First time. Will definitely NOT be our last. Quantity and quality of what we ordered was over the top outstanding. This is one restaurant we would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have been trying to find a good Chinese restaurant since we moved to this area 7 years ago. There's another one that I like, but my wife can't stand it. We finally came across Jade Garden and we both were very pleased. By far the best we've had in this area, and maybe the best we've had anywhere.

Quaint little family owned chinese food place. Great delivery service. Very timely if ordered before the rush. Food is very good and always freshly made. Also a great lunch menu and place to hang and eat.

We love this place! Their family meals are so convenient and the amount they give of food lasts for another day. We've tried different varieties of the family pack and it never disappoints.

The orange chicken was really good for price. These guys always have good service as well. Super fast delivery most of the time. Would definitely recommend Jade especially because of the large portions and good price.

Really good Chinese food. Our current favorite for American-style Chinese food. Egg rolls were fresh and delicious. Love the fried rice but order it with some meat. Special fried rice is fantastic.

Great service, fresh and tasty dishes, wonderful ice tea and a full menu. I got the Kung Pao Chicken which was delish, my friend ordered the Mongolian Beef. He said it was great. Went there for lunch, and ordered off their lunch special menu. As I said before, there are many choices. Your entree comes with soup, egg roll, cheese puff and fried rice. We both ordered the hot and sour soup wich was very tasty. Overall this place gets five stars. I will definitely return.

Been eating from here for 12+ years on and off and even moved away and can’t find a better tasting chinese food than theirs. Delicious and always fresh. We drive about an hour plus when we want to eat from here and it’s always worth the trip. Never a complaint, never have leftovers either. Truly a family staple.

Not only is the food great ( my fav the egg rolls and wonton soup) but our delivery driver yesterday in the bad weather worked with us to meet since our road was flooded due to rain, we were unaware it was flooded. Just wanted to point out the great service and the wait for the delicious food was worth it! Thank you for having great customer service considering the bad weather!

The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff were polite. The food was fresh, the portions were large and presented nicely. I was impressed with the flavor of the food and will definetly eat here again. We had Won Ton Soup, Meat Egg Rolls and Special Fried Rice. Really good..

First time we ordered from this place, we received sub par sesame chicken. Everything else was fantastic so we gave it another go. This place makes the absolute best wonton soup. My order was delivered in 25 minutes so everything is piping hot! Highly recommend this place!

Lightly breaded boneless skinless breasts General Tso chicken it's pretty good I went in after the lunch rush. Unfortunately the restaurants smelled as though they were having sewage problem. Food was good. Most of their items are a dollar to $2 more than their competition down the street

What a staple Chinese place! Their general chicken is delicious. Their staff is very attentive - my drink was never empty. I appreciated the calm, relaxed atmosphere inside. I will be returning!

Recently tried this place in our search for good Chinese food. We ordered Won Ton and hot and sour soup. Both were OK. We ordered KungPao chicken and Beef with Broccoli. The KungPao was prepared different than most places but it was as well OK, we ate all of it.. The Beef with Broccoli was not so good had a weird taste so we did not eat most of it. Might return.

I will never pay $17 for Kung pao chicken again! For one person! Comes with a tiny thing of rice! I can pay $17 at a Chinese buffet and get a ton of food and it taste the same! Including sushi! That’s the most I’ve ever paid at a Chinese restaurant and the food is just OK. Stop calling it a family dinner this is for ONE person not a family! Won’t be back!

Only the sweet and sour come with no sauce on them so you're supposed to dip them and that's not bad but if you want generals tso or orange chicken, they use those same tenders and toss them in a sauce and they're very soggy and not appetizing at all.

Service is great but u fortunately the food is very sub par. I love the egg rolls but most of of the chicken dishes (sweet and sour, general tso, and orange chicken) are fried skinny chicken tenders. Only the sweet and sour come with no sauce on them so you're supposed to dip them and that's not bad but if you want generals tso or orange chicken, they use those same tenders and toss them in a sauce and they're very soggy and not appetizing at all.

We usually get takeout from here, but they have recently switched to styrofoam for their takeout containers. The hot lo mein noodles seem to deform the styrofoam and make me concerned that chemicals are getting into my food. If they switched back to the plastic containers we would consider ordering from here again.

I purchased the (6) Fried Chicken Wings for $9.25 and expected WHOLE chicken wings but received half wings (6). Also, they were heavily breaded and didn’t resemble wings at all. I also ordered the special soup for two which was very good. The owner did not want to refund the order but offered a free item on next purchase.

I have been a costumer of Jade Palace over thirty years now, and I must say the food was a great disappointment. I ordered a family dinner for four. The press chicken was very dried, and missing the top sauce. Even though I ordered dinner for four, we had to serve one tablespoon of each meal for each four of us. I will go to Jade Palace again. I drove twenty five minutes to get my food, because Jade’s was good, but not anymore.

My wife called and ordered food here. She told them she has allergies to shellfish and green beans and they assured her there was none in the food. She’s now in the hospital on an IV drip because she found out there was shrimp in the food. I called and informed the only person who works there (THAT DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH) about the food allergy and he hung up on me. I called again and he refused to call the manager. He then offered to credit her meal-ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I told him I need his insurance information and he refused to give it to me.

Worse Chinese food in Tomball!!!!!! The general tso was terrible. I wish I had followed the nasty chicken finger review I read, because that's exactly what it was. My soup taste like bad water base. The crab puffs and sweat n sour were good, but that was it. Don't waste your money. I can't believe people actually rated this place best Chinese food. They were also more expensive.

My kids and I stopped here for lunch one day, it was our first time so we thought we would give it a try. BIG MISTAKE! We ordered fried chicken wings,the chicken was not fully cooked, the outside was fried so much, that it was so hard to take a bite. My son and I ordered the general tso chicken, ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE! it was fried chicken strips covered in sauce! Not worth what I paid to eat at this place. We ended up leaving most of our food.

I placed an online order tonight with them. I called them 30 minutes after my order was promised and the guy who answered did not even check on my order he just said 5 - 10 minutes. I called back again 20 minutes later knowing I had been given a BS answer. This time I ask them to confirm that my order was ready and I was put on hold and disconnected a few minutes later. My third call I was not put on hold and I could hear them talking and they clearly had know idea where my order was. I was then told that I did not place an order. Needless to say I told them to cancel and cooked a frozen pizza for a 9:00 PM dinner.

Friendly, but the meat portions are EXTREMELY small and diced so tiny you cant find what little there is in the fried rice and lo mein. Also, the Orange beef is supposed to have thinly sliced flank steak, but I ordered it dry this time so I could dissect it. It's a literally paper thin, white fatty peice of something that is NOT flank, or maybe not even beef. At $12, this is a total ripoff. I'll never go there again.
