The fish quality is good, and the sushi is overall pleasant and fairly well-made. Personally, I found the nigiri a bit too heavy with rice for the amount of fish. The lunch menu isn't the most extensive; there are more varied options around. Affordable prices.

We have a really wide selection of sushi options near our house, but UMI has become our go-to for many reasons. First of all, the atmosphere is very "green" (see photo) and, above all, quiet: you can talk in peace and quiet, and the tables are just the right distance apart for privacy, while the greenery surrounding the dining area also offers a sense of relaxation. We opted for the "ALL YOU CAN IT" option, which has never particularly pleased us at other restaurants, but here I have to say the food is very, very good; the fish is (obviously) fresh and of excellent quality. A truly extensive menu offers a wide range of choices. The fried foods are very dry and not at all predictable. ONE WARNING: When opting for this option, I recommend not ordering everything at once, but carefully considering it because you can order two at once, and the price remains the same. I say this because it's easy to overcrowd, especially if you arrive with a significant appetite. Recommended, YOU CAN'T WRONG.

The place is very cute; when we arrived, we brought two more people and they seated us without any problems. The sushi is obviously high-quality; we tried a ton of things, and we loved everything, especially the chicken rolls, which were truly amazing. I really like the fact that they offer sorbet at the end of the meal. I recommend trying it, because it's worth it!

I would describe UMI Sushi as an elegant and refined restaurant; the ambiance is meticulously maintained and creates a charming atmosphere that invites you to enjoy a relaxing meal. The staff, though sometimes elusive, proved to be professional and willing to meet the needs of their customers. Moving on to the star ingredients: the sashimi in particular offers an explosion of authentic flavors. The salmon stands out for its delicacy and freshness, something you won't often find elsewhere. The uramaki and hosomaki satisfied the palate, combining top-quality ingredients. The Bao was a great surprise; it looked enormous, but the inside was very tasty. Last but not least, the fried bread accompanied by sorbet is a great way to round it all off. The only flaw, perhaps, was the forgetting of two dishes, but all in all, it wasn't a "serious" problem since we were more than full! Overall, the experience was positive, and 'UMI Sushi' confirms itself as a good AYCE restaurant here in Turin.

Came on a Tuesday afternoon. Food was so so, servers were quick to serve food and clear plates but not attentive (slow to lead customers to the table, notice when customers need to add orders). Compared to the 2 other all you can eat places we've tried (recommend Roiyaru. Koya sushi is also not bad) this is the most expensive but has the most limited menu and food of the poorest quality. Strengths: If you do visit get the calamari, involtino pesce, tonkatsu maiale. I was pleasantly surprised that they serve tonkatsu with real tonkatsu sauce instead of teriyaki. The pesce involtino was also pretty good with what seemed like salmon inside. Calamari wasn't coated in the tempura batter but instead more like regular fried batter. Was still good though. Weaknesses: We noticed other customers try to get the attention of the waitresses unsuccessfully a few times. Service staff look like they couldn't care more. Menu is relatively limited. Lots of items are €1 more, including sashimi, which isn't a lot, but at other places is already included in the set price. Avoid the sushi with mango and almond on the top. Don't think we would return.

Service was quick but not very accurate; we received dishes from other tables. The atmosphere was very nice and well-kept. It's a shame about the food. The quality/price ratio is absolutely unacceptable. The fish quality is poor, the rice is stringy, and it seems made to fill you up. The dishes themselves have no flavor without soy; they overdo the spicy sauce to mask the fish flavor. I definitely won't be returning, nor will I recommend it.

This was the worst sushi experience I've ever had. I went for the all you can eat menu, there was not variety and you're always in a hurry to order because the waiters make you feel they don't have enough time to wait for you. Also, the menu available was so bad and the rolls really small.
