I really love the food, but it's a real shame that the service and operation are so bad. It's easier to get a politician to deliver on their promises during a campaign than for you to deliver. As for the food itself, I have no complaints; it's simply delicious, and the amount of sauces is more than adequate. However, the service is incredibly slow. They always take forever to serve you, sometimes up to 10 minutes to get a drink even when you're sitting right next to the fridge. Not to mention that you try to arrive early, when they're supposedly open, and every time I arrive early, within their stated hours, they're not serving. This has happened to me more than five times. I hope they improve this because no one judges the quality, but the service isn't the best for what you're paying.
