We spontaneously visited this fantástico Harry Potter themed Cafe after a day at Six Flags and our experience left us glowing and happy. The staff members were extremely attentive, amiable and cheerful. They answered all of our questions and had great recommendations. The decor was súper fun, the drinks were awesome, and the extra goodies to purchase were like icing on a monster book cake. In sum, we had a blast and will definitely return the next time we are in the area! We ordered wings, french fries, hot & cold themed drinks, and a cake.

The place is quite large, the food is delicious, and the staff is helpful, attentive, and friendly. Furthermore, the ambiance is wonderful with spectacular views, and when I arrived (around 3:00 pm), it wasn't too crowded.

It was a very atmospheric place, the food was delicious, and the servers were incredibly friendly. I loved the house-elf theme and how they treated us like masters. I appreciated that they lend you the cloak and wand, and the servers even helped you take your photo. I really enjoyed the butterbeer; it was a bit stereotypical, but good, just as I imagined it. The ambiance is fantastic; you feel like you're inside the Great Hall.

It's an excellent place. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, the Harry Potter theme and decor are impressive and very well done. The Harry Potter movie is always playing, the atmosphere is top-notch, and above all, there are tons of spots to take photos. Without a doubt, it's an excellent place.

The place is magical! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a magical world! There are two rooms with different decorations. We entered the grand dining room, and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent! I highly recommend the artisanal butterbeer; it's delicious and will give you a real buzz! The atmosphere is perfect if you're a fan of the saga! The food and desserts are delicious and beautifully presented! Without a doubt, an excellent magical experience!

The experience begins the moment you step off the elevator. The place is beautiful. It's beautifully decorated and gives off a lot of Harry Potter vibes. You can watch the movies on the screens, and the decor is perfect. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and had a great time. The place fills up quickly; if you're bringing a large group, we recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff was quite friendly; however, due to the large crowd (it was a Saturday at 5 PM), it took a while to serve us. Still, everything was fine. The menu is extensive, with many individual and shareable options. You can order boneless burgers with fries or fries with cheese. There are pizzas, hamburgers, and hot dogs; this time we ordered skirt steak burgers, one with cheese, one with BBQ, and one Hawaiian. We weren't very impressed with the meat, and the fries tasted like they were frozen. There's also a wide variety of themed drinks. We ordered the non-alcoholic mojito, a hot chocolate bar, a piña colada, and beer. They were all very good, but when we ordered a mug of beer, it had a frozen fly stuck to the mug, lol. Be careful with that. We didn't order dessert this time, but we'll definitely be back to try them. At the end of your visit, they lend you capes from the different Harry Potter houses, wands, and hats so you can take photos in different spots. The bathrooms are spacious (there are about six bathrooms) and clean. I enjoyed the experience; I would only improve the quality and flavor of the food.

It was yesterday, August 16th. I was really excited to go because of the Instagram hype, but I was honestly disappointed. 1: There's no parking. 2: The place where we ate doesn't have more than 12 tables (it's a very small place). 3: There was another place next door that actually looked nicer in terms of theme, but for some reason, I couldn't get a table there. 4: The food seemed expensive for what it was and its flavor. (I'll leave the receipt so you get an idea.) I ordered a pizza that had almost no flavor. The nachos were just with supermarket cheese and some bacon crumbles. The burger took forever to arrive (after we'd finished eating), and the flavor wasn't good at all. The Butterbeer, in my opinion, was just water with flavoring and coloring. The beer was extremely sweet. The food is expensive because it's nothing special. I wanted to go just to check it out, and that's it. Would I go back? NEVER.

The place is incredible. Coffee 9 3/4 is a very special experience for Harry Potter fans. The atmosphere, decor, and themed details are all very well thought out: from the music to the photo props. It truly feels magical. However, there are two points I consider important to mention: 1. The food: There's a significant opportunity here. On our visit, several of the dishes seemed to be frozen or pre-cooked. Maybe it wasn't the best day or we didn't choose the best from the menu, but I think they could improve a lot in this regard to match the overall experience of the place. 2. The birthday package: I celebrated my birthday there and purchased the special package. The cake was very pretty, but unfortunately, it didn't taste good. Also, I felt the cost was excessive considering that other tables, who didn't pay for the package, also received loaner wands and capes for photos. In that sense, it loses value to pay for something that ultimately seems to be non-exclusive. Perhaps it would have been better to just order a cake a la carte and still enjoy the experience. Despite these details, the concept of the place is spectacular and the entire staff is very friendly. I would return for the atmosphere, but I hope they can work on those two points to make the experience more complete.

The food was delicious, the butterbeer was amazing. The only problem was the service; it was awful. Every single time, we had to get up to ask for our order, the bill, or even to order dessert. They didn't even acknowledge us when we sat down and were ready to order. The servers saw we were ready and ignored us. In the end, we were the only table there, and all the servers were at the bar chatting while we had to get up to ask for service. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with their terrible service. We relied on the reviews and found the complete opposite.

When they first moved to that location, the food was delicious and worth the price (even their menu said it was good quality). The last few times I've been, the fries are reheated, and this last time I went, they were literally dry and hard. My burger was toasted, haha. We ordered a kids' menu, and the mini pizzas were hard and burnt (the fries were the same as mine). The waiter very kindly changed it for me, but it was still very bad. There weren't any people there, like four of us, and it took them an hour to even bring us our drinks 🥹. The atmosphere is great, but the food is absolutely awful. Just order a Butterbeer, take your photos, and bye.
