The service is fast, but once they broke into my car.
I used to eat pizza at other chains, but when I tried this one, I loved it. The pizza is very special and different from the rest. The only downside is the price, but I think it's worth paying a little more for this product. I've become a Domino's customer and I highly recommend it, even though the restaurant is a bit small, but it's not a problem.
The service is very slow, whether at the counter or at home. There isn't much difference in quality between other brands and this one. 🍕 One drawback is that their "large" pizza is actually small.
Delicious as always, but the wait was over 30 minutes. Maybe it's because it's the weekend. It's better to have it delivered than wait there with other people around.
Bad service, very slow delivery
The delivery man, despite his delay and terrible service, demanded a tip and I don't know why they set an arrival time if they don't deliver. It was a bad experience and I don't recommend ordering home delivery from this fast food company. I prefer low expectations.
They are so rude when you call customer service, the app crashes a lot and I called to cancel the order because it wasn't even what I wanted to order and the payment method was something else, I called it right after the order was sent so it wouldn't work and they told me it was already working, oh well, and then after that they canceled it but they didn't even let me talk, they told me then they canceled it and hung up on me, what the hell!
Terrible service, your order never arrives and when you call to ask they leave you waiting for more than 10 minutes and don't answer.
The food looks like they just threw it into the box.
Terrible place, they don't pay attention to delivery orders and send whatever they want or whatever they understand and can hear 😡😡 and on top of that, it takes over an hour for the order to arrive. They should hire more staff if they can't keep up on weekends, and they should be well-trained.
DISAPPOINTING The service is incredibly slow, whether you're in the restaurant or delivering it to your home. It takes an hour or more to deliver a pizza. I find the phone service ridiculous, because when you call to check the status of your order, they're ALWAYS busy or the delivery person has just left on their way to your address. The time it takes to get a fast food meal is simply RIDICULOUS compared to other similar options in the area.
They went overboard with the awful seasonings!! Add more ham, cheese, or meat, or better yet, get a job somewhere else.
Horrible place to eat, they steal from you in the parking lot, they smashed my car window and I didn't receive any support or help, the manager is Gabriela Torres
