Worst Pizza Hut in the entire United States. I just sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on my pizza that I ordered just to be told that they they don't honor the $50 bill my order was 44.51 and all I had was $50 bill and no debit card so thanks Pizza Hut in Troy worst experience ever I will be saying something to corporate tomorrow as soon as they open up, that's American tender you shouldn't be able to deny money. I can see if I was trying to pay $100 for a $20 bill but no I was trying to pay $50 for a $44 meal. **EDIT** pizza hut actually deleted my account and I lost all reward points for this review...... Classy pizza hut.

If I could give zero stars I would . What do I look like paying $13.99 for a medium pizza when the large pizzas are 9.99? I told the guy I wanted the pizzas for 9.99 and I wanted two . He comes to my door with one medium pizza . I get the delivery fee but Jesus if people listen and do their job correctly we wouldn’t have issues . Now here I am having to order pizza from else where . I’ll never order from here again while visiting.

The employee who worked the window looked at me with distain. This is the second time I’ve encountered them, the first was the same attitude (which I had chalked up to having a bad day at the time). They also gave me the wrong drink and had an attitude when I asked for a correction. None of this was earth shattering, but when I got home the pizza had pools of barbecue sauce. When you picked up a slice over half the toppings sloughed off because they were floating on the sauce. Absolutely disgusting.

I have never had a worse pizza. I Got over charged and left they off my extra cheese that I was overcharged for. Then, they argued with me over it. I called the 180 number and was told that the manager would contact me about a refund and 2 weeks later, still nothing. You would be better off eating sand than going here.

I waited on an order but they got me off and going quickly but with fresh food. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. So update 6/26/23 Ordered NY Big Pizza online, thought I had it to be delivered but I had to go in. Well pull up to the door so my 12 year old grandson could pick it up. Other customer at the front desk and he waited, and waited and the cashier never acknowledged him....At All. I had to go in, in my robe. Guy in the back wiom is always kind, help. No problem BUT pizza was burnt, dry and went in the garbage. Ordered pizza from Domino's.

This review is not for the food but the store employees and management. Our family stopped by this location on Sunday afternoon while driving back to GA. We were with kids and in a hurry missed our diaper bag at the store. I called the store immediately after reaching home and the employee on call confirmed that my bag was found and it is at the front desk. When I requested if they could ship, she said she will discuss with the manager and I should expect a call next day that I did not get. When I called back next day in the evening to check, I explained the employee on call and on hearing the details she started talking in Spanish and hung up on me. I called again and this time another person answered, on hearing me, he said he is checking and started to sing songs in some native language, I waited for sometime but he was just singing continuously and did not respond. On calling for the third time, they just hung up on me(as soon as identifying that I’m the caller). I’m so disappointed with this behavior, is this how you treat customers.

If I could give zero I would. This is by far the worst experience at a pizza hut ever. Nasty place! Needs to be shut down by health depth. Filty, greasy windows, paint peeling in windows. Had to clean my own table just to eat. Bugs crawling on the wall, filthy floor, I didn't even want to see the state of the bathroom. You now have to order and pay at the register before finding your own table. You get only paper plates and plastic forks. No ice or cups, just a 20 oz drink bottle. In the 43 minutes we were there no one came inside. I didn't know why, but is clear now. Pizza was supposed to be hand tossed, but was undercooked and left everything greasy and hard to eat. Other than bringing our pizza served in a box no one ever spoke to us. We left and not a sole could be found. Arrived at 12:00 noon and left at 12:43pm. Unfortunate for pizza hut to have sunk so low. I'll stick to eating gas station pizza from now on. See all the photos I took to corroborate my review.

My husband went to get pizza and said he was there 30 minutes. He asked the woman behind the counter (who had been playing on her phone) to check and see if our order was ready and then she found that it had been in the warmer the whole time. Pizza was burnt, didn't taste good at all and the cheese on both pizzas had run out of the crust. Won't be eating here again. $40 for this.

It depends on who's working if the food is going to be good or not. Our latest experience, my wife called to verify that it was the Troy location that she was calling and then asked if the dining room was open. We got there, big sign on door that says "dining room open", and waited a while to be seated, just for them to say that they weren't going to let us eat inside since there was only 2 employees working. My wife said that she called ahead to specifically ask if the dining room were open. The woman said my wife must have called a different location. My wife said that it's why she verified the location before asking if the dining room were open. They couldn't care less.

I ordered delivery around 5:30 today, and when I received my pizza, it looked like the first pizza in the pictures (the pepperoni). It looks like there is some missing and it was cut terribly. Not only did it look awful, it was cold. My friend ordered from there tonight as well and the cheese pizza is theirs. Do your workers even care when handling the food? What's going on over there? I've given this particular Pizza Hut a few chances, but not again.
