A very nice and clean hotel. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. In the afternoon live guitar music perform by someone special. The food is excellent. Breakfast spectacular! Parking available. Ski shuttle for hotel residents.

We had a fabulous two weeks staying in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and really clean as was the hotel. The food was plentiful with delicious and interesting dinner meals and the facilities were 5 star. We'll be back!

very nice and new hotel with spacious rooms and great spa area for adults and kids. very good food & wine choices for dinner, a bit more variety for breakfast (i.e. different fresh fruit, fresh orange juice) would be nice. Location not directly on slopes but closeby. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were spacious, cosy and comfortable. The spa is excellent with a beautiful pool, steam room, massage jets, relaxation room, beverages area. The staff are incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. Such a fantastic stay with a great location for the slopes.

Family run hotel with an excellent Italian cuisine, carefully selected wine list and nice Spa zone. Very conveniently located next to Mottolino ski lift, free bus stop to Carosello and just 10 min walk from the village. Overall service is great, couldn't have made a better choice!

Hotel Bucaneve is the best hotel in Livigno; I've been returning there every year for almost 20 years. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is located about 10 mins walk from city centre. Parking is easy at the hotel parking, people are very nice. Shuttle from hotel to the lifts is very helpful and the driver is very nice. Restaurant is clean, The staff has a lot of work and we had problems with receiving our ordered drinks in about half of the cases. Food is "interesting", if you want raditional italian cuisine, you will be disappointed. Why pizza is black and fried in oil? Wellness is very nice, but guests donť know how to behave there. They wear swimming dress in sauna, they donť take shower between sauna and pool... Maybe there should be some instructions anywhere in wellness area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, but even that we paid for better room with noise isolation, it wasnť isolated very much and we heard everything from nearby rooms. And the last thing is that thera are children everywhere and if you don't like their scream and running around you, you should look somewhere else:-)

Terrible customer experience. We (2 families) booked early in September 2022 our stay in February 2023. There was an incentive on their web page to book directly - not through booking.com - book bed and breakfast and get HB. Sounds like a fair deal considering booking.com fees. We received following confirmation: By booking your stay directly, you will receive a 5% discount on the beauty treatments and massages selected for you by our beautician using completely natural products. * Half board with afternoon snack from 4.15 p.m. * Convention with David's Rental Ski, a few steps from the Hotel, which will allow you to rent skis with a discount of 20% and deliver them directly into the locker of the Skiroom reserved for you….. Upon arrival everything was confirmed but later in the restaurant we were told both families have only B&B. I sent them several messages asking for solving the problem but received no reply. Hotel reception also never came back to me with any explanation. I can’t call it a 4-star hotel experience. Regarding rooms - you can hear conversations from 2 rooms away at the top floor where larger family rooms are located. Not to mention kids crying.

Normally I would say it's a good hotel, friendly staff and good food. Why only 1 star ? Due to a mistake of the hotel we had to leave our room at once. The manager (that old unfriendly female "tart") kicked us out after a day of intensive skiing unless we pay 300 euro. The evening before they reassured us we could stay and keep our room. We refused that offer and left the hotel in the evening, tired and actually not capable to drive a 1000 km night to our home. So NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!
