A great place to eat seafood in downtown Toluca, great service and very good dishes, they just need to improve the cajeta crepes.

The place is quiet and very pretty, the food is delicious. I liked the fish with almonds, and I would recommend it, but it has a significant amount of oil. The rice side dish is well cooked and the seasoning is very good. The steamed vegetables are cooked just right, preserving their color, flavor, and of course, nutrients. The guacamole they serve as a snack is super delicious and only adds enough spice to give it flavor. Regarding the clericot, I think they could cut the fruit a little larger and perhaps try using fruits with a bit more flavor. The apple strudel has a very good flavor.

The place is beautiful and cozy, an old building that has been adapted to become a nice restaurant, although with some flaws, such as the location of the restrooms. In short, a good place to go with your partner or family. The food is good and offers the familiar Puebla variety. Recommendation: order a pre-Hispanic dish with your meal.

Nice place, decent atmosphere but terrible food. I ordered a grilled fish fillet. It looked excellent but tasted awful. The rice was salty and tasteless, the steamed vegetables were frozen with ice still in them, and the steak was undercooked. This is just an Instagrammable place. I don't recommend breakfast or lunch.

Unfortunately, unlike the Santa Monica Restaurant located on Paseo Tollocan, the service is extremely slow. I ordered an Americano coffee, and it seemed like it was made from a pot, so much so that on two occasions they offered me more coffee from a pot. Another detail is that, knowing that my dish had broth, the waiter only gave me a fork and knife, and obviously, when I asked for a spoon, it took a while to bring it, resulting in the food getting cold.

It's pretty good, but the truth is there isn't much variety in the buffet, and some waiters don't clearly specify what certain items include. Other than that, the service is good.

It's not amazing if you compare prices to quality. I ordered the chile en nogada, and it wasn't bad, but if you look at the picture, there are much better options, and I think I'd pay that price elsewhere. The waiter was very helpful and attentive, trying to excuse the kitchen's shortcomings: the soup was a bit undercooked, the rice was raw, and the cemita didn't have any filling. They need to work harder; I think they can improve a lot. The place is nice and cozy, though. I would go back to give them another chance, but only one more time.

It took an hour to bring the breakfasts of the people we went with. They held us up to clear up a bill that had been paid. No apology, at least. My juice was watered down. The place isn't bad; it was pleasant, well-ventilated, and the food isn't bad either, but they could have handled the issues better.

I wasn't happy with it for two reasons. First, the waiter highly recommended the Santa Monica mole, but honestly, it was bland. The Doña María mole from the little jar tastes much better than the mole they gave me. Second (and I think it was my fault for not noticing), the dish only included the chicken with mole; I had to buy the rice and I don't remember what else separately. I asked for it without hesitation because I wasn't going to ruin my meal. For $279, I assumed it was included, but it wasn't. Oh, and finally, the tortilla chips were a bit stale, and the bread roll was cold and hard. That's all. Thanks and regards!

As you know, salmon is an expensive but nutritious dish... it turns out they gave me fake salmon, and I say that because it's not the first time I've had it elsewhere... It's regrettable that the owner bought a different type of salmon that pretends to be the real thing, because there is another fish very similar to salmon... AND THAT HE DECEIVES HIS CUSTOMERS... Of course, I ate it because it's food and it's sacred, but what they're doing at the restaurant isn't right. I'm attaching the photos. And I hope the manager will have a good word with me. 🤔
