Very Friendly customer service. Clean , contemporary, inviting. I am guessing the special flavor is in the spice. Because without it ( sorry, I don't eat spicy) I couldn't taste a difference between this chicken & Churchs or KFC. Still good, though.

I have struggled to find a fried chicken🍗 place that can taste as good as the KFC in East Asia until I tried out the ones from Jollibee! Also, do you miss McSpicy (not available in the US)? If so, I have got a solution for you. Try the spicy fried chicken (their original flavor is pretty delicious) from Jollibee and you would realize how this place can help satisfy your cravings. For those of you that don't know what I am talking about, no worries. To summarize, the fried chicken here are really juicy, crispy and tender. What does it compare to? Well, definitely not KFC in the US, because they don't even have spicy flavor 😏. I would say the one that comes closest would be Chic-Fil-A. ❗The only thing I wish was better is their own fried chicken sandwich, the chicken might be a little too dry. Therefore I would only recommend trying out their fried chicken.

I love Jollibee and have been to many locations. This is one of their newest locations. Decided to get their "C" combo and a couple Pineapple drinks for me and the kiddo. The place is clean and organized, good service, and a good menu. We'll be back to try other things. This location tastes better than the one in Carson.

I've been waiting for this location to open and finally it is. I had the 2 piece with spaghetti along with a 6 piece bucket. Spaghetti is slightly sweet but really tasty. Chicken is tender and very crispy with a awesome flavor and the gravy that it comes with makes the Chicken even better. Service is excellent and very organized especially given that today is opening day. Job well done. I definitely will be back.

Got the 10pcs chicken bucket, half spicy and half original for my family. The chicken was delicious!!!! And the spicy ones were really hit the spot. The girl at the counter was very friendly and nice. Will definitely come back for more.

Fast food, excellent service, clean restaurant! For fast food this was a great experience! The gentleman at the counter greeted me as soon as I came in, was very helpful and did not make me feel rushed. When I told him I was having trouble seeing the menu because I didn't have my glasses, he kindly offered me a menu I could look at up close. I really love the mac and cheese here, and the chicken sandwiches are all white chicken meat and are super scrumptious! Definitely recommend! I have no idea how they weren't busier at lunch time! There's also plenty of parking and it's super easy to get in and out of!

I don't often go to Jollibee, but when In-N-Out's line is too long, what is a man to do. I think the service is great, I mean... Of course for this location. We got the classics, spaghetti, ube pie and fries. Fries: better than In-N-Out 👍 Spaghetti : too sweet🍬 Pies:🔥 Getting food before In-N-Out peeps: PRICELESS

Enjoy the chicken sandwich. Was really tasty. I liked it better than the other chicken establishment that isn't open on Sunday. The mashed potatoes were okay and so was the french fries. I would most likely stick with chicken sandwiches and everything chicken. It was my first time eating here so I would come back to try their fried chicken. Staff was also really nice and friendly which is a plus.

Very clean and all the staff are nice!, Sarahfay is very helpful... The dining area is very clean, this branch is very spacious and not crowded, huge free parking lot with EV charging port, close to everything you need. A must visit when you're in SoCal! We need to come back to change our Jolly toy when it's available already, as per manager's advice.

We tried Jollibee for the first time, and enjoyed this unique take on fast food. The main draw is the fried chicken, so we tried their deluxe fried chicken sandwich (adds lettuce and tomato, in addition to umami mayo). It was quite good, but Popeyes still sets the standard. The combo meal came with a generous serving of french fries (pretty good), and a soft drink, which we upgraded to the Pineapple Refresher (very sweet, but very good). We also tried the Palabok Fiesta, which is glass noodles with garlic sauce, ground pork and shrimp, with sliced boiled egg. This was excellent, and something I couldn't believe we got through a drive-thru. Finally, we had to try the hand pies for the unique flavors (mango peach and ube). These are certainly fast-food quality, so I don't think I'll get them again, but it was definitely worth a try. The mango peach was very tasty, but no recognizable fruit, pretty much all syrup inside. The ube was fun for the novelty, but I've had better ube desserts (this tasted over-sweet to me). Bottom line: we'll be back to try some of their other offerings!

Maria was Amazing but so was the rest of the crew... I ordered all sides plus the chicken, I say chicken and spaghetti were so yummy even the pie was good but the other sides didn't have much flavor but MARIA was amazing! 😍

I rolled through the drive-thru to grab a bite to eat when my son had a nearby medical appointment. After a quick review of the website we settle on what to get. Let's jump right into this review. What did we get - 1. 2-piece chicken joy meal (two orders) - spicy or original - comes with fries and a drink $13 The chicken was crispy. Biscuit was OK. Nothing spectacular! The fries were decent. I got a side of mashed potatoes that I was not impressed with. There are other sides as well: mac n' cheese, white rice, adobo rice, and spaghetti Pros 1. The chicken is crispy! Just how I like it. This was a huge hit with me - that first bite I could hear (lol). 2. Drive-thru was quick. No line. Cons 1. Customer service was OK. The employee who took our order was nice but she overcharged me. I wasn't happy about that. She was rude but she wasn't friendly either. 2. Menu is a bit confusing on what comes in the meal and what is an additional up-charge. Something else to note: I didn't go inside but I could see that there is a dine-in area. Jollibee is in the same lot as In-N-Out so don't confuse the lines. Overall, I would consider purchasing again. I frequent this area for medical appointments and it's nice to have something other than In-N-Out, Jollibee's neighbor.

I bought family meals for my family new years eve spaghetti and bucket chicken! Im so disappointed of the spaghetti that they give it to me ! No sauce it look like this not spaghetti.no cheeze and no a lot of hotdogs.guys iove jollibee.but this time .im not satisfied
