We stayed for two nights in this very intimate and welcoming family-run hotel. The room was clean, small but suitable for a couple, and the decor was warm. The breakfast was excellent—not a buffet, but served—and very well-stocked with a wide selection. Located in the middle of nature with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended for those who want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. We'll definitely be back 🤎

Hotel in a very quiet area of ​​Trepalle, about ten kilometers from the center of Livigno. Welcoming and spotlessly clean rooms. The pillows are low, but just ask and they'll provide extras. They welcome dogs. Family-run, the staff is beyond hospitable, and the courtesy is evident throughout. A heartfelt thank you to Alan and Simone, and compliments to Mr. Romano. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed (unfortunately) only one night, but if we return to Livigno, we will definitely return to this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to accommodate your every need. The rooms are clean and new. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it's perfect, located 10 km from Livigno. Breakfast is served, but it's super plentiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A beautiful property, surrounded by greenery and tranquility at 2,000 meters, far from the chaos of Livigno but still within easy reach by car or bus. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. Breakfast is served by the restaurant staff and is plentiful and varied. Parking is available below the hotel, and hiking trails start directly from the hotel. What I appreciated most was the tranquility of the area. Recommended

We met Romano who was absolutely lovely and although our Italian isn't good and his English was poor we managed to get through the choices on the dinner menu and he showed us our room. The entrance is warm from the afternoon sun and smells fresh and clean. Our room is lovely, very clean and has everything we need. The bells on the goats and cows in the nearby paddocks ringing various chimes in the background and the hotel is well presented with lovely gardens, ornaments and stone work. Shower is very good, towels are fluffy and our meals were excellent. You too will love this hidden gem out of town. Highly highly recommend.

We stayed for one night and we had dinner too. Room was very clean, everything was working well and shower has a fantastic flow of water. Dinner was very very good: small choice but great quality, price is fair. It is handled by a family: all of them very kind. Location is perfect: quite but close to Livigno. We recommend this place to persons who want to stay in a very nice place and pay the right price !
