Safe bet to come here if you aren’t sure here to go. Like all chains, you can’t go wrong with them. It was a bank holiday so places that we wanted to go to were closed and instead of trying to find another place, we just decided to come here. Food was fine, staff were friendly snd prices are fair. Would recommend.

Great ! The coffee is really tasty, but the coffee shop is small , very limited chairs. Great location , but it need tooooooo much walking …. Staff are little friendly.

Coffee was good as usual for Starbucks but the service was very slow. Normally I get my drinks fast but today they decided to take their time and chat while I waited more than 7 minutes for my coffee

Mind you: no drip coffee here. I ordered it and got a Cafe American. After complain, they admit that they don’t serve drip coffee. Everything else is fine except you expect to pay x2 of American price.

Avoid this Starbucks. They don't throw away old stuff, they are going to serve you what you want regardless how old it has been waiting to be served! Weeks? Maybe! Terrible experience! Over priced bad food and drinks!

A lovely view from the window upstairs, try to get the table right next to it. Otherwise it's a pretty ordinary Starbucks. Unfortunately the bathrooms were in a terrible state.

My experience was honestly very disappointing. The employees were polite and tried to stay professional, but the overall condition of the store was unacceptable. The place felt chaotic from the moment I walked in, overcrowded, poorly maintained, and noticeably dirty. Tables weren’t cleaned, the floor looked messy, and the whole environment felt neglected. The service was slower than expected, but it was clearly because there weren’t enough people working to handle the crowd. It came across as a management problem, not a staff issue. Overall, the store needs serious attention and better organization, because the current state is far from the standards you would expect.
