Our server Blanca was amazing. Friendly and took care of us quickly even though they were slammed. Food was great and drinks were on point.

Went in here in the middle of our work day we were dirty remodeling the Golden corral up the street and we received the best service I have had the whole time I was in tracy the young lady went above and beyond and didn't treat us any different becaise we were a little dirty we had to reciprocate our appreciation she was fantastic food was great

Loved the cajun chicken and shrimp, great drinks, fast friendly service. Compared to buffalo wild wings next door, the service and wait times were excellent. I only wish they hosted the UFC fights, if they did, I’d have no reason to go to buffalo wild wings.

I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! The food was delicious, especially the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, which was cooked perfectly. The service was outstanding—our waiter was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual night out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went with a party of 10 and service was great! Natasha was our server and very attentive. Manager came over and made sure our service and food was good… which can be hard to do with a large party. Haven’t been to Applebee’s in a while and will def return. They have great deals and good food.

Loved the Barbecue ribs and seared Salmon. Chicken dishes could use more flavour. Service was good with a lovely lunch atmosphere. Some of the furniture were showing wear and tear but nothing major.

Had dinner at Applebee’s tonight and it was fantastic! The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted, and the sides were delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The drinks from the bar were great too—definitely try their margaritas! I’ll be back soon for another great meal.

Applebee’s never disappoints! The menu has a great variety, and everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. The 2-for-$25 deal is a fantastic value, and the portions are generous. Our server was super friendly and made sure we had refills before we even had to ask. Great food, great service, and great prices—highly recommend!

I travel between the Bay Area and the Central Valley often. I decided to stop at Applebee's in Tracy. When I walked in I was promptly greeted and offered a table. I asked for a high top in the bar and it was no problem. As I sat I noticed the other customers sitting, eating, and they looked like they were enjoying themselves. The music was not too loud, the bar area was well lit, and my table was clean. My server was Bianca; she had a great attitude and gave the impression that she was having a good night. I knew what I wanted when I walked in; she took my order right then. I had an iced tea, boneless buffalo bites with the sauce on the side, and mozzarella sticks. My order came out quickly; the food was hot and fresh. Due to the nature of my work I dine out often; one of my biggest pet peeves is food sitting and being served warm. Even though I only ordered the buffalo bites and mozzarella sticks Bianca stopped by numerous times to check on me and keep my iced tea full. I will be stopping back in...plus, I heard that the endless boneless buffalo bites promotions will be starting again soon. From the atmosphere, the food, and the service it was a great experience.

Want a cocktail? She’ll craft it like she's been doing it since the dawn of time. Want small talk? Good luck—she’ll have you questioning your life choices before she hands you your first sip. But don’t worry, her drinks are so good, you’ll forget she just roasted you like a marshmallow over a campfire. Service is lightning-fast, though, so don't try to delay your order or she’ll start charging you for "psychological counseling" as part of your tab. But hey, you’ll leave with a perfect drink and an unforgettable story. Would I recommend Nina? Absolutely—but only if you’re ready for a cocktail with a splash of humor.

Great service. I am from out of state and was really impressed both times I ate there in the last week. The kids who are the host and hostess are very friendly and very helpful. The waitresses both times were very attentive . The food was great too. The atmosphere was lovely both times as well. One of the best if not the best Applebee's I've been to in 3 separate states.

Every time I go in for Lunch and Nina is working, she is the most professional and fun bartender! She works her crowd flawlessly while always smiling and making sure everyone is taking care of and having fun all at the same time. I encourage everyone going in to see Nina!

My family ate here a couple of weeks ago and the food and service were great. The manager Kayla came by our table and asked how everything was going and if we needed anything. It was so nice to see a manager care about the people that come into the restaurant. I don’t ever see that. The server was on top of everything and we had a great experience. We will eat here again.

So my customer service journey with the Tracy Applebees really begun about 6 years ago. Every Saturday night, my buddies and I would get together and play wizard 101. Every. single.Saturday. And you know who was right there with them? My turtle, Crushiana. She was right there with me in my room. From her tank, I felt her support as I battled and conquered the world of krokatopia.After then, we would go to chili’s and get Shirley temples. July 3rd,2021 was the worst day of my life. I lost my girl. Since then, I have not been able to even look at a Shirley temple, nor step foot in a chilis. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt part of the neighborhood. It’s almost as if I felt crushiana in this Applebees tonight. Also,Maliah really slayed the boots house down with her customer service.

Our server Ben was really cool. Even though they don't normally sing happy birthday for guests, after my mother asked them they sang Happy Birthday to me. We got the 2 for $27 meals which came out pretty quickly. Everything tastes delicious.

I came here with a party of 3 on a Sunday night in Tracy. The hosts were very friendly and seated us right away. Our server Natasha made good recommendations and made sure to check on us throughout our meal. Their Valentine’s Day specialty cocktail with the gummy lips and served in a shaker was perfect and good value for the money. We all enjoyed our burgers and I’m glad they had a meatless option. Overall very friendly and attentive service. We will be back!

WoW! I’m super IMPRESSED by this Apple Bee’s. I walked in on an early Sunday morning to be welcomed in! First observation was: how clean and remodeled everything was! It’s been a long time since I visited an Apple Bee’s, and I’m glad I stopped in today! My 2nd observation was they finally switched back to PEPSI!!! (Pepsi is the best soda in the world and I refuse to eat at places that switch to boring n tasting coke!) so having PEPPSI back at Apple Bee’s, I’ll for sure come back often! Back to the review :( My car was getting some much needed upgrades at the Best Buy next door, and had a great lunch/drinks while I waited. ) Had the burger/wings for lunch and decided to take a chicken Alfredo pasta to go. Service was excellent btw and the entire staff was in great spirits . My bartender/waitress was Nina and she did a great job! Highly recommend this location if you’re passing through town or wanting to stop by for lunch or dinner. Lots of drink specials and their food menu is full of delicious foods! Lots of Choices for sure !

Had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Ally! She was super attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without being overbearing. Our drinks were always full, our order was correct, and the service felt genuine and welcoming, not rushed. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it, and everything tasted great. You can tell Ally really cares about her customers and her job — she made the whole experience better. Definitely one of the best Applebee’s visits I’ve had. We’ll be back for sure!

Been coming to this location the past several years when I'm in Tracy. Food is edible, nothing special or fancy. Cant go wrong with half off appetizers on happy hour. Boneless wings, pretzel sticks and quesadillas are my go to. Service is on point whenever I go there. It's usually David working the bar. Overall good dude. I've also gotten to know Natasha, Nina and Blanca. I get along with all of them, so it doesn't matter who's working whenever I stop in 😊. The manager Jason is also cool and takes the time to greet regular guests. Atmosphere can be hit or miss. At tines it could be dead with no vibe. And there are times when it's fun and people are laughing and joking. And then there are some days when when a few patrons can ruin it. Overall a solid good spot to have a drink and get a bite to eat.

My favorite side at Applebees is boneless buffalo wings. They have good taste and there is no issue of bone when you bite down. They’re a reliable and safe choice for your first time going and even a good choice when you’re a regular. The servers were quick and friendly and treated me like family. Nobody to greet/seat us when we entered Applebee's, waited almost 5 minutes for the host. (found out they were short staffed) Once we were seated, the experience was great. Our server (Ana) was always very friendly and professional. The Dollaritas my wife and I ordered were well balanced for flavor and strength. We also had the 2 for $35 dinner special of Blackened Salmon, with loaded mash and broccoli, that also came with Onion rings. The entire dinner was very flavorful, especially the Blackened Salmon. During the entire meal, Ana frequently visited us to see how everything was. Thank you, Ana, for excellent guest service 👍 I would definitely recommend this Applebee's.

Watching Game 1 of the World Series. Go Doyers! Was leary of coming based on previous experiences at the one in Manteca and Modesto. This place was nice. Food was great and the steak was probably the best I've had at an Applebee's. Service was great too. 4 stars because the triple chocolate meltdown was not hot or even warm. And the fact I was given a plastic spoon to eat it.

I got the honey pepper chicken Mac n cheese and I was a little disappointed with the Mac n cheese. The chicken was good but I don't like the honey on the Mac n cheese. 6/10 the service was good.

Applebees is always one of the places that we keep going back to again and again. When the family can't decide which restaurant to go to, we come back here 🫡. You may find a litter longer wait time for bigger parties. However, a nice restaurant and you must try it if you haven't already. One star less because of options for vegetarians. They must work on some good options for veg too. Looking forward to our next visit 😃

We sat at the bar... the bartender was distracted and unprofessional in my opinion. The conversations being had were inappropriate

Waitress seemed either new or too young. We didnt have any napkins at our table when we sat down and she took awhile to bring us some that one of us got up to find some on our own. We asked her questions about the menu and she was unsure of it and the waitress that was waiting on the table next to us also couldnt figure out their food for some reason. The quesadilla burger was not as good looking as its picture but the food was pretty good.

When we arrived we were told that there was a 15 min wait. That wouldn't have been a problem except that we saw about 5 empty tables. The coffee that was brought to me tasted like it had been on a burner for hours. We ordered the all you can eat chicken wings (Nuggets). They tasted like something out of the frozen food section of the local grocery store with jar sauce poured over it. It was a disappointment.

Can use some renovations. Steak was excellent. Waiter got one order wrong for 2 people dinning. Had to reseat ourselves away from a loud teenage group. Girls screaming every 5 min. Other patrons reseated themselves. Took 20 min for manager to ask kids to lower voice after we requested.

Had the chicken sandwich with sauce and for the drink I had the shark gummy alcoholic drink. It was brought to me and the drink was way too sweet and didn’t taste the alcohol in it. So the waitress told me that she saw him put alcohol in it. I requested another drink which was the lemon drop and that tasted really good. The fries that came with my burger were old, stale fries. I can tell they were not fresh and had been sitting there because they weren’t hot.

My wife and I went for dinner, and she ordered a ribeye steak, I ordered shrimp alfredo fettuccine, no broccoli. My wife's order was fine, but mine had broccoli, so I sent it back. I'm thinking I'm getting a new plate, but instead, the waitress brought me back the same order minus the broccoli. I found out cause I started to mix in the shrimp, and pieces of broccoli started to pop out. Now I'm have to pick it out, but it still had the broccoli taste. I hate Broccoli. The waitress did comp. my plate, but I still had to pick broccoli out of my food.

Took a while to get seated. Once seated they didn't take our order for a few minutes. We ordered water soda and bar drinks. The soda and water came fast, but the well drinks sat on the bar with their ice melting as we watched the waitress walk past them many times. The all you can eat did not work well at all because the waitress was too busy to come check on us. And when I did get another plate I only got one rib!? Asked for another plate and she only brought me one rib again. I left hungry and my father in-law didn't get another plate at all. Plus NASCAR was on and none of the TVs had It on. Grr not a great experience. Never getting all you can eat at Applebee's ever again.

The food isn't great, but the people are awesome. Our server was knowledgeable and took our order with no notepad and remembered it to the T. I am always impressed by that. My memory isn't so good. Good spot for a decently priced dinner.

Friend and I came for the Halloween drinks. Every drink we had was completely watered down and tasted like water. Mind you one of my drinks I ordered was a Long Island, took one sip and tasted like straight up water. We ordered a Mexican candy shot as well and it again tasted liked nothing. I love Mexican candy shots and always order them elsewhere; unfortunately tasted as if we had a shot of tabasco. I would understand if maybe there was just more mix and all the drinks we had then alcohol however, every drink tasted like we were just sipping on water slightly disappointing. I’m not sure the bartenders name but a review of pour and mix ratio never hurt ! On the bright side waiter was nice the appetizers were good as well, although I did get sick later on in the night. Eat and drink here at your own discretion

This place is in dire need of a remodel and deep cleaning. There are always dead flies in the window sill. The windows are dirty. It is hard to enjoy the meal because gnats or fruit flies are always flying around. The restroom has an sewer like odor. This place has gone downhill. I thought BJ's opening next door would make them step up their game, but no. On the bright side the staff is pleasant.

Manager doesn’t know the difference from a table and the bar top. We put name down for table was told it would be about 35 minute wait for table. So we said we would wait at a bar ordered drinks and appetizer. People were coming in getting seated and I went up again and asked about our table and reminded them we are at the bar. More customers came in and were seated I asked for the manager and said we had appetizers and drinks we were at a table. So we sat at table so I asked the waitress by pointing at the table and bar she knew the difference and I explained why. I think the manager should take a lesson from the waitress on manners and knowing the difference. You can go into a restaurant and order drinks and appetizers when you have a wait of 35 minutes plus and expecting to wait for table. The manager couldn’t comprehend that concept. My coworker and I wanted to enjoy a meal and drinks after a long stressful work week.

Great food, BUT, I went several times since it was close to my hotel. This waiver changed my original tip! The change was less than a dollar, rounding it up to the closest whole number, but that should not ever happen. Let me tell you, it was already a good tip, why jeopardize your job and steal from a client? I don’t care if it’s a dollar or 50, don’t change the tip. I’ll be calling the restaurant soon, and out of respect I won’t say the name of the waiver in this review. But be aware, THEY CHANGE YOUR TIPS

3 orders of new deal got us the last bottom particles of the made fries by the way they were cold, no diet Pepsi, dead atmosphere but still took 20 min to get our food. The waitress was weired but tried her best no fault of her she was good. Just super disappointed. My kids like applebees but I think this was mu last go round at spending money at this chain too many times something is off or wrong.

The hubs and I have tried the chain out multiple times, in different locations and we are always disappointed in our meals flavoring. This time we were also disappointed in the visual of what we received as compared to the picture on the menu. I ordered the pasta with the honey chicken tenders on top. The menus pic has 3 giant saucy tenders and I received what looked like 3 chicken nuggets with a drop of sauce. The hubs had the Tortilla Burger which was mostly tortilla. Our Brew Pub pretzel was good though. We aren't the customer who complains bc we understand everyone has a bad night so we try a place multiple times before we put them on our no-no list. I have taken 90% of my meals home and doctored them up in my kitchen. For us it's not this location it's an Applebee's thing. We did have to wait a little bit despite the place being kind of empty but we know it's probably due to staffing. The staff at this location was very nice and attentive, they were prompt with our meal and drink refills.

Spent a little time here recently. Found the prices high for the low quality food, maybe to off set a half off app happy hour they usually have going on. The service was excellent and I found the staff nice and friendly. The lower quality tables, silver wear, presentation, lack of folio, fast food napkins made you notice a lacking environment. Quick seating with no wait time which matches the food/pieces. It will be hard for them to stay in business when BJ's pizza is doing it better just next door.

Hostess was great, but our ser ver was really unprofessional. She made us feel like if we were wasting her time... we ordered the spinach Dip that was supposed to come with a spoon that was not on the plate, I even had to ask for side plates... we ordered a shark bowl and a Bahama mama... we'll we saw the drinks ready at the bar and when we asked the server for our drinks she said she was taking another's table order, we'll when we got our drinks the shark bowl was melted and we even had to ask for straws for our drinks. She brought the thiny black straws that, of course, were not for a frozen drink... food was perfect, not complaining about it, just that I had to wait another 5 min for my stake sauce that, of course, I had to ask another server for it cause my server was not around. AND THEN WAIT ANOTHER 10 MIN TO BE CASH OUT 🙄🙄🙄 OUR VISIT WAS ON MONDAY APRIL 7TH IN THE SECTION NEXT TO THE PATIO after 7pm... just to let the manager know... Bartender on her cellphone all the time instead of walking drinks to tables...

Grabbed a couple drinks ordered some Buffalo wings extra hot all I tasted was the grease we ate 3 and had to leave didn't want to order anything else after that, staff was cool and manager

I waited for more than 15 minutes probably closer to 20 minutes before the bartender even recognize me at the bar. I realized that she was busy, but a simple hello and I'll be with you would have sufficed but I didn't even get that. She was obviously having a bad day but others could have gone behind the bar to help her.

Applebee’s has always been great. I used to visit the one in Dublin, CA for late dinners, but it’s now closed. Last night, around 9:35 PM, I decided to try the Tracy location for the first time. The host seemed new—he first tried to seat us at a booth, but the floor was very dirty. When I asked for a clean table, he said he was “about to clean it.” The server was friendly, but the food was disappointing. The mashed potatoes were cold in the middle, the steak was overcooked, and the coleslaw looked bad I had to return it. We didn’t complain much because we were tired, and our server was great but comparw to my experience at Dublin, the the food quality wasn’t close. Not sure I’d drive here again, but I might give it another try in the future.

So my friend and I had gotten off from work and wanted Applebee's, we both work in Livermore and live in Modesto and and Stockton. So this was the best location for us in the middle to meet. We looked online to see what was "open" around 10:30ish. We walked in exactly at 11pm. We waited for a couple minutes. (There was a family eating at a table top in the bar and another person eating at the bar) The staff was all gathered at the end of the bar telling and glancing at us, when finally the hostess or waitress finally came over to tell us last call was already done. I told her that's fine since we weren't going to get drinks(alcohol) and she then repeated it again. I then told her that doesn't apply to food and we were there to eat not have alcohol. She then said we were closed. I further told her your hours posted outside and online state you close at 12am (midnight) she then further says welp there's noting she can do since they are closed. I then told her then the hours of operation needs to be changed not only outside on the door but online. This went on for 15 minutes. We then ended up going to Applebee's in Modesto which we got there at 11:45 and was seated and the service was by far superior. After experiencing both locations in less then an hour. I can honestly say and feel like this location staff is lazy and really doesn't care about business needless to say and how it affects the store location wether it stays open or not. I will not be returning unless I can get an honest confrontation that it will not happen again. I'm always in Tracy so this makes me really feel every which way especially having experience in the industry myself for multiple years

Hours on door and online says they close at 1 AM, and was at the doors at 11:30 PM and they had them locked.

Went in for a quick lunch… dining room was maybe 25% filled. Decided to order the all you can eat shrimp. Takes at least 30 minutes to get each half order refill. Quit eating because I couldn’t handle the wait… ended up staying almost 3 hours… and didn’t eat all of could eat. Was supposed to get mozzarella sticks with the kids meal, but it came out with fries instead.

Me and my wife came to your restaurant for dinner. We ordered a drink with our meal our food was brought to our table very quickly. But our drinks never arrived..we asked our server several times. About our drinks she said that the bartender brooke was working on our drinks but after waiting for over 25 minutes for our drinks I realized that maybe there was a other reason. Why Brooke the bartender would not make our drink because the restaurant was not busy..but I did notice that Brooke kept looking at my wife who is Asia .we felt very uncomfortable the way she kept staring at us .and we asked to speak to a manager..a manager named andrea came to our table.and said she would find out why it was taking over 30 minutes to make a margarita and pour one beer ..the manager Andrea return to our table and said Brooke the bartender didn't have the recipe to make our drink...we strongly believe Brooke the bartender didn't want to serve my wife because my wife is chinese it's very sad to see racist behavior to being practiced by some people

I used to come here all the time, however it has really gone downhill. The food is awful, service is terrible and the store manager is not very nice. Definitely do not recommend this location

Worst customer service ever. The manger the servers are all very demotivated to work here. Been standing at the front for like 15 mins they nearly have 2 tables and still can’t assist the customers up front. Been here multiple times and the service kept getting worse. They even close 30-45 mins ahead of closing even for takeouts.

$7.99 for a half filled tomato soup on a mobile order pick up. Also, upon arrival staff was confused for any mobile order placed which was ready at the time in the kitchen once they checked.

Started off with a nasty sticky table (places get busy not a big deal) someone came and wiped it ! Server was friendly.We waited over an hour for our food.The restaurant was not busy and 2 of our dishes came out cold . They took them back and my mother’s order (mozerella sticks) came back after about 10 minutes . It was about 35 minutes in total before I got my dish back and it came back to me room temperature at BEST.When the dishes initially came out my husband who ordered the all you can eat platter they have still waited another 20 minutes,got the food and had to go up to the server to order another .He waited another HOUR the food finally got to him and it was a half order of what he had and didn’t have fries with it like it was supposed to.The server told us the fryers weren’t working properly after the fact but if that’s the case fried foods shouldn’t be able to be ordered anyways (seems like a safety hazard if something isn’t cooked all the way) . After speaking to the manager he offered a gift card which ended up only being $15 (that we couldn’t use this visit) on an over $80 meal.I spent almost 2 hours here and I didn’t even get to eat . I don’t usually complain but this was absolutely ridiculous.

The tables were sticky the food took a very long time! The cook said it took a while cause the pasta needed to be cooked all the way but when my wife got the chicken pasta she said her pasta was hard and cold the tables were very sticky it felt so nasty to put my hands on it we had to set napkins down the only good thing was the gummy bear shots but the shot glasses were dirty as well the only good thing was the server he was pretty cool but I’ve been to a lot of apples bees but this one ruined my experience for the Tracy Applebees

The food was terrible...I had the ribs because I was craving them...they tasted like yesterday ribs way over reheated...I won't go back.. the service was adequate..I have noticed at that time of day. .People working are always fraternizing with friends that come in... I just reminds me why I don't go there

Went there and received a racist treatment. The server Natashia B had a pay of 15/hour but the garbage attitude of 550/hour. I reported that to manager but even he didn’t care. Not sure the company can hire those losers with their garbage attitude and watch their place go to downhill. Terrible management.

Horrible Service!! I hated the service provided from Nina and I believe that she needs to be removed immediately. She made me feel very uncomfortable and kept on giving me and my family attitude. I'd prefer another server next-time. Also, I spoke with the manager, Jason, and he made me feel horrible about myself. l'd rather not speak about what they said to me but I didn't like the way they handled things. Overall, horrible service and I would rather eat Olive Garden than Applebee's if this is the service they provide.

Table/menus were very dirty and sticky. There was gum and crumbs and rice in the booth. I had to send wrapped silverware back because it had dried crusted food on it. Overpriced and slow service. Will not be going back but I still tipped because it’s not the server’s fault.
