Jack in the Box

Went to Jack In The Box this morning for breakfast. Ordered 2 Supreme Croissant sandwiches and 1 hash browns - to go. The croissants were stale and hard. The hash browns were cold. If this had been my first experience with Jack In The Box, it would have been my last. At this point, not sure when or even if we will return. On a scale of 1 to 10, this food quality was a 1.

I went at 12:40am and they don't want sell it anymore and the closing time it's 1am if you don't want a sell just change your schedule don't make costumes loose there time and it's not the first time it happens before

Ordered through drive thru Gave them combo #'s they said it back to me correct. Get home to find out they did not enter one meal correct and gave us a #12 instead of a #14. Very disappointing. Please do not respond with we are sorry please contact this email or phone number. Just do your job.

I ordered two 3 piece tenders.. so why did both boxes only have 2 tenders, with the remainder of the box filled with fries? lol unbelievable.

Worst management I've encountered. I've had to file one complaint with the BBB already and soon to be another. 3 times I have placed an order, the order had been listed as "completed" but they have either been "closed" or the "system is down". Once or twice I can forgive, but three times with the same store ordering during business hours is too much for me. Absolutely not worth it. Go to the other locations instead. Skip this one. 0/10 would not recommend.

Every day I come here because it's on my route and it's the only thing around to eat. Now the sign says 6am, and yet every morning in here outside of a closed store for more than 30 minutes waiting for management to get here!!! Look, if you don't want to be open for the customers waiting in the parking lot or those that use the drive-through and no one answers, THEN DONT BE A BUSINESS HERE. I can guarantee you that some other restaurant would love this location.

May not be safe for young people or ladies to go alone. The entire time I was in the restaurant, they allowed a guy to swear and act out while sitting at a table. It looked as if he even peed in his pants. I called the store after leaving, and they didn't seem to care when I complained. More shocking , when I returned to work, my coworkers advised me they went to Jack's at lunch 1 1/2 hours before me, and the guy was there in the store, causing issues and yelling.

Food is decent during the day, and mediocre during night shifts. Service is absolutely atrocious! Last time I went through the drive thru, I was told they couldn't bag my burger. They gave it to me in a box. The guy ended up bagging it when I asked him why they couldn't bag it. But after he closed the window as I was about to drive off, he essentially told me to F off in Spanish. Being fluent, I understood his loud swearing just fine. Had I not been tired from a long day at work, and from waiting over 10 minutes in line, I would have stopped to have a frank discussion with him. This vulgarness was absolutely uncalled for in this situation. It made no sense. My passenger and I were cordial to the guy the whole time, not rude, loud or anything. From what I could tell, asking for a bag set the guy off. For how today's society is, this guy is bound to yell at the wrong person. This is by far the worst location in South OC. Totally not worth the trip or money.

Ordered and paid on the app. 10 min later i went to pick it up. The lady said they didn’t have the order and could not refund me b/c her manager was not there. They did offer to make the food, but were going to charge me - AGAIN! And it would take 15 minutes to cook. The phone at the store just rings and rings. No option on the app for incomplete orders. Don’t pay through the app!!

I had the worst experience here save yourself the gas and money and do not eat at this location the Hispanic boy I don't know if he's high or just not smart enough for the job. I ordered a #7 instead I got a cheese burger. I had to go back through the drive through to let him know. After being advised that he gave me wrong order he then tells me to go around and enter the drive through again. Makes no sense what so ever. After ten minutes wait he hands me the burger in a box drenched in sauce. I didn't know if it was a soup or a burger??? For $9.15 not worth it at all. I should have gone to In-N-Out for way better service and quality. I will never eat at this location again worst experience ever. This Jack in the box does not deserve a (1) star thats too many for them, they honestly deserve a (0) star.
