think to check the number of pieces. While we were there, another person also had their order incorrectly and had to redo it.

I ordered an 18-piece package and it's supposed to be 3 sides and a biscuit. I bought 2 biscuit packages and ordered it to go, but they only gave me a salad and they stole the other two sides. Terrible service.

Terrible, the worst KFC I've ever eaten at. Their chicken tenders looked like they ran out of chicken and cut it in half, tiny little pieces. Their mashed potatoes were pathetic, their buns were all rubbery because they clearly reuse them, their soda was flat, and the hamburger was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen—not even the Happy Meal burgers are this bad. The service was awful; they're like the employees at Parisina, with no enthusiasm or attitude, like you're asking for a handout. Their service is a complete disgrace and disgusting. They have a system that's supposed to make ordering easier, but it seems like they're doing it to take jobs away from their "excellent" employees. They see that people, usually older adults, struggle with the system on the screens and they're not able to help them.
