I went through the drive through. This place is very busy but they get you through fast. I love their burgers and well done fries!
Maybe it's the staff being so full of joy or the food being so delish, either way the place is alive with happy people. The best diner burgers at an exceptional price.
If I could give this store a 10 ⭐️ I would! Let me start by praising ROBBY for taking my full page of 8 special order combos and giving me EXACTLY what we asked for!! We have ordered Office birthday lunches from everywhere in town and there’s always something wrong. He took my paper and input the order on his own, he made bags with everybody’s name and order on each one and we all got exactly what we wanted!! I sat there, watching the crew, execute their jobs in a timely, efficient, clean, and spirited way. They all smiled and joked with each other. I could tell they counted on one another to do their job right. A perfect teamwork scenario! It was obvious that each person took pride in their station and did their job well. I came in at 12:22 in the afternoon, prime lunchtime, and they got my order done in 20 minutes… And that included 8 crazy orders with well done or animal style fries, protein style burgers, some with onions, some without, And some plain with no sauce ! milkshakes, and sodas, I even got a root beer float. Well done Imola In n Out!! Today’s crew was tip top!! THANK YOU!
Daniel is amazing! His level of service is incredible. He always has a smile on his face. He checks in on every table. On top of good food, he made the experience great!
First timer. Was so good I went three times in four days. Great burger and fries. Fast service. Very clean. Great hot peppers by the condiments. Exactly what I was looking forward to, maybe better.
Went in this morning with my sister and grandma and there was one employee specifically named Daniel who was so incredibly kind. He asked us for our order number and once it was ready brought it to our table. He conversed with us and made jokes and was overall just so nice and even checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying the food. :) so thank you Daniel
Always busy but it's definitely worth the wait. The cheapest place you can eat out for yourself or your family. We all love in and out burger. The food is still great and they haven't raised the price too much. So worth it

Clean. Fresh. Friendly. We are vegetarians. We get “ vegeburgers” and cheeseburgers. There are no actual burger patties on there just a lot of great vegetables. We add extra vegetables for a delicious sandwich. So four of these sandwiches +2 fries +2 medium drinks less than $25.
Been to in n out a bunch this one was the first time. Burger was on point as usual fries hot, everything was great. Today the reason for writing a review was the SERVICE there was an older gentleman that was just moving cleaning serving meals calling numbers talking to customers making sure everything was well. Then even cleaning up customers food as soon as they finished that last bite. Then I get in my car and this guy is grooving cleaning the outside. This guy needs that raise $26.50. Made the experience.
Very busy location but worth it for the food. There was a queue out the front door when we arrived and it was super busy, but we were pleasantly surprised as the line went quickly and we received our food equally as quick.
Daniel , The gentleman who works the lobby is outstanding . What a great experience eating in the lobby . He made us feel so relaxed and helped out so much . He’s amazing at his job . Thanks again Daniel , this isn’t fast food this is great reliable and delicious food !
Tasty burger and fries. Busy location, but workers were efficient. Pleasant staff that greeted me with a smile. It was my first time eating at an In and Out burger. I had questions about their secret menu item I had heard about. Cashier was very patient and helpful.
Not sure what the hype is with West Coast people with In-N-Out Burger, but to me, it was pretty much the same as McDonald’s. Regardless, the cheeseburger and fries were great. Perfect drunk food. The service here was fantastic. They were so friendly and patient with our drunk ordering.
Very busy Saturday Night ... Burger was good, but order sat on counter for several minutes before number called!
Food is good and fresh. They should have a list of toppings and they should have bacon as a topping.
Loved the burgers and that they come with generous toppings! The fries were very dry though and were a lot different from fries at other fast food places. Would definitely come back for the burgers though!
First time having In-N-Out, and I personally don't see the hype over these burgers, and definitely not the fries. Fries were cold and tasteless. Drive thru person, standing outside to take order, seemed unable to concentrate and got order wrong upon repeating.
People sure love In-n-out burger in California. I've been to few and this location was quite busy during lunch. We waited quite a bit for our meal as they prioritize drive-thru. The staff here is very friendly and service is great. But I'm just not a fan of the burgers compared to other places. The bun is always crunchy as its very toasted and the fries are hard and dry. Love the atmosphere here and again the staff is having tons of fun while working here. Place was very busy and we ended up eating outside as the dining room is small and there were no seats available.
Cashier Madison G.A. needs to greatly improve her customer service skills. At the very least, she should smile and avoid rolling her eyes when customers ask questions…
Well I am writing this review after sitting 40 min in line and still not close. Every car is taking an eternity to serve, this is by far the longest I’ve ever waited on planet earth for food. I love In n out but seriously no food is worth this wait. Truly inbelievable amount of time. By far the slowest of probably 50 In n Outs I’ve been to.
This is probably the worst food quality in n out I’ve been to. I was shocked at the size of the burger patty (see photos). I’ve never seen a patty so thin at an in out….i think I would have gotten a thicker and better patty/burger at Jack in box! Looking at the other burger pics from this spot, I’m just wondering if we were really unlucky with our order. Can you say shrink-flation?? :/ Not only that but the worker got our order wrong also, I know everyone makes mistakes but that was just the icing on the cake! Won’t be going to in n out for awhile…
