Amazing place at Trinidad for coffee, breakfast and lunch. If you are heading towards Redwood this place is must visit even for coffee. Staff is very friendly and parking is just outside the cafe. It is a cozy place in close knitted town of Trinidad.

Popped in looking for coffee and a snack on our long road trip to San Fran. Cutest town with amazing water views, great little cafe. Mocha and iced latte were on point and the toasted tuna melt delicious with fresh salad. They also sell beautifully unique soap locally made. So glad we decided to turn off the highway into Trinidad and found this gem.

Great place to stop for great coffee and great food. If you're coming to the Redwoods come by for some coffee and the avocado toast. Yeyea, I get it, avocado toast is overpriced for what it really is, but this one is very good. And the coffee, o my lord, its worth stopping by for. They know what theyre doing. Just come by.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I discovered this gem of a spot passing through town going south. I made it a point to stop here again on my way back going north. Great coffee, great assortment of prepared food (the ingredients taste fresh) and the people serving it up are pretty darn awesome as well. It's lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view or take your coffee for a stroll down the few blocks to admire the rugged beauty of the CA coastline

This place was amazing. Incredible lattes and even better sandwiches. Line was out the door for a reason. Definitely worth the wait. Very friendly people and cute surroundings. Gem in this small picturesque town.

I was not hungry…. Nor was I thirsty when I entered this establishment. Before I knew it I was devouring lox and had not one but two coffees in my hand. Beware the tricky saleslady at the front counter, disguised as a barista. And I warn you again to not gaze into the eyes of the man who makes your coffee. You will get lost in the taste of his caffeinated concoctions and even more astray you will be led by his charm. Warnings aside, the coffee is fantastic and the staff couldn’t be friendlier in this quaint town. Highly recommend! PS: get extra lox on your bagel, makes it even better

Happy to find this spot during an impromptu trip through Trinidad. Our drinks were fabulous. Great menu options. Staff was great! Enjoyed looking at the fun gift offerings and the beautiful paintings on the walls. Huge outdoor dining area made me want to stay all day!

The atmosphere is laid-back, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and pleasant to talk with, which adds to the overall experience. While I’d say the café itself is about average, one thing that stood out to me was the tuna melt—it was absolutely delicious, perfectly toasted, and packed with flavor. I’d definitely come back just for that! Although nothing else particularly wowed me, the combination of a cozy space, good service, and tasty food makes this a solid choice for a casual visit. Would consider stopping by again!

Amazing Breakfast Spot! Beachcomber Cafe in Trinidad, California, is a fantastic place for breakfast. They offer a great variety of delicious options paired with excellent coffee. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I absolutely loved the cozy vibe of this place—highly recommend it!

In the heart of Trinidad, California, this well-known local cafe offers delicious bites and brews that will jumpstart your foggy coastal morning with a bit of soul. A line out the door can be daunting upon arrival, but it only takes a moment to realize that only a handful of guests in the cozy entryway are waiting for service. Behind the counter, the team works hard to provide handcrafted dishes and coffees to patiently waiting guests. The space is charming, decorated with local crafts, surfboards and artwork. Up front, orders are taken expeditiously, but with personal care to ensure accuracy. The glass case near the register features perfect looking house-made pastries and treats. The nearby chalkboard exhibits handwritten specials, which I usually deem a signal that I’m in for something solid. Seating is somewhat limited, but patio overflow is helpful for larger groups. The orders arrived within a reasonably time frame, and looking wonderful too. My order of chilaquiles was impressive, and my wife’s Avocado Beach Bun was simple but just as satisfying. My iced latte was unique and palatable, and my wife’s caramel latte was reported equally delicious and heartwarming. It was easy to remember to take photos this time, because all of our order was pleasing to the eye. I felt compelled to purchase some merchandise and local crafts, as I was so charmed by the Beachcomber and wanted to take a piece of it with me. I hope this place never changes, quality job to the employees and owners.

The Beachcomber Cafe was the most memorable coffee shop that my husband and I visited during our trip to Northern California last month! The atmosphere is 10/10!! There is a good amount of seating inside and even more outdoors! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a chai tea latte and a seasonal avocado toast - it was the best avocado toast I have ever had! The tomato was so fresh and tasted phenomenal!! My husband had a scone and some sort of cheesecake bar he really, really enjoyed both. I was just so impressed with the flavor... I'm still kicking myself that I didn't order espresso in my chai. I would have loved to at least try it. The tea was great though!! I would highly recommend Beachcomber Cafe!
