Great customer service and friendly staff
Tho the environment probably aren’t that nice and tidy…. but they gave more portion than others do! better to be here!
Fresh, flavorful food with generous portions—I ate half my burrito and saved the rest for later! The staff was courteous, serving with a smile and answering questions about the process. The burrito was delicious, packed with fresh ingredients and customizable toppings. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of salsas, from mild Fresh Tomato to smoky Red Chimichurri, along with creamy queso, sour cream, cheese, fajita veggies, romaine lettuce, and freshly made guacamole. Sides like cilantro-lime rice, beans, and chips rounded out the meal perfectly. Overall: Great food, friendly service, and endless ways to build your perfect burrito, bowl, taco, or salad. What stood out most was the combination of freshness, variety, and friendliness—leaving me satisfied both in the moment and later with leftovers.
1st time to review Chipotle, it’s been awhile since I’ve had the Chicken bowl or been to Chipotle . Service is great as always , but as I was eating this chicken bowl, like right now, I noticed how salty the chicken was. Did someone in your kitchen get carried away with salt on this chicken . I’m a bit disappointed 🙁
Love it. Good portion and variety of drinks
Fast and polite service and clean restaurant. Smoked brisket is delicious although a little bit pricey, $19 for the bowl topped with guacamole. They filled my bowl only half way for this price therefore I took off one star.
First time trying Chipotle, found out it's like Subway in that you pick what you want in your burrito. They do have other items on the menu but I went for a burrito. I had a beef burrito and it was good! I went on Halloween for the Boorito promotion and paid only $4 for it. I found out that it was a great deal as the same burrito would've been at least $8 - $10. I might try them again.
Typical Chipotle franchise, consistent with quality of food. Parking in the lot. Ambiance is good, dining outside is a plus.
I have been ordering Chipotle chips at this store for years, starting 6 months ago (Jan 2025) chips are tasteless, no salt at all. May be someone complained, starting 2 weeks ago (Jul 2025), the chips are VERY, VERY salty that I can’t eat it.
I visiting this location on 10-29-2022 at 7:42pm nothing new just another chipotle restaurant is dirty restrooms clean customer service it’s ok but they need to clean more trash 🗑 cans are full of trash Woww
Ordered ahead (2 bowls) so it would be ready when we got here. Arrived ten minutes later and it wasn’t ready. We waited in the lobby where employees had Chick-fil-A, skittles, and left a bunch of candy sprawled out across the front leaving their trash for all to see. Then waited another 15 minutes. People were coming in getting food way faster than we did when we ordered ahead/online. Whats the point of even ordering ahead then? Total waste of time Ended up waiting 25 minutes when we should’ve just walked in and ordered at the counter. And after All That; our food was cold… We live right around the corner and were baffled how it was cold. Was it hidden in the back the whole time? Oh, and the chips were stale Worst chipotle I’ve been to
Smallest burrito it was almost comical. I ordered online and picked up didn’t see how small it was until I got home. It was a veggie burrito but I put extra of multiple things like beans and cheese. I debated going back because it was crazy but was too lazy. I’d recommend not ordering ahead just go in store and ask for extra if anything, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.
One of the lower end Chipotle's I have been to. The staff is not as friendly / nice, the portion control of the staff is not very nice. Even if you want an extra scoop of peppers and onions, they will be very rude about it. Not even worried about the meat portions - mainly asking for a little more rice, they are very unfriendly about it.
The restaurant is dirty. The tables and floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned all day. Surprisingly despite ordering extra on all 3 platters, we got small portions. My kids were very upset. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. AND THE MUSIC IS EXTREMELY LOUD. After this, we will not be returning here again.
I got the worst bowl in the world. Looks so sloppy and the meat wasn’t even warm. Chipotle do better. Also they were out of almost everything. Very disappointing
I just got myself a chicken burrito and it was the worse I've eaten. Dissapointly enough the Rice was uncooked and was still hard. Chipotle, for the prices you charge, you better do something about the food quality you are serving to customers Not the best!
LAZY CREW! It’s 8:55pm on a Saturday night 9/27/25 and the first thing the guy says “just letting you know we are out chicken, pork, asada…” and they close at 11pm?!!! Now this is a BADLY RUN Chipotle! Avoid this at all cost
This location is trash. They constantly run out of food, refuse to make more and force me to either waste food by walking out or buy something I don’t want because it’s convenient to tell me they’re not cooking more food. Since there was nobody in line after me, I offered to wait for more food to be made, which other chipotles usually offer if they run out of food, and the employee told me it would be an hour and I can’t wait (I doubt it takes that long to make rice and chicken). This didn’t bother me until I saw 5 workers huddled around the register talking, laughing, and honestly doing everything but working. Then when I got my food, the quality was awful. The rice was still hard and the steak was tough. Avoid this location if you like chipotle.
Horrible service. Just had an order delivered and it barely had any chicken in it. On top of that they delivered the order with no utensils in the bag. When you called the store it refuses to let you speak to a customer and forces you to go through an automated system and then just tell you to email the support team.
I go to chipotle 2-3 times a week and understand the need for portion control, however I actually was extremely disappointed in the service and the portions. When asked for each ingredient it came out to about half a scoop (which you thinking the serving size of one scoop is intuitive enough). When I asked for a little more cheese I got an eye roll and over all one of the worst chipotle experiences I have had from the employee helping me at 1230pm July 14th
