Without exaggeration, the best sancocho in Cali and the Valle del Cauca region... We always go there and the quality is perfect. The big tostada and the aborrajados are highly recommended... And the sancocho itself is made with chicken, but the seco (dry version) is served with a charcoal-grilled chicken leg: absolutely delicious. If Andrea isn't serving you, you'll have to be patient with the other waiters, who, being from the area, don't have much experience and sometimes make a mess of things... but it's not a big deal... You should actually help them out. 😊

Traditional restaurant serving lunch and breakfast, including options like sancocho, grilled meats, and pork chops. They also serve arepas and traditional Valle del Cauca appetizers (aborrajados, marranitas, empanadas, etc.). The sancocho is a single-serving portion, the grilled chicken is excellent, and the juices are generous.

It has a very varied menu, but it's a bit pricey compared to the quality of the food. If it were cheaper, the prices would reflect what they actually serve, or they should try harder to justify the price. But it's tasty.

I liked the food but it may be the season or day, but they didn't have most of the things on the menu so it was pretty much a forced selection. The price can be high for some people wanting more quantity but the quality is good. They would change your fish if the meat is undercooked for you.
