Esperienza più che positiva in via Po. Eravamo un gruppetto di 10 persone e il servizio è stato veloce, puntuale e abbiamo "mangiato tutti insieme". Cortesia e accoglienza hanno incorniciato il pranzo dell epifania. Il cibo di ottima qualità (i tajarin con il ragù di salsiccia una squisitezza). Sarà un piacere ritornare in questo locale! Siamo arrivati per caso sfidando alcune recensioni negative. Abbiamo trovato personale gentile, disponibile ed attento. Il servizio è stato puntuale e tempestivo, i piatti preparati con cura (in una cucina a vista con vetrate su strada!) e ben presentati. Porzioni giuste e prodotti di qualità. In posizione centrale. Assolutamente consigliato!

L’ambiente è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e perfetto sia per un pranzo veloce che per una cena più tranquilla. Il personale è gentile, attento e sempre disponibile a consigliare i piatti del giorno. La cucina è davvero ottima: ingredienti freschi, piatti ben presentati e sapori che richiamano la tradizione piemontese con un tocco moderno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e atmosfera piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un posto genuino e curato nel cuore di Torino. Tornerò sicuramente! Fabrizio sei numero 1!!!

Abbiamo cenato in in questo ristorante durante una vacanza a Torino, anche se non avevamo prenotato in 10 minuti siamo stati fatti accomodare nella sala superiore molto accogliente. Il menu ha piatti tipici della tradizione piemontese, la lingua con la salsa verde e la battuta di fassona ci hanno lasciato senza parole... Semplicemente squisite. Ottimi anche gli gnocchi di patate viola con fonduta di gorgonzola e noci e gli agnolottini. Servizio rapido e cortese e conto in linea con la qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato.

Attratti dal locale molto caratteristico sotto i portici abbiamo deciso di fermarci x un pranzo veloce prima della partenza! Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo tagliere accompagnato da un buon calice di vino dei plin al sugo di arrosto davvero fantastici. Anche la panna cotta con il liquore al bicerin molto buona. Il proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, ci ha offerto un'ottima grappa di fine pasto! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

It was pure luck to find this typical restaurant. We took some formaggi with vitiello tonnato with white wine, and even the dessert was exceptional, especially the tiramisù.

Excellent food & service, endless wine selection, nothing is inconvenient for the owner/waiter & his wife. Go upstairs, much better than the front room or pavement tables. Upstairs is quiet, airconditioned and lovely. Best roast potatoes in Torino

Locale in corso Po in pieno centro storico. Forse questo giustifica i prezzi leggermente alti. Ottimi i plin, buono il vitello tonnato di cui ho trovato un filo troppo cotta la carne ma ottima la salsa. Ampia scelta di vini, buonissimo il nebbiolo. Personale professionale, cortese. Un buon pranzo senza dubbio.

Per essere in centro questa osteria ha superato le mie aspettative! L’ambiente è tradizionale e accogliente con un servizio preparato e disponibile. Il cibo mi è piaciuto: come antipasto abbiamo ordinato del vitello tonnato e un flan di zucca (piatto del giorno), entrambi gustosi e di qualità; poi per primo ho optato per dei ravioli vegani aromatizzati alle erbette, ripieno saporito ma un po’ troppo olio per amalgamare il tutto. Nel complesso ci ritornerei per assaggiare anche altre proposte. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto considerando che siamo in pieno centro.

Lungo la via Po sotto i portici, in cerca di un posto dove pranzare, abbiamo deciso di fermarci qui. Il menù mi aveva colpito per la semplicità ma anche per la novità. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha fatto accomodare all'estero. Purtroppo la strada trafficata è abbastanza rumorosa e dipende che mezzo passa, rimbomba sotto i portici. Peccato, però stare fuori ha anche il suo fascino. Cibo ottimo. Pollo morbidissimo e asparagi cotti alla perfezione.

Storico locale situato sotto i portici di via Po. Cucina tipica piemontese. Locale da battaglia : servizio rapido e ben organizzato, sempre cortese. Abbiamo mangiato nella sala al piano inferiore dove c'è lenoteca ed il banco salumi. Niente da ridire: porzioni abbondanti, buoni i piatti conto in linea.

Did a wine tasting here - the wine tasting was fantastic and Fabio was great! The issue I had was the description clearly says “take a walk through the vineyards” there was no walking other than being told this is how the wine was made and where it came from as this location is downtown Turin … we had to “walk” the vineyard in my head .. way less steps just not what the advertisement said

After initially wanting just to freshen up with an Aperol Spritz, we decided to have a meal. There was one table inside, only after we sat, that I noticed another floor was up. We had an hour and a half, before the next reservation. The menu was in Italian, they did show us a QR code for the English menu, but the names of the dishes were also in their Italian variant, and one of the waiters had to translate. There was a miscommunication, so two of us received raw meat (carne cruda) which is in fact a Piemontese dish. The pickled onions in red wine and the toasted bread were a very nice companion to the meat, but our friend didn't finish her meal. The lasagna and spaghetti were good. Also the meat and cheese plate was very good as an addition. Have in mind that in the bill the restaurant ads an extra fee, coperto which is a per-person fee due in all kinds of restaurants in Italy and it means cover charge. It covers the costs for tableware, table linen, and bread. So only trattorie, pizzerie, and restaurants charge you with it. Or places where you sit and have a meal (or at least a course). Some dishes were a bit pricey for us, maybe those were standard prices for the locals, or Italians. The staff was overall polite, one of them was a bit loud in his addressing. The ambient was cosy, one can say, yet nothing much spectacular. The bistrot is located on a corner, in the passages on Via Po. The Aperol Spritz was very good but not served in the typical high glass.

Tagliata was medium rare, but lacking grilled flavour for my tastes. Wifes agnelotti seemed to be twice cooked, as did my potatoes. Reasonable value but not a special meal for Turin. A dog kept barking loudly at another table, ruined even the sleepy ambience, no intervention attempted by staff - but ok its a simple bistro. I would avoid this place personally. A waste of a mealtime as a gastrononic tourist.

It’s alright. I liked the glass of wine more rather than the braised meat with polenta or vitello tonnato. I don’t know how they cook braised meat but from what I know. Slow braised meat should be soft, and tender to eat. Just look at the second photo, the darken part is impossible to chew or eat. The meat seems that it has been left in the fridge to dry out for a while

Notwithstanding we asked if we could only have a drink, not withstanding there was NO ONE around, shortly after ordering some wine a very unpleasant lady came and told us we were supposed to leave quite soon as they needed our small table to seat (invisible) customers for dinner... Not worth going back! There are so many other places in Turin, where you can enjoy wine AND good service!!!
