Hemos ido a cenar aquí al Foster’s Hollywood de Luz del Tajo, la camarera que nos ha atendido Elena muy amable y muy atenta, pendiente de todos nosotros y las cocineras igual, todo como lo hemos pedido nos lo han hecho, tanto las cocineras como la camarera muy resolutivas. Nos vamos muy contentos, volveremos sin dudar. :)

Bien en general, las camareras bastante atentas. La chica que ha llevado nuestra mesa, creo q se llamaba Sandra era muy educada. Yo me he zampado un entrecot pedido al punto y aunq el corte no me ha gustado demasiado la pieza estaba buena y hecha perfecta al punto.
Fast food americana.
Nos pedimos cuatro platos,nos atendieron muy bien pero estuvimos mucho esperando, yo me pedí los contramuslos de pollo y estaban crujientes y jugosos, estaban buenos. El mac and cheese estaba un poco frío y para las patatas me gustaría que pusiesen más salsa, le pongo mayormente un dos por el tiempo y es una crítica constructiva, yo creo que sí os organizáis un poco mejor podéis mejorar mucho. Aunque se que cuesta organizarse por toda la gente que viene. Pero se que lo podéis hacer si le ponéis empeño
Fuimos a comer en familia y la chica que nos sentó, al pedirle mesa en sofá nos miró con mala cara. Después trajeron todos los platos menos uno, que lo reclamamos y tardó 20 minutos, además lo trajeron incompleto diciendo que no les quedaba Mac and Cheese sin darnos ninguna opción, simplemente lo dijeron y se fueron. La comida estaba buena pero el trato deja mucho que desear, parece que todo el personal está desganado. No volveré
Llegamos de los primeros para cenar en el local, la espera de la comida y la comida estuvo bien, la hamburguesa que pedí bastante buena. Sin en cambio el trato fue nefasto, las dos camareras hacían un trato desganado, desinteresado y a veces hasta ignorando nuestras llamadas. Esperamos más de 20 minutos para que nos hicieran caso para pagar, habiéndolas llamado previamente por 3 veces, sin estar el local lleno ni mucho menos. Si tuviésemos que volver por el trato recibido.. no sería el caso. La comida en general 7/10
The food is good, let's be honest, very tasty. The service... so-so... I don't know if it's the kitchen or the person taking orders... we ordered a starter that took about 20 minutes. An hour later, our main course arrived, and it was bad... neither the sauces nor the side dishes were right. Almost two hours for a meal. Foster's hasn't been what it used to be for years... it's gone from bad to worse.
Nos han tratado fatal a mí y a 5 chicas más desde el principio. Hemos llegado y ya estaban con malas caras, nos han dicho que se podía pagar por separado y al final nos pusieron pegas, y repito, con malas caras y malos tratos. La única chica que nos ha tratado bien es la chica rubia. Además nos hemos encontrado 4 cucarachas, 3 en el suelo y una en la mesa.
El jueves 27 de noviembre a las 15:30 mi pareja (embarazada) y yo acudimos a este restaurante. Antes de entrar vimos claramente que el horario de cierre era a las 16:30, por lo que entendimos que no habría ningún problema en ser atendidos. Nada más llegar, ya notamos miradas de molestia por parte del personal y tardaron en atendernos en la entrada, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío. Al preguntar por una mesa con sillones, una camarera nos respondió de malas maneras que esas mesas eran solo para cuatro personas y que “ya iban a cerrar”. Nuestra sorpresa fue enorme: faltaba una hora entera para el cierre, había apenas 4 o 5 mesas ocupadas y, para colmo, una de las mesas con sillones tenía solo a una persona sentada que paso delante de nosotros. La sensación fue clara: no querían atendernos. La falta de empatía, educación y profesionalidad fue total por lo que decidimos irnos. Somos clientes habituales, pero esta experiencia ha sido tan desagradable que nos hace reconsiderar seriamente si volveremos. Una pena que un local así pierda clientes por culpa de un personal mal formado y con tan poca vocación de atención al cliente. Cero atención, cero tacto y muy mala imagen para la marca.
A very disappointing experience. The service was terrible from the start: the staff showed little interest. When we asked if certain products were pasteurized (something perfectly logical and necessary), the response was unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in empathy. All six dishes arrived cold, and we were kept waiting for a very long time. The pasta was awful and cold. We were served by a dark-haired woman with long hair and a tongue piercing, whose service left much to be desired.
It took them about 10 minutes to attend to us at the door, all while they stood at their register and looked at us from there. Then, two of us ordered the set menu, and they brought the first and second courses at the same time (all four dishes). Of course, when they bring the first and second courses together, the second one gets cold (I've never had the first and second courses brought to me at the same time before). We waited a long time for them to come and ask us about dessert. After asking her several times, the blonde girl arrived, asked us what we wanted, and told us she would come and take the plates away. Spoiler alert: she didn't take them, and the waitress with the desserts told us we had to clear our plates because there wasn't room for dessert... Honestly, the service was terrible. Response to the review: You have to know when you're not doing a good job. The establishment's response implies that we ordered the dishes together or that they should clear our plates, and that's completely false. It was simply negligence on the part of the employees.
We ordered a salad where the avocado was black and overripe. The grilled chicken was cold and dry, and it wasn't freshly cooked. The sandwich was half empty, and the piece of chicken was boiled. A terrible experience. We won't be back.
Unacceptable, TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered food for delivery, and it didn't arrive at the promised time. After waiting 40 minutes, I called the restaurant, and they kept giving me the runaround, telling me to call back later because they were very busy. When I called again, it turned out my order had been ready at the restaurant from the start, and the delivery driver hadn't arrived. They hadn't bothered to notify me, for whatever reason. They told me I could only cancel it through the Just Eat app. The app said it couldn't be canceled that way. I called again, and they kept giving me the runaround, saying they would try to cancel it but to call back in 20 minutes because they were very busy. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude; she hung up on me a couple of times... as if it were my fault they weren't doing their job properly. To no one's surprise, when I called again as instructed, they didn't answer (after several attempts). An hour and a half later, the delivery driver arrived with the food hot... basically, they had just made it. 80 euros down the drain. I won't be back, and it's a shame because we used to go there very often. What a stupid way to lose customers.
HORRIBLE - Unbearable white light that was giving one of our companions a migraine. We asked to be moved to a different table and they gave us dirty looks. Twenty minutes later the restaurant was practically empty and they still hadn't moved us. - A very short, curly red hair dish that wasn't ours was on the table. - COCKROACHES on the table. - The waitress gave us a rude and arrogant look. - According to the waitress, the Christmas menu information on the website was wrong. It clearly stated one starter for two, one main course each, and one dessert for every two people. But according to her, the main course was also one for two. If the OFFICIAL website says one thing, why tell you the opposite there? That said, the waiter who brought our drinks was very nice and friendly.
Our experience at this restaurant was VERY NEGATIVE. Despite having a reservation three weeks in advance, we were seated at a table with excessively bright white lighting, which was very uncomfortable for our eyes. When we asked to change tables because one of us suffers from migraines, we were told there were no tables available. However, once the restaurant emptied, they didn't bother to offer us another option. When we tried to dim the light with a napkin, we were reprimanded. We wanted to order the Christmas menu (one starter and dessert to share between two people, and one main course each), but the staff told us that wasn't the case (they were offering one starter, one main course, and one dessert to share between two people). WE WOULD LIKE TO EMPHASIZE THAT THE MENU IS PUBLISHED ON THE OFFICIAL FOSTER'S WEBSITE. Furthermore, there were errors with the dishes, such as ordering a baked potato and receiving French fries. To top it all off, we saw COCKROACHES in the restaurant, which is completely unacceptable. As we were leaving, we informed the waiters, and their response was, literally, "We already know." Overall, an experience marked by a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and serious hygiene issues. We do not recommend it.
We've been here before and the service was usually good, but today was a bit of a disappointment. We spent the whole time trying to find someone to help us; on other occasions, it's been much easier to get through to the staff. The desserts were the worst part—the presentation left much to be desired (scoops of ice cream were almost melted or half-fallen), nothing like the picture on the menu. Just awful... a really bad experience today!
Terrible experience. The food took forever to arrive. I ordered pasta that was hard, clearly old and cold. The waitresses were wandering around, chatting away from the tables, while I waited for them to even look at me. It seemed like my order went in one ear and out the other, as they never came back to my table. There were hardly any tables occupied (only about five) for just three waitresses. What a shame. It's a nice place, but the service was awful, and the food was cold.
