Good location. Easy freeway access. Clean store. Every thing was organized properly. Some Parking lot was shared with in n out. Some parking are on side of the store. They have good connections for cup. Also they start Christmas style cup. Definitely this location is batter than some location. Service was quick because a lot employees are working.

Pulled up through drive through and waited at the screen for about 4 minutes with no answer, only 2 cars ahead of me with no line, figured maybe screen was broken. Pulled up to the window and when we finally ordered. The associates looked annoyed that we had pulled up. Requested an Apple Crisp Shaken Espresso and as someone who’s managed in Starbucks, you can tell just by looking at the drink, it wasn’t shaken and the drink was just wrong. My wife pulled away before I could say anything due to being annoyed but the service was just bad

Was here early on a Monday morning and it didn't appear to be open when it said it was open, which is a major buzzkill at 430 am when you are driving to LA from the east bay. Beyond that it's a very sad location hard on the freeway, like, literally next to a freeway in the corner of a little shopping center.

I ordered 2 refreshers without ice and I was extremely disappointed to find that both had only been filled to about half way after picking them up. I’ve ordered these for years without ice and they have always been filled to the top. I later confirmed with another store that there was no policy to fill them up less when no ice was requested. The drinks are already expensive enough, now this store also seems to be giving you less drink.

I’ve always loved Starbucks, but lately my experience with their hot beverages and food has been disappointing. Every time I go in expecting a comforting, well-made hot coffee—especially a vanilla latte—I end up regretting the decision almost immediately after the first sip and breakfast. The latte no longer tastes like a latte. Instead, it has an artificial, almost chemical-like flavor that’s hard to ignore. Recently, the vanilla latte in particular has had a taste reminiscent of bleach or strong chemicals, which makes the experience unpleasant and concerning. I genuinely hope Starbucks considers doing more frequent quality checks on their ingredients—especially syrups and non-alternative milks—because the consistency and quality of hot beverages seem to have declined noticeably. In contrast, Peet’s Coffee has been tasting great lately, with a richer and more consistent flavor, which only highlights the difference in quality. Additionally, I’ve been receiving cold breads and croissants during recent visits, which adds to the frustration. Between the decline in beverage quality and the food being served cold, I’m not happy with the level of service I’ve been experiencing. As a long-time customer, I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both product quality and service consistency.

This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. I asked politely, but the staff member kept pushing me out for no reason. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It was unacceptable.

It is 100 plus degrees outside and I asked the representative at the time for a cup of ice water. They stated I had to be a paying customer in order to get one while I was here studying, then I said "ok then ill purchase it from you." She then stated she cannot do that.. When did starbucks refuse the right to a cup of ice water to people ?! Ridiculous.

Just left there a few minutes ago. They swapped out my husbands online order of spinach feta wrap with an bacon sausage egg wrap without telling him first (because they ran out) and only copped to it when my husband thought he received wrong order. Also, the matcha drink we ordered wasn’t blended. Powder clumps! We paid too much money for this terrible order! Do better Starbucks!

I asked for a thirty-measure Statbuck, no ice, everywhere they give me the right size and this place answered me rudely and also they gave me a thirty-measure that doesn't even come close to twenty, they gave it to me a little over half, it seems unfair to me

When coming in to order I was using the app and the lady told me I couldn’t use the bathroom! She looked at me and my boyfriend with discuses and was disrespectful I simply said I hope I don’t pee on the floor I have to go so bad she was rude said I couldn’t use the bathroom unless I order first and that she’ll call the cops and have me removed!
