I coulda eaten 2 of these sandwiches. Very thinly pressed waffle paninis, or this other cracker-bread. Cheesy and gooey. I want one right now. If we were in turrin longer, I would have gone back in a second. Inexpensive and good. Yum!

Who knew waffles were an old Piedmontese specialty? I've gone to this place three times, so I clearly like it: it's consistently good, it's fast, it's inexpensive, and the people are friendly. What they sell are basically 3 different kinds--though this is a thinner kind--which are the classic, the 'sbagliata' waffle (which is my favorite and has whole grains mixed into the batter), and the miasa (which is a non-gluten corn/maize batter) which is seasonal and only available in the fall and spring. Fillings are different types of ham, or turkey, and various cheeses. They've got sodas, and a small but good selection of artisanal beer. You can have a nice waffle and a tasty brew for 10 euros.

I thought it was just one of local specialty food, but it was delicious enough to surprise me. All of the ingredients were carefully prepared, and the gofreria were made fresh straight after the order. Eating gofreira in this restaurant is one of the best things to do in Turin!!!

Ammetto che non conoscevo il prodotto. Come prima volta mi è piaciuto molto, qualcosa di diverso. Consiglio per un pranzo veloce. Forse un po' di accoglienza in più da parte del personale non sarebbe male.

La qualità del prodotto non si discute. Peccato però esserci andati dopo le 15,30 e di domenica. Infatti molte scelte non erano più disponibili sul personale era comprensibilmente stanco. Purtroppo i bagni e la pulizia dei tavoli non erano all' altezza del posto. Ripeto, il cibo era squisito....ma....

Sono ritornato dopo un paio d'anni a gustare i gofri. Ne ho ordinati 2 veramente deliziosi con il solo difetto di una farcitura insufficiente ma comunque molto buona. Ho chiesto al titolare alcune varianti per cui ho mangiato 1) prosciutto, pomodoro, maionese 2) prosciutto toma di Lanzo, crema di peperoni. Ritornerò anche per poi passeggiare nella splendida via S. Tommaso

Street food piemontese di antica tradizione. Goffre (farina bianca) e miasse (farina di mais) infatti sono “cialde” preparate al momento su delle piastre e da condire tipo piadine. Consiglio di provarle, non le ho mai trovate da nessun’altra parte. Non andate troppo tardi, altrimenti potreste trovare degli ingredienti non più disponibili. Da martedì a venerdì chiude alle 15:30. Avrei messo 5 stelle se il ripieno fosse stato più abbondante e distribuito più omogeneamente fra centro e bordi.

Locale piccolo con pochi tavoli all’interno. I Gofri sono buoni ma poco conditi secondo me, il servizio è stato lento visto che era un sabato e c’era tantissima gente e loro hanno poche piastre a disposizione. Tutto sommato mi sono trovata bene e ci tornerei.

Vuoi mangiare qualcosa di tipico piemontese a due passi dal centro? La gofreria piemontèisa fa al caso tuo! Bel locale, materia prima fresca e di ottima qualità. Personale cordiale e spazi puliti. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, consigliato!

Locale piccolino, quasi nascosto in via Barbaroux. A primo impatto sembra abbandonato perché è presente un solo signore a fare tutto ed a volte sparisce nel retrobottega. Si tratta di un cibo tipico Piemontese, il Gofre, un impasto a metà strada tra la piadina ed un waffle. Gli ingredienti sono buoni come qualità ,ma veramente scarsi come quantità. Sia il Gofre che la Miassa (una specie di scacciatina di polenta) sono particolari e sfiziose, ma per un pranzo sono troppo poco, più per una merenda o un aperitivo direi. Prezzo alto rispetto al servizio. Da provare una volta, ma difficilmente torneremo per pranzare.

Non capisco la fama di questo posto. Decente come asporto immagino (?), ma l’esperienza è mediocre. Una persona sola a fare cassa, servizio e cucina - com’è possibile? Per giunta nel weekend, a pranzo? Tempi di attesa lunghi e cibo purtroppo sopravvalutato. Pochissimo condimento, e impasto tutt’altro che memorabile. Il locale dentro è triste e poco curato, oltre che freddo.

Il gofre non è niente di straordinario, un toast con impasto molto leggero e una farcitura buona ma scarsa. Il servizio purtroppo è pessimo con tempi di attesa molto lunghi dovuti alla limitata capacità della cucina e alla lentezza del personale nella fase di farcitura dei gofre. Inoltre il mio gofre aveva un sapore di tartufo che non ci sarebbe dovuto essere e che era stato usato per l'ordine precedente. Non ci tornerei.

Domenica, salone dell'auto, Torino piena di persone, come questo locale, ma una sola persona per cucinare, servire e battere scontrini. Risultato, oltre che a toccare il denaro contate con gli stessi guanti con cui cucina la piadina, ti ritrovi ad attendere 40 minuti per una piadina. Cibo anche buono, ma esperienza irripetibile(?)

Caratteristico locale, molto pubblicizzato ma con prezzi sostenuti senza mangiare a sufficienza. Il panino fatto con la Goffra costa dai 6/7 euro, ma ne devi mangiare almeno due per saziarti a pranzo. Lunghissima attesa difficile trovare posto a sedersi.

Abbiamo aspettato 45 min per essere serviti con il locale mezzo vuoto (alle ore 14:30). Eravamo in 6 ma sono stati servite ingiustamente persone in coppia arrivate dopo di noi. Il costo è esoso, 6,5 euro non vale una simil piadina. Sconsigliato vivamente

Taste aside, this place is an operational disaster! I stepped into the premise at 14:45 and it was a full house of around 20 guests. But there was only one man on the staff doing everything from cooking to serving to cashier. From my observation, most of the guests there are waiting for their order. When I left at 15:10, the gentleman behind the counter hadn’t even started preparing my Gofre. I know it’s called “slow food”, but waiting 30 for a simple sandwich is still outrageous!! Will recommend everyone to avoid!
