People are being nice saying hello, smiling. It's so neat it's all over the place. I ordered a kids happy meal with a green Halloween pail. I wished they would of had the adults happy meal. Mc Donalds keep the great work you do, even working hard.✌😀🏋️‍♂️☺️

Drive thru cashier was very friendly and attentive to the needs of my order. Even though it was not the answer I was looking for by the manager on duty. He never waiverd, kept his composure and stayed true to his kind ways with a smile to the end. Also, he even remembered my desert😋. I hope he helps me in the future. Made my evening 🤙

Ordered from the app...said food would be ready 2-5 minutes..after 11 minutes I asked manager where my food was and he asked me what it was and then got it for me. Never showed up on their screen and I made sure I was at the right mcdonalds. Very poor service. At one point no one was taking care of front counter for 7 minutes. Some people just walked out.

Same as all Mc Donalds, but this one has playground inside, and is a shame is closed to the kids.

Other visits have been better than today. At like 7am bread not fresh. Hard had to eat only the meat. Throw everything else away. In my opinion everything is too high to not be served with quality, regardless of the establishment. Guy who took my order was nice. Making it 4 stars. But the food today, makes it 3 stars.

I used the drive-thru and the line was long. Since the road was divided into two, there were cars cutting in line and I had to wait a long time. I ordered coffee and Coke, and the coffee tasted good.

Super busy location and it was quite crowded on a Sunday morning. I ordered a breakfast biscuit on the kiosk and it was as I expected. A good quick snack for the morning.

This Mc Donald's is crowded no matter what time it is. The cashier is super nice and friendly, he gets everything right the 1st time. The food was not very good. Fries were cold, but the window crew at night is very friendly and tries really hard to get the orders out as fast as they can. It seems they have replaced some night employees and this crew is much better.

Half of my order was wrong, asked for hot mustard, got honey mustard. Wanted a coke, received diet. Nuggets were old. At least my dad's filet of fish sandwiches were ok.

3 out of the last 5 times my orders have been wrong and have gone home with less food than I ordered. My mistake for not checking my bag at the drive thru. It always seems like theyre in a rush to get orders through fast and not really paying attention to the items placed in the bag when I'm there.

For the most part they are pretty quick during the day in the drive-through but do not I repeat do not go there I want to say after 8 PM. The wait time at night is INSANE for a drive thru! A 20 minute wait for a fast food burger is ridiculous! Not to mention that there coffee machine is always been cleaned at night and their ice cream machine well I understand that they clean it during the downtime but does it take all night to clean? Overall the service is good,the way it is OK during the day but at night that when I would not go to this location.

Normally, the food there is what you'd expect from Mc Donald's. When I bought food from the drive through late at night, the spicy chicken sandwich I got was not hot, it was only almost cold. :( But I was hungry so I just ate it.

Been coming to this south gate location since the 80s its changed a lot but its near my grannys house .. it seams no mater what time i go they always foget something weather my straw my sauces nakins or the extra pickles i always ask for what really bugs me is i always spicify how i want my frapp and they always make it wrong .. idk if the workers just dont pay atten or they dont care or the manager just isnt on to of foid service quality . I use to work fast food an for what were paying for it now days it should be better .

Decent food but the big guy taking my order tonight forgot to give me half my order so that sucks.

I stopped there to get a medium fry and a McChicken. It was 3 male employees and one female. I asked for salt. The Asian girl did not know what I was talking about. Go figure! One male gave her a handful of salt to give me. We're they trying to kill me? The fries were warm, I gave them back, had to wait for hot fries. Why so many workers at the pickup window and they could not get my order right. A disgrace! No more.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in SoCal! I've gone here a couple of times because it's the closest to my job, but I regret it every time. Today I order through the mobile app because I have a short lunch and after waiting 15 minutes in the curbside spot I just go in and my food is sitting on the counter and the girl tells me that they were waiting for me to go in even though the receipt says curbside right on the front of the bag! Everything is cold and half the order is wrong. On top of that the fries are undercooked and taste horrible. If anyone in corporate reads these, I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE! Or an apology just fix this broken store. I go to McDonald's for the speed and consistency of the food, if you don't have that, don't waste people's time.

I'm not a regular for McDonald's food. Today I Chose to go to purchase a happy meal for the Disney Luca toy (my son's request). So very disappointed that they still promote it yet they have ran out. It would be nice if they warn the consumer by posting SOLD OUT of promotion. Either than that food was good.

There are 2 round eggs for the Deluxe Breakfast Platter but this location gives 1 round egg when I substitute for the scrambled eggs. Is that mean the other locations are not controlling the portion correctly and giving me an extra egg? As you can see from my previous feedback I know when to praise when I see one. These 2 tall Latina females (one regular build with a hat who appeared to be a supervisor and one skinny who appeared to be a manager) shouted "Use kiosk to order!" There were many elderly who didn't know how to use kiosk. That shout was not professional; we are a paying customer. In addition, we couldn't use the kiosk or app because it does not allow substitutions / special orders... If you could clarify on how many round eggs for the deluxe breakfast platter that would be helpful; I don't know why I get 1 round egg at this store compared to 2 round eggs at other store locations. I was very upset that my order was incomplete. Imagine leaving your family in the hotel, finding a ride to get food, and one person doesn't get to eat when everyone sits to eat. I called and they said to go get the rest. The manager was very professional. The point is, be more careful at your job McDonald's people. It is not always easy to just go back.

Took way too long. Only two people working in the back. Had to wait almost an hour for our food. One girl stopped working and just chatted with her friends when the other people needed help preparing food. Not a good location to go. The food was good, but not worth the price and wait.

I can’t fully blame staff but the system they’re forced to work with. I used the drive trough at this location on 9/4 around 3pm this location has bad customer service, was told that they were our of straws for the drinks, things happen I understand that, but the issue is that they did not mention this untill I got to the pick up window after I had already payed. Terrible service. You end up waiting around for over 5 minutes for them to decide to take your order then you are going to wait another 30 minutes before they start to make your order. Better off going anywhere else if you want fast food. It's one thing if it is a busy day or time of day but to be that slow is just unacceptable coming from McDonald's.

I had a very bad experience at this location and the manager was not helpful at all. Someone jammed something in the coke dispenser and I got Coke all over me and all she did was upgrade my fries. This McDonald's is more focus on drive thru. We waiting at the counter for someone to take our order. Staff walking up and down including the manager and no "Hi" "Hello" nothing. So we ended up ordering thru the kiosk. When other customers came in they ask them to order thru the kiosk. Never coming here again.

Slow slow slow.... I live less than 5 minutes away from here and drive an extra 5- 10 minutes further to avoid going here. Nuggets are over cooked 90% of the time. Fries are never full when you order a large. But I do have to thank them for their poor service as it has made me eat alot less out. Do not come here in the morning if you have somewhere to be. Early this morning, I attempted to get a couple egg mcmuffins for breakfast on my way to work. I thought I had plenty of time, over twenty minutes. They took my order, took my money, then had me pull forward to wait for my food. Wait I did... and wait and wait. Twelve minutes after I had placed my order, I called them to ask what was taking so long. The answer: "It has to cook." So much for fast food. A couple minutes after that, I had to leave without the food that I had paid for so I wouldn't be late for work. Pretty slick con these guys have - just make customers wait long enough to leave and you get free money. Good way to keep food cost down. I hope McDonald's enjoys those few dollars immensely, because they're the last they'll ever get from me.

I had place THREE ORDERS on the mcdonald's app. When the young lady arrived with my MEALS. The THREE ORDERS were all STUFF in ONE bag barely hanging on. And when I ask for an initial bag to divide the individual meals. She said it'll be a charge. I told her they are THREE (3) ORDERS which should have individual bags. Why should they be a charge for something that should be already separated! She just said. That's what there policy is now. Luckily I was driving. If I had to walk with all that food in that ONE bag! I'm sure the bag would've split open and spelled the THREE orders all over the ground! And then all THREE 🍟 orders were soggy and cold! I only had to drive five minutes away from the store!

Seriously it's clearly not 24/7 if your using the line that only drinks are available at night so yeah every night it's the same thing only drinks not even milk shakes that bring all the boys to the yard . That used to be better then y'alls. Very chaotic - had to wait 10 minutes to place my order.Had to actually ask the cashier to take the order Then waited over 20 mins for my order. Quite a bit of Grubhub or the like orders, made it most difficult to get in and out at a reasonable time. Maybe best to have extra staff to do specific orders and inform manager that the cashier shouldn't leave the register to avoid long lines.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Tonight, the guy at the drive through failed to provide a receipt of my order nor did he give me my $0.02 cents change (it's the principle). When I got my order I informed the manager and the lady at the pick up window of my situation but she was more concerned with the time her shift is ending tonight. I let them know that I wasn't provided receipt nor my change and my son wasn't given his Happy Meal toy. Anyway, they didn't want to give me my two cents. This is not the first time I was due change and the managers copped an attitude when I asked for it. The first time was a few weeks ago my son wanted an ice cream sundae. After I paid for it, drove to the pick up window only to be informed the ice cream machine was broken. I asked for my money back and the manager tried to give me $.51 cents less than I paid. At that time I showed him my receipt of how much I paid and he got an attitude. No apology, nothing. The McDonald's in Torrance on Carson street is the absolute WORST as far as customer service goes. They've had one too many chances with me to get it right and they failed.

30inute lunch. Stopped to get 3 happy meals to drop off home to the kids and the drive thru line was crazy so got off to order inside to make it faster. We'll I was the only customer in line and they took 5 minutes to take my order of 3 happy meals and about 12 minutes to give me my order. When I pull up to the window to receive my food they gave me the happy meal and told me to pull forward for My tenders and when I asked about the combo chicken sandwich that I had ordered I was given a lot of attitude and was asked for my receipt. I was told that it wasn't a combo and to pull forward for the rest of my food. I pulled forward and waited an additional 10 minutes for them to finally give me the food without the French fries. Having had ordered the combo originally I showed my receipt a second time for them to tell me they have to go and get the French fries and come back. When I received the French fires that were cold and soggy and sad. I was sad too. Being the only car in line I thought my experience would be much better and faster but sadly it was not I will not be returning to this location.

Just visited this place. The old lady there with glasses and hair up in a bun.. was extremely RUDE! If customer service is not her thing then ma’am go find an other job instead of ruining people’s mornings with your terrible attitude, you should have just let Kesha take care of us because she actually did a great job if it wasn’t because of you being so rude to her and the customers. After waiting for about 10 minutes for system failures and rebooting their computers, we were told we would be able to get a happy meal toy without having to order food (my little one has an aversion to fast food) but once I was rung up to pay and they walked away to get him the toy, they ran back and cancelled the order telling my neurodivergent son he couldn’t have a toy without buying a meal and sent us away. AVOID LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I've been here 5 times in about 4 years. 4 of those times i had bad experiences. 2 times my order was wrong (gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy). Once the crispy chicken was burnt black. I wanted to exchange it but the manager told me they're all like that because the oil is old and they aren't allowed to change it yet. Another time I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. After waiting 10 minutes they told me the machine was broken, so I settled for a sundae. The worker told me the price was the same, which it wasn't. Yes, I want my $2 back. Ugh. Dirty dirty dirty! I ordered Happymeal and Bigmac meal. First of all, me and my 4 year old son waited long when there was not many people in the store. After they gave me a happymeal, they realized they gave me a wrong burger so one of the lady worker opened my son's meal box and touched the fries with her hand and grabbed the burger. She started touch the food inside the box with her hands. When I looked, the fries was all messy in the box so I feel disgusted because she touched the fries right after she gave me the change. So I request to change the fries and the box to other man worker, perhaps he thought I was being picky so he replies "Do you want to change the fries because the fries was messy in the box?" I do not understand why he asked me this question after he saw everything what happened. I hardly do not recommend this place. They do not have any knowledge of being clean for their customers food!

I would say that this is probably the worst McDonald's I have been to across the entirety of the United States for a multitude of reasons. One manager recently gave me the finger because I asked for her name...and I have it on video. I tried to take a screen shot showing her flicking me and another customer off (below) but the video will be posted on other social media outlets so people can see and hear how disrespectful myself along with the two other customers before me were who were already complaining. I've seen someone sweep the floor wearing gloves and go straight back to making fries (wearing the same gloves)! Out of the many times I have been here (not any longer), I would say that OVER 50% of the time I get someone else's order or it's completely wrong. Not to mention they leave food out so long, it's soggy and stale. I'm talking about where the cheese turns hard and dark orange. I've reported this to Corporate twice now, and have yet to hear anything back...let alone my money back. The owner of this particular franchise location should seriously consider shutting it down. Period. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

It was the worst drive through ever. I ordered a fish sandwich combo and one on the side. No one was in the line, and I still had to pull over and wait. After waiting the hi c was like water and they brought me two double quarter pounders. When I went back inside, the manager acted as though nothing was wrong. I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times at night. Each time they always mess up my order. Most recently I went and I asked for buffalo sauce and they gave me salsa after they repeated the sauces I asked for. I also ordered a sprite and they gave me water. Each time the service has been poor and as if they don’t care about their customers. They don’t listen, they mess up orders, and the customer service is absolutely trash. There’s been a few times I checked my bag and was missing items. As I brought it to their attention they didn’t check my recipe or the screen to verify, as if they knew they were missing items and just didn’t care to fulfill my order.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the McDonald’s on Carson, and I must say, the experience was rather underwhelming. The service was notably sluggish, with a wait time of 15 minutes that felt more suited to a fine dining establishment than a fast-food restaurant. The fries, regrettably, were reminiscent of ancient artifacts, possessing a staleness that suggested they had been left out for an inordinate amount of time. The tea was a diluted concoction, lacking the robust flavor one would expect, and more akin to flavored water. The chicken nuggets, served at a temperature more appropriate for a winter’s day, were disappointingly cold, as were both the chicken sandwich and McDouble. This lack of attention to food quality was disheartening In summary, my visit to this McDonald’s was a series of unfortunate events that left me questioning the standards upheld by this location. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues with the urgency they deserve, to restore the quality and service that patrons expect from such a renowned brand.

As a delivery person, this used to be a regular McDonalds. Then they installed a window and force every delivery person to use it regardless of outdoor conditions rather than letting us pick up through the drive-thru, leading to cold food and annoyed customers. Not to mention that employees basically ignore you until you actively get their attention. Whoever decided to install this dumb delivery window should be fired.

Came to the drive thru and ordered 4 strawberry banana smoothies. The line was already long and moving slow. When I got to the pay window I miss understood the worker by accident and thought he said strawberry banana smoothies However I realized he said strawberry shake when he took my card to charge me and said it was around 5 dollars my total. when I told him my order was wrong and actually was 4 strawberry banana smoothies he said "Come on man, I repeated it twice." in a rude bothered tone. While I do apologize I misunderstood, I wish he could have responded in a nice calmer way. I decided to just leave and drive off with out my order due to the disrespect I was given by this worker. I know it was a long day for many of us as it was a hot day. However this is not a way to treat and speak to customers. After this experience, I dont think I will be back at this McDonald's. He needs to work on his customer service skills and how to respond to problems like this.

The slowest mcdonald's ever. Every time I come here drive through , I gotta wait at least twenty minutes after I ordered. Horrible, I'm not coming here anymore. I Finally, politely asked, why this location always, no matter what if it's busy or not, takes so long. Instead of anwsering my question they told me to go to different location next time.

Its got to be the worst McDonald's around the area, always giving the order wrong. Manager or team lead at the cash register should have some kind of training of how to interact with people instead of giving bad attitude and not even greet people..

Took a very very long time to get my food. Just to get in the McDonald’s was an issue all of the doors closed you had to test each door till u found the one that was open.

They need to pay more attention to the food they are preparing. I forgot to ask for no pickles in my chicken sandwich and good thing or else I would have never opened the sandwich and saw metal in it. I could have broken a tooth. I drove back and the manager said it was probably from one of the baskets. 🤦‍♀️ how do you not see that long piece of metal when preparing my sandwich. I don't get it.

Came in for a simple order ended costing me double the price. I used the app wasn’t explained the order correct the whole point of the app itself cashier wasn’t helpful. Then I order a #1 for breakfast and cashier clearly asked me for the coffee size and when I received it I only got the sandwiches. Cashier forgot to add the combo and just ranged me up coffee n hash brown on the side which ended up costing me 20 for the whole order with an app special. It was a young lady Hispanic.

Just went to Mac Donald’s and grab food for the family…. Take 2 bite of my burger and this is how it came out….. this Mc Donald’s has to be one of the worst ones in SoCal. You guys have a third window for no reason… I was the only one in the drive thru and there was no ones and still got sent to the third window….. for what reason ??????? Should report to the BBB….

Guys, if you have already decided to go your own way, then at least somehow go to meet ordinary people. If in 99% of stores delivery orders are given through the window after 22:00, for what purpose do you send people to the restaurant if they are literally at the pick-up window? Organization at a very low level.

1st time at this location, Had items missing, food was subpar, one soda was definitely in need of a syrup adjustment or changed out. They did replace the missing meal fairly quickly after I went back.

They tell people that are waiting to order food to use the kiosk , when all the kiosks were busy, they took 30 minutes to one lady her drink that she ordered , there were at least 10 people waiting in line to order

This place harbors homeless people with shopping carts outside. One lady assaulted my car, kicked, spat at it, and tried breaking my car window…This place is getting worse. Also fix your drive thru screen!

Don't recommend this place. Service is beyond horrible. First time coming here and of what I ordered, many things were missing including my drink. I have a lot to complain about in my first visit, will be the last one too. Service is slow, people working here with attitudes. I don't recommend this place

I’m sorry I have to make this review but this place is terrible every single time I come I always have to wait at least Terrible Experience Every Time I really hate to leave a negative review, but this location has consistently been a disappointment. Every single time I come here—whether they’re busy or not—I end up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. The service is extremely slow, and it’s clear that the staff isn’t well-trained or motivated. This is supposed to be fast food. I’ve been coming here on and off for years, and it’s always the same issues: • Burgers slapped together with no care • Cold or stale ingredients • Fries that are hard, dark, and overcooked instead of fresh and golden • Regular order mistakes • Constantly being asked to pull forward or park in the drive-thru because the food isn’t ready Today was the final straw. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while others were complaining too. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and clearly old. I asked for fresh ones, which took even more time—by the time they were ready, my burgers were cold. I ended up having to wait for an entirely new meal, adding another 7 minutes to my already long wait. This location just can’t get it right, and after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning. There are better McDonald’s locations out there—don’t waste your time at this one.

Delivery orders are trash from here they will forget items condiments everything they can care less. The fries were a mix of old and new fries.These fries truly insulting it was a small in a large box maybe less. If you order here go and person and check them. *update happend again yeah avoid

Just ordered delivery from this location and the fries were hard and cold like they were sitting and put back in the fryer. Double quarter pounder with old meat, no ketchup, no mustard, or onions, with cheese that looked like it was scraped off the patty. Mcdouble party was old, Untrustworthy location, Avoid!!

In all honesty the food was better than the customer service. When I ordered my food I asked for it fresh and at the window, an employee asked another employee was the food fresh and the lady proceeded to say no, so an employee asked to to park and about a mu tire she comes with my food and as I am at the hospital I noticed my food wasnt freshly made so I called the store and explained to a worker I just came thru the drive in the specific location and read her back my order and explain to get it wasn’t fresh and she preceded to say “your drink isn’t fresh either”. and started laughing. I didn’t find anything funny but might I say McDonald’s needs to do better and hire individuals who care

This location is the worst. First we tried to order the special, which was advertised, buy a select item and get the second one for a $1 thru the drive thru. We ordered it, then heard nothing, we were like "hello, hello" she came back and was like you need a coupon. We we're like okay...that's strange it doesn't say that? So we changed our order and proceeded to the payment window, paid, went to next window and asked about the special and he said it just came out today and we are unclear on how it works...we were like okaaaay. Fast forward...they messed up our order; they gave us two big macs and we ordered one quarter pounder & one big mac, the burger pattie was torn and the fries were old. This place just suuuucks. Employees were laughing and didn't care. Stay away & take your money else where.
