Locanda in posizione comoda e con ampio parcheggio. Camere pulitissime, nuove e confortevoli. Colazione buona e con prodotti locali. La cena nel loro ristorante è squisita e abbondante. I titolari, Lorenzo Davide e Andrea, ci hanno accolto con simpatia e professionalità. Hanno accontentato tutte le richieste dei nostri bambini. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Torneremo sicuramente al Crap! Bravissimi davvero!!!

Ieri sera abbiamo festeggiato il diciottesimo compleanno di nostro figlio e devo dire che è stato tutto meraviglioso, dalla location spaziosa e accogliente al buon cibo accompagnato da ottimo vini ( risotto sassella e casera strepitoso) Ci siamo divertiti molto anche perché è stato possibile ascoltare della musica gestita da noi. Ieri sera ho cenato per la prima volta in questo ristorante. Locations molto curata, due ampie sale di cui una con pianoforte. Bello il dehors . Disponibile ampio parcheggio esterno. Adiacente al ristorante anche struttura per soggiorno. Ottima cucina sia carne che pesce. Noi abbiamo preso risotto al sassella e tagliata con porcini, tiramisù e sorbetto al Braulio. Ottimo servizio. Personale professionale e gentile. Prezzi rapportati alla qualità e servizio. Tornerò sicuramente.

Una decisione non programmata pernottare in questo b&b ,ma si è rivelata la decisione perfetta dopo aver fatto una escursione al ghiacciaio Fellaria! Camera e bagno molto belli e VERAMENTE PULITI!! Cena al ristorante Al Crap con materie prime di qualità e prezzi onestissimi! Molto gradito il prosecco come aperitivo offerto in quanto ospiti della struttura e addirittura l'amaro dopo cena..trattamento da 5 stelle....

Folks, "Don't judge a book by its cover", and in this case, don't judge the name of this establishment by what it has to offer. 'La Crap' (roughly translated to merda in italian", might sound unassuming, but trust me, it's far from it. My cousins from Sondrio were amazed to discover that its name in italuan is not what this establishment has to offer. The accommodation is top notch for a very reasonable price, the location and views are breathtakingly beautiful, and the restaurant serves outstanding local cuisine. If you're heading to Northern Italy, specifically Sondrio in the Valtellina region, do yourself a favor and visit David, Lorenzo, and the team at La Crap. They're sure to exceed your expectations. I'd give it a 10 out of 5 if I could – it's truly deserving of this rating. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location up on the hill with great views! Even though me and my travel partner did not have a car the staff graciously picked us up! The rooms were very comfortable and new. The restaurant was amazing, it was super packed on a Saturday night! Great staff and some of best food in my stay in Italy, perfecto!

Stayed here for two nights in January. The owner of the establishment is extremely friendly and helpful. We came to the hotel with no car and he picked us up at the train station sparing us the 45 minute walk there. At the end of our stay he dropped us off at our train station as well. There’s tons of hiking trails only a mile away from the hotel. The restaurant itself has a very nice feel to it and the food is superb. We got to try many new things there that we had yet to try in Italy. Overall a great stay!

We stayed at Locanda for two nights and visited their restaurant once. We regret so much it was closed, becasue definitely we would visit it twice. Food is absolutely delicious, service on very high level and what was very useful almost everyone knows the English. Definetly recommended! Accommodation was clean, tidy and has everything what you need. If something is missing they will quickly arrange it and fulfill your request. To be honest it was one of our best stay in Italy with a great hospitality and kindness. Good breakfast with local products.

Un ambiente ben curato con un buon servizio e una buona carta dei piatti così come la selezione di vini in bottiglia. C è cucina locale, pesce e pizza per accontentare tutti i palati. Ampio il parcheggio per tutti i clienti direttamente fuori dal ristorante. Servizi igienici utilizzabili anche con la sala piena. Conto adeguato alla qualità del cibo e al servizio.

Ottimo ristorante, abbiamo assaporato un’ottima cucina Valtellinese, servizio ottimo , titolari e personale molto cortese e simpatico. Ottime anche le camere, la colazione ed il personale gentilissimo. Se dovete soggiornare o anche solo mangiare ed assaporare un’ottima cucina fermatevi.

It’s been a nice experience in a typical traditional Italian restaurant near to the borders with Switzerland facing the beautiful nature of mountains. Pros: professional waiters- variety of seafood dishes with pasta- nice taste - nice cheese appetizers were offered- rustic style looks like a cottage at the mountains-seats were okay. Cons: As shrimp lover, I wish there was a pasta dish with shrimp only as I don’t like clams and muscles. All in all, it could be a nice chance to have a special experience of Italian cuisine there.

Update: this time we tried the pizzoccheri, and they were great. The panna cotta was tasty too (I wouldn’t add the whipped cream on the side: not needed!) ———————— The location is great, the service excellent. The food was hit or miss: some dishes were good (e.g. charcuterie board, sciatt, fritto misto, tagliata) others were not memorable (ravioli with mushrooms, tzigoiner).

A great restaurant with lovely food. However, I dropped a star because the waiter was a rude to our table. We did not want any alcohol in the food due to religious reasons and for one of our guests and it was as if we asked for too much and irritated them. It was one dish. That’s all. Otherwise no complaint on the food. Absolutely lovely.

The location is under the Calvario cliff, impressive. The place has a large parking, you find always a seat. Good pizza, warm and frendly service , high value for money.
