amazing food generally; most importantly they had amazing ramen. the gyoza and fried chicken were also great. It's just we waited for a bit longer than expected

We arrived not far from closing but they allowed us to order anyway. Service was friendly and efficient. The guabao was ok, pork belly could be better braised and it was weird to have mayonnaise with it. The ramen broth was flavourful if too salty, the noodles were springy and al dente. I guess the prices were a bit high for Italy and even for Japan (that I visit regularly). But it was a decent address for ramen Japanese-style. Incidentally would be good if they could offer free chilli powder (e.g. shichimi) to go with their soups. I noticed that a portion of chilli would incur a 2€ charge.

The service time is extremely long. We’ve waited for almost 50 minutes after placing our order. It’s not about slow preparation, but rather a timing issue, as the table of 6 that ordered after us was served before us. A wait like this, especially during a less busy time, is very disappointing. I expected faster service as this speed is unacceptable. While the taste is good, this kind of wait really ruins the overall experience. It’s better to show up at the opening time to get a decent service.

The staff looks unhappy, irritable and unfortunately, this was reflected in the way they treated us. No smiles, no kindness, just abrupt gestures, which really put us off our food.

Terrible service, great food. The waitresses were rude from the start, with no greetings and no smiles. They canceled our dessert order without warning because the kitchen was closing, didn’t bother to check if we wanted anything. They asked us four times to leave in five minutes, and then made us wait fifteen minutes to pay. The service needs improvement!

The food is very mediocre. However, the big issue is the service. You order online and they still managed to mess up my order, leading to receiving my appetizer when others got their main dish. And my main dish when everyone was done eating. And generally very slow, expect to wait up to 1 hour for your food. Much better options nearby, not coming back.

The taste is good and quite genuine. But the price range and the quantity of food you get is very unsatisfied. I have been to Japan for more than 10 times and i came from Taiwan so i know different style of ramen quite well, but i never see such small bowl of raman cost so much...

The food was fine- but the service is why I give it such a low rating. First and last time I come- shame as I live nearby. You order at a kiosk as if you are at McDonald’s- but as I look around the restaurant it has that fast food vibe (lighting, tables, ambience). To get a human’s attention is like searching for a miracle. Don’t call and ask to have a pick up order- they yell at you saying “only Glovo/Deliveroo, I can’t take phone orders- I just can’t “. In the 20 minutes I’ve been here no one has acknowledged me- even though I ordered with the kiosk- still no human interaction. Bottom line- come only if you are starving and nothing else is open- this was so disappointing.

To be honest, it doesn't even deserve one star! The ramen is awful, I felt like I was eating instant noodles that you buy at the supermarket for 1€ and you microwave it. The broth is way to salty to feel any other flavour and it had a powdery texture, just like the instant noodles seasoning packs. No veggies inside, just the noodles, the broth and a piece of sad meat that looks like it had better days. The prices are a joke just like the food they serve you! I advise everyone to look for a better place to eat.
