Dear Mr. Kim (I hope that is your name😁). I have frequented your store for several years now. The Atmosphere is welcoming, the product selection plentiful and always greeted with a warm smile. That is the warmth of Kim's donuts all day, every day. On several occasions I have been disappointed to find that my favorites had run out. I understood that is the price to pay for everything I previously mentioned. Because of this excellence, others knew the popularity of your store and woke up early so they would be able to secure their favorites. That is through no fault of your own that you have popular products that many crave. I understood that the solution lies with myself. Knowing this, I get up early and try to arrive at a reasonable time to grab one of my favorites. I wanted to write this to thank you. We are happy that you chose Trophy Club to open your business. I was just reading a review that left me speechless. I don't think you need to apologize for something like running out of food. That kind of solution lies with us, the customer. Get up early if you want your favorite. Even vending machines run out!!!!!

I’ve been going to Kim’s since high school and they genuinely make the best kolaches and donuts in the Trophy Club/ Roanoke area! Their service is also superb. I was just in there and a customer had a complaint but, their goal to please was extremely apparent when he tried to leave but she stopped him to give him his order for free! Not to mention his complaint was completely unjustified as I saw the entire conversation. You don’t see that anywhere! I will continue to support Kim’s for as long as I live in this area! They are truly the best there.

Consistent impeccable customer service. The best breakfast food I have had in the area. I just witnessed a customer lose his mind over something extremely childish and Kim proceeded to give his order for free. 10/10

I LOVE Kim’s donuts!!! My go-to donut shop! Donuts are a great price, they taste AMAZING (i don’t go to many other places because they have set such a high standard for me), and everybody is so kind!!! I always get these for my birthday and we use to get them every sunday!! Hugely recommend!!

Came here with my parents and little sister on the way to college for move in. Man, their kolaches were some of the best I ever had. Doughnuts were some of the best I ever had (both blueberry and red velvet are HIGHLY reccomend in my opinion). Owners were very kind and the atmosphere was just so clean and organized. If I could I'd be giving 10/5 stars. Highly recommend!

I love Kim's donuts! One of the only donut places around that doesn't use soybean oil to fry their donuts. They always have a huge fresh selection. I like to get there early and some donuts are still warm! The owners are very nice.

Best donut shop I’ve ever been to! We very regularly get donuts here because 1.) they are definitely the yummiest donuts I’ve ever tried. Best glazed ever. Best sausage rolls. Best chocolate donuts. Those are the 3 things I try first to see if I want to return to a donut shop! Ha! 2.) the owners and everyone that works there are incredibly friendly. 3.) it’s always clean 4.) they have an amazing selection of different types of donuts — from your classics to cronuts to fruit topped donuts. Plus several other options with meat. 5.) I don’t drink coffee, but my husband does and likes their coffee 6.) You can order custom donuts for special occasions Seriously, everything is so good. Sometimes I try a donut shop and there’s just an odd taste to them. Maybe it’s something they cook with like the oil. I’m not sure. But Kim’s do not have that weird taste! They are perfection!

Kim's is the neighborhood Donut shop for Trophy Club. Being right across from 3 of the 4 schools helps. It is run by an incredibly wonderful family who loves being part of the neighborhood. The donut are always fresh, and invariably, there is always an extra donut hole or two for the kids. The filled donuts are my favorite, they offer vanilla, lemon, or raspberry. Finally the people could not be more of a success story. They immigrated from Korea and started a business. One son is a civil engineer and the other serves in the U.S. Army. If you ant to support a great local business that genuinely cares about the locals, come have a donut here.

The sausage rolls are probably the best i’ve had in all of northwest TX there always fluffy and savoury never crumbly or hard and the doughnuts are always the perfect consistency and so is the glaze love this place for breakfast right before going to school and is a great price

As you enter the shop you smell the sweet aroma of freshly made donuts and see a kind smile from Ms. Kim herself. The walls decorated with fantastic design bring about a sense of fun. My children chose their desired donuts and we walked away feeling happier about our lives:)

Our first time getting donuts from here, and they were so delicious! They really were even better than I expected. Not only is the flavor amazing, they tasted deliciously fresh, and the texture was also perfect. The best donuts I've had, seriously.

I love this place so much, it’s actually insane! I’ve never actually been inside since it’s not the closest to where I live so I’ve only ordered Kim’s through DoorDash. Even though the delivery for DoorDash cost more than my food. It’s always worth it!!! The workers have always given me a free item with a sweet message or note on the side and it’s just such a nice way to start the day. Plus, the cinnamon roll and the croissant sandwich here are so goooooddd too. I will always prefer Kim’s donuts.
