The food is well prepared, the staff is a little less pleasant, almost always annoyed and not very smiling, but who is when they work? I really like this place because it is always quite empty, but be careful if you want to use jest eat or delivero, three times I was missing some sandwiches, I opened a report but I was never reimbursed, large parking lot

We needed a McDonald's in Trezzo! Spacious and friendly staff. We went there on Halloween night to get some takeout treats, and there was a lovely, cheerful atmosphere and lots of themed decorations. The Halloween cupcakes were delicious; they should keep them year-round, and the service was great.

Big tasty DELUDENTE Ho preso poco fa un Big tasty pieno eccessivamente di cipolla due fettine piccolissimissime di pomodoro e formaggio zero il bacon e hamburger chiaramente. Ma... il risultato è che ho pagato €6.90 per mangiare un panino con la cipolla?? Era pienissimo ! No grazie mai più!

Parlo per il servizio di Drive In: é garantito che su un ordine di 4 articoli ne manchi almeno 1. Sembra quasi che sia politica interna non mettere le salse o "dimenticarsi" ogni santa volta qualcosa. Consiglio di andare al Mc di Brembate piuttosto, li sí dimenticano raramente le cose e ti accolgono con il sorriso, qua a Trezzo... non sempre.

Today, December 21, 2025, I lost hope in this MC. My three brothers and I placed a single order for €28 with a wrap, fries, and nuggets. The order arrived in two parts, and the wrap arrived twenty minutes later, missing a water. The only positive thing that kept me from giving it a star was that we received a Crispy, even though it was raw.

Vengo almeno ogni settimana da quando ha aperto, ogni volta un’esperienza terribile. Al Drive si aspetta molto tempo per ricevere ogni volta l’ordine sbagliato, mancano sempre salse, bibite sbagliate e a volte non mettono le patatine o sono scondite. Oggi credo che sia stata l’ultima volta che vado in questo punto Mc Donald’s, vado al drive dopo aver aspettato almeno 15 minuti arriva l’ordine. Visto le precedenti esperienze negative controllo e nel primo sacchetto e tutto giusto, vi erano altre persone dietro in coda e quindi decido di andare, sperando nell’attenzione del manager che ha fatto l’ordine. Arrivo a casa e ricevo solo brutte sorprese, le bibite sono sbagliate, ho ordinato due mc chicken e mi sono arrivati un mc chicken e un crispy mc bacon,guardo nell’altro sacchetto e mancano completamente le patatine, non pervenute al loro posto un mcchicken e un crispy 😩😩 Ordine Happy meal sbagliato. Pensate al poveretto che si è trovato solo patatine… La situazione è veramente un disastro questi poveri ragazzi che corrono come dei pazzi r i manager che quando aiutano fanno solo casini… Vi chiedete come mai la media delle recensioni sia così alta? Obbligano i dipendenti a farle con voti alti ristampando gli scontrini😁😁

È l'ennesima volta che vado ma giuro non andrò più ordine da portare via cosa succede x l'ennesima volta ? Dimenticano sempre qualcosa un MC ckicken l'altra volta un toast l'altra volta ancora una porzione di patatine.....telefoni e non rispondonopoi la roba da buttare hamburger da fare schifo SCONSIGLIATO I MC NON MI VEDRANNO MAI PIU

Ho ordinato due semplici menù e un happy meal con un hamburger da asporto. Tornato a casa mi accorgo che manca un panino, e l hamburger é solo pane e hamburger senza cipolle salse e cetriolo. Personale antipatico,incompetente é distratto persino di fare un semplice panino. Ero solo in coda, locale vuoto. Tornato per prendere il panino dimenticato mi viene consegnato freddo, senza scuse e senza controllare lo scontrino. Spero che il responsabile prenda provvedimenti a riguarda e che controlli piu seriamente i suoi dipendenti incapaci. Chiaro é che a Trezzo non ci tornerò e lo sconsiglio fortemente.

Every time a problem... the only MC in the area with serious inconveniences. In the summer it's full of flies, in the winter you have to eat with a jacket because the heating doesn't work. I order a simple salad, but the dressing is missing, and then I notice that the cutlery and breadsticks are missing... the guy laughs in our faces, going back and forth three times for each item.... My companion bites into a burger and the ketchup is completely missing 😐 He points it out and the manager arrogantly and annoyedly replies that the sandwich is like that.... Meat and bread without sauces and cucumbers. Then they remake it, huffing and puffing and throwing it right there on the counter. The few times we've tried the drive-thru, something has always been missing, something that makes you have to park and go back. In my opinion, the McDonald's chain should take serious action for the incompetence of their employees, in addition to their rudeness and impertinence. At least have the humility to apologize for making a mistake...they always seem annoyed and bothered by customers!!!! Not to mention when they spend 5 minutes looking for a table to serve and the sandwiches get cold... MC Donald's in Trezzo? AVOID IT!!!!! WAIT 5 MORE MINUTES AND GO TO GESSATE OR CAPRIATE!!!!!

Slow. And I recommend you always check your order with the driver. Because when you pay, you're always surprised, either things are missing or they change your order entirely. Today I bought two sauces for $0.60 that weren't added. But I'm home now, I won't be back, but it's really making me feel inefficient at a fast food restaurant. Thank goodness we're not talking about healthcare. And I'm waiting for someone to respond with what excuses.... Because it happens to me often, and especially reading the other reviews, it's clear that nothing has been resolved. Pathetic service, and so are the responses.

Today, November 10, 2025, at 1:45 PM, I went to McDonald's and placed my order using the kiosks and paid at the register. I waited at the register where they hand out the sandwiches and saw the manager standing nearby. She didn't look at me or notice me. So I moved to the register at the bar, but there was no one there. I waited five minutes and still no one came. I took my order and left without having consumed anything. There was no way to pay, no one came to the register to ask me to pay and consume. It's not the first time he's tried so hard to pay. It's a shame because I used to come there often. I'll go to the one in Busnago near the shopping center; at least they're efficient there.

Eating at this McDonald's is a horror movie experience, starring... flies. A full-blown invasion: as soon as you sit down, you're the menu. We closed everything and ran home to finish our meal, because it was simply unbearable inside. As if that weren't enough, the sandwiches always arrive wrong, with raw, immobile cheddar cheese, never melted. The fries? Nine times out of ten, cold, and in the cheddar cheese... they don't put cheddar, actually, just a few drops. Drive-thru isn't any better! Advice to the manager: first of all, a good pest control, or at least give a fly swatter with every order.

Of course, the atmosphere is perfect and well-kept, but the service really leaves much to be desired. I asked for breakfast to go and it was delivered to me on a tray (!). Also, I asked for a soy cappuccino and they only gave me milk. It would be nice to have a little more attentive and competent staff in the morning, thank you.

I stopped by one morning for breakfast: I had a soy cappuccino and a berry croissant. The cappuccino was cold, even though I'd asked for it to be hot. The croissant was practically empty, just stained with a little jam, almost inedible. The staff, as always, was unfriendly: no good morning, no thank you... basically, the same old story. I don't recommend it.

Enough. It's the umpteenth time. A sandwich made with zero respect for those paying. Whole tomato, not even the effort of cutting it. Lettuce scattered everywhere except where it's needed. Sauce thrown in like glue. Everything frozen, they just have to stack it, and they still manage to suck. And then they complain about underpaid jobs. But if they can't even do that with a minimum of attention, maybe it's time to think again. I'm tired of paying for this sloppiness. A little dignity in serving, please.
