We had amazing time. Came with family , 15 of us and had amazing service from start. Food was good and they were happy for us to have pizzas one night when asked (which was great but note very large!!). They offered different pasta dishes for kids as well.

Our stay was really amazing. The hotel is located close to the slopes, the stuff is really welcoming, the kitchen is so delicious. Pet friendly, cosy place, sauna is a gift after a long ski day. I would come back again! Thank you Estarlin, Daniela and all the team, we wish you very good season!

TOP, PERFECT, FRIENDLY, CLEAN, ... i can say a lot of positive things. First time snowboard vacation for my girlfriend and son. They both where positive surpriced and most of it from the hotel. Super service but not only the owners, also the staff of the restaurant, bar, cleaning team, ... nothing was to much for nobody. I mailed a lot of times with questions, they allways answered, ... . Also in the restaurant we had a lot of new expierince about food what was realy positive. No buffet only for breakfast what was positive, because else you mostly take the same and dont try new things. In the breakfast you make the choice from different diches to eat for the dinner, great concept. Old rooms? What old rooms? We also got an older room but also that is only to sleep, get dressed, and wash yourself. If thats clean what it was its al good for me. Thx in advance and we will be back. This is a great place to stay during the ski period. The hotel has a spa, bar and even a playroom for the children. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, there is no lack of choice. They also offer dinner for vegetarians. The staff is very helpful and kind. Great place to stay!

The hotel did have everything I needed for a week of skiing with my boy. The food was great, maybe a bit too much every night. Rooms were clean and OK. Bar was the best with great selection of cocktails at Livigno (taxfree) prices. Why not 5 starts: everything was a bit dated. And the rooms were too hard to get to the right temperature. Woke up several times per night because the air was too dry. Parking at the hotel was also an endeavor. The hotel has a lot of rooms, but limited (outside) parking space. Inside parking is possible, but spaces are tight and expensive.

Beautiful renovated rooms. However, the service was poor. Drinks were paid for in the restaurant, but apparently weren't debited from the system. We had to pay again at checkout. Protesting didn't help. I also accidentally left an expensive item of clothing in my room. I asked the hotel if they'd found it, and they had. I asked them to send it back, and I'd cover all the shipping costs, of course. Luckily, they agreed. But now, almost three months have passed and it still hasn't been shipped. Our travel agency won't book this hotel again.

I recently rented this house, and I have to say, it was a major letdown. Upon arrival, it was clear that the photos online were heavily edited and didn’t represent the reality of the place. The first thing that hit me was the musty smell – it was so strong that we had to open every window, and even then, it lingered throughout our stay. The house itself is outdated and poorly maintained. The floors were creaky and uneven, and the walls had visible cracks and peeling paint. The bathroom situation was another issue. The water pressure was extremely low, and the shower had mold spots around the edges. The lighting was poor, making the whole house feel dark and unwelcoming. Overall, I regret booking this place. It did not live up to the expectations set by the listing, and the condition of the house was far below the price we paid. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends. It is a cheap place and it can ruin your holidays. The owner, Luigi Cola is not really a nice person to interact with. (Drunk or under influence) They should revise how they treat / talk to the customers. An official complaint has been sent to the authorities. Should anyone else have problems there, we encourage to do contact the local authorities.
