This definitely will improve your dining experience. I love Wendy's hamburgers and the chili is fantastic nothing to warm you up on a cold night like this chili. And the manager is very nice lady she has been fixing my hamburgers for the last 40 years and always greets me with a smile there.

Food was great, nice and hot. I took a chance by stopping, knowing that only 5 mins left for breakfast but I was not disappointed. Originally I took a break from this location for not having good service, although now I see that was a mistake. This staff that they had this morning 3/06/24 amazed me. Apologetic, and working their butts off. They were really hustling and trying to make everyone happy. This was great to see. I will be back😊 thanks guys. And you did it all with a smile

The food from Wendy's is great. It really does taste like home made though sits a tad on the expensive side but a much better option over Burger King and McDonald's. Everything is pretty much made to order so wait times are longer.

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but Wendy's has the best fast food menu of any of the fast food chains in my area. Their burgers are good, they have the best chicken sandwiches, and they have the best variety of salads. Also, their chili is a classic and a healthier substitute for fries.

Food was hit and delicious! The service could have been faster for the 4 cars that were in line when I was there. We waited about 5 minutes at the speaker just for our order to be taken. But everywhere is struggling with employees so not too big a deal! I will visit this location more often.

I've been coming here a min now, the food is right most of the time but the old guy picked up some bags off the floor and put my food in one of them. His a manager... But i like some of the other workers so it works out.

I love their food but their prices are the highest as far as fast food goes. My friend and I were in the Troy Wendy's that is close to the Kettering hospital and for the two of us it was approximately $18 and we just had sandwiches, fries, and drinks. Nothing elaborate. It always tastes great but too high priced.

It was a late night run for our lunch, being the vampires we are, when we decided it should be Wendy's. Not sure what was going on but they were only handling one car at a time. By that i mean take the order, collect the money, make the food, ship them out, take next order, repeat. Definitively out of character for this spot. Food was amazing though.

I decided to try the "Krabby Patty" and was highly disappointed... not sure what the sauce was supposed to be on the burger, and the pineapple frosty tasted like mango. I also ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget and ended up with a 4 piece garlic sauced nuggets. Ughh

Their drive-thru is slow, averaging 3-5 minutes per car, so you could be waiting 20 minutes in line if there's a few cars ahead of you. I think "fast food" should be a lot faster than that. The workers always seem to be nice.

usually love this location, stopped by Sunday morning (6/2) for breakfast as the Mcd's wasn't open. 2 cars in the parking lot (presume employee's since the dining room isn't open) all the lights are on, breakfast menu is up..... no one to be seen. can't help but wonder if they were "hiding" in the fridge to avoid work.

The Mobile App and Google Maps show that they’re open at 6am. However, the Drive Thru window shows it opens at 6:30am. This is misleading since the app allows you to order. I’m giving some generosity making this 3 stars, but please fix your hours online.

This location use to do very well. And I understand they are short staffed, but this is the third time in a row that my order was A. Cold and B. Wrong. There is no excuse for this happening as routinely as it has lately.

I went to this location around 6:15 p.m. (Troy) we got a few sandwiches and a large chili the sandwiches were fresh and hot too much mayonnaise on them. My complaint is I ordered a large chili. I paid for a large chili and I received a little over half of a container not a full container.

SLOWWWWW. Went at 1:35pm. One lady at front register(working her butt off). 4 other visible people running carryout. 4 people in front of me. Finally got to place order at 1:56pm got food at 2:06 pm. 31 minutes!!! It is suppose to be fast food. Service is apparently dead.

Was told that the manager no longer allows the workers to put cream and sugar in ice coffee. They hand you creamers and sugar packages. Who does that? Well back to Mac Donald's for my iced coffee.

Disappointing amount of bacon. Smashed up chunks of tomatoes. (Sharpen your knife!) Why don't you have/offer croutons?

It's literally never open. Like ever. If it is it's the drive through which is like come on. Can the owners really not find a competent crew to run this store? Once in a while I understand but for weeks now when I go here the lobby doors are locked. I drive a vehicle too tall for the drive through.

Nothing like stopping in a FAST food place and no matter what time and get barely warm fries. It does not take long to do fries and if customers could get HOT fries we would gladly wait while they made them. I ordered asiago chicken sandwich. No cheese! One side of my sandwich the chicken was thick and the other thin. My husband likes this place, but even he complained, next time I'll just order a drink thank you, if we were to ever stop there again.

This Wendy's was practically on par with a regular Wendy's. It was newly remodeled apparently except for the restroom which my wife could smell down the hallway. It was very dirty. The food was ok at best.

Lemonade was watered down, cheese sauce was straight liquid so it probably was too Got 3 nuggets instead of 4 No straw And everyone seemed miserable or mad

From someone who has worked in fast food, this isn't what a guest should be getting. It seems every time I come to this location, something isn't right. They were not busy. We were the only ones in line both inside and out. Sometimes the fries are cold, sometimes it's no sauce, sometimes we get the wrong drinks. I wouldn't mind if this was every once in awhile but this is every time. Last time was no straws and the wrong drinks. Best advice is check your bags and drinks before you leave.

Good luck getting what you actually order almost always something is forgotten or wrong or both. Was double charged for an online order and had to pay again at the window was never refunded.

So I went to Wendy’s to get my usual, a bacon double stack and when I got home they hadn’t put any on it at all. so I debated it and drove all the way back and was very nice about it (even apologized for bothering them with it) and then I get home to see the new one only had ONE piece of bacon that was literally just split in half and put on the bun and it was super disappointing. I’ve never had an issue with a food place until this, it’s honestly saddening

Very disappointed. I give no stars. My order was not correct. Ask for a receipt. Told t grrr e printer was down. I went thru the drive thru. Then when i got home i was short one fries. The worst one I have been to! Drive through is horrid, it takes 10-15 every time I come here, it doesn’t matter what time it is. They won’t take your order until they are done serving the person who ordered in front of you. WORST one I have been too!!!!! Oh and the food is still cold..

2nd time in 2 months and the food was disgusting. The hamburger was black, like it had been thrown back on the grill to be re-heated. The fries were cold and stale. I miss the good old days when Wendy's was a great place for a good hamburger. Unfortunately, we will not be wasting are money here anymore. I'm so tired of trying with this particular Wendy's. It's never a good experience. The employees are rude and don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. Half the time the doors to the dining room are locked in the middle of the day. I didn't even order this time. I turned around and walked out! This has to be the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever dealt with. Anytime I've been there, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. Also, they open the dining room at 9 am for breakfast. Yeah, this Wendy's is never open. The door is never unlocked even though it's 9:15 or 9:30. This morning I walked up there after 9. Of course the doors were locked. After waiting and calling for 20 minutes, I finally went inside where I was told it was gonna be quite awhile before I could be helped. I just walked out. The only reason I keep giving this place a chance is because I like Wendy's food. It's just consistently disappointing

This drive thru is absolutely horrible. Wait in line forever for someone to even acknowledge your there. Then when you finally get your your order put in, you get to the window to get your food and you wait there for another 20 minutes. I feel very sorry for the one adult that mans the window. She literally seems to do everything in there.

Went through for a $5 biggie bag plain just cheese, root beer, large fry, ketchup as the sauce. Outta ketchup, fine. Getting interrupted while trying to place my order to ask if thats it when i havent even said what drink and sauce i want, Not fine. Burger had more mayo than patty, and everything on it still. Was not double stacked. Drink is dr pepper. Completely ridiculous. I understand that this is probably some kids first job but if i have to give up placing my order at the speaker because I cant get two words in without being asked if im done, then something needs to change. Retrain the people running drive through or fire em for all i care. Complete waste of time, and money, as well as super frustrating.

Why is it so hard to follow simple directions? They NEVER get the order right. I order a bacon cheese burger and everytime they remake it, STILL NO BACON!! I ordered the jalapeno chicken, they didn't put the jalapeno cream cheese even though I specifically requested it!! I am done with them. I will go to a place that cares to make food according to instructions. They are careless at this location.

Employee threw a fit because I asked for my order to be fixed since they put a cheese sauce cup in the bag and dumped it all over the items in the bag. She slammed the drive thru window shut and threw the bag of food on the counter. Constantly dealing with unprofessional employees at this location. And there’s a reason why it’s known as the ghetto Wendy’s in town.

The staff at this location are the definition of incompetence. After waiting 18 minutes in the drive thru I finally get to the speaker to order and was told to "look at the menu". After an additional 5 minutes passed I said "hello" and was told they'd be right with me. This is the third and final time I ever go back. I left and went to McDonald's (who were three times as busy) and was out of there in 4 minutes flat. I've complained to Wendy's management the last time this happened, and obviously it did no good. Fast food is fast food, and I'm not interested in spending half an hour trying to get a cheeseburger. Hebetudinous staff and poor customer service. I will not be back.

I ordered a baconator meal and a order of baconator fries. Said it would take 5-10min because it was made to order. Get home to find they messed up my burger that they made fresh lol. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 for 4. I asked for no mayo or tomatoes on my burger and the burger was lathered in mayo and had tomatoes on it. Second ordered a coke to drink with my meal and it is not a coke. The fries and nuggets that came with the meal were cold. We also were told to pull forward and waited over 10 minutes at the door for the food and it was probably just sitting there. I would save your time and go to the other wendy’s in troy.

Worst Wendy's around. Never get rewards because their scanner doesn't work. Super slow. Not friendly staff. Orders incomplete , and what you do get is poor quality. Chili not warm, stale bread, natural lemonade has no flavor. Just all around, don't go to this one.

The manager has an attitude problem and doesn’t have a problem letting customers know she hates her job. I feel sorry for the young girl at the register being bossed around and bullied by her. I do want to say thank you to the cash register girl for being as professional as the management will allow her to be. She isn’t the issue, the manager (Olivia?) was the issue. All I wanted was what I paid for and the receipt showed.

Wendy's here sucks big time. Cash register kept freezing up and sick mgr rubbing nose then touching register and two other sick employees not covering output. Lengthy wait time. Ok so this is not intended to be directed to the people at the window they were both nice and had good customer service skills. This is directly about rhe quality of the good. First of all I ordered one kids meal with nuggets one with cheeseburger they were both nuggets my kids were fine with it. I order a combo nuggets meal with frosty. No spoon, and the nuggets were so undercooked in a sense they were soggy and alike inside if I hadn't been in a rush I would have taken the food back the fries in my bag were cold yet my kids were warned were hot. There was also suppose to be a sandwich for my grandma with just cheese and bacon it had the works and there was an extra burger tossed on top also had the works and none of us eat onions or mayo just overall not happy with today sorry.

I’m really sad and disappointed.. I have always had consistently awesome service here but haven’t been in a while due to the car being broken down. I decided to splurge for Wendy’s tonight because I didn’t feel well and ordered the new pretzel bacon pub… all I got was two pieces of bread and some ice cold fries. If I could give this establishment a -15 star review, I would. First off, the food was not hot and crispy as promised. Second, the ice literally felt room temperature. I’m very disappointed in whatever abomination that food was. I was very hyped for my frosty and they don’t even have vanilla???? The most basic flavor known to mankind???? Also, the frosties we did receive weren’t even cold bruh. Safe to say, I will in no way be surprised if I did of a heart attack tonight from whatever they called those “chicken nuggets”. I have gone to this wendy's multiply times and everytime i have gone they have messed up my order. I spent 24 dollars on this order and they completely missed a whole 10 piece nugget and when I called they didn't have a night manager who could refund my order for the mistake. This is ridiculous. I don't see why I go there and spend my hard earned money and I can't get what I ordered and it's rarely hot. My fry's have never been fresh. I'm tired of all these fast food restaurants hiring crappy employees who don't care.

Stopped in around 4:00 pm on July 5, 2024 to use the bathroom and buy a frosty, the bathroom reeked of urine, it was downright awful, it wasn't fresh urine either, it smelled like someone peed all over the walls two weeks ago and it was just left to ferment. After leaving the bathroom, I walked into the dining area, now being skeptical about purchasing food I looked around. Many of the tables had pieces of food under them, mostly bits of fries, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days, where the floor meets the walls and other stationary objects, like table legs, filth was caked into the crevices, clearly when it does rarely get mopped, it's not done with any care. I saw enough, left without making a purchase, something I rarely ever do, it's generally a rule with me that if I stop to use a bathroom, I make a purchase, but this restaurant was just too disgusting. At 4:00 pm, the store should be ready for the dinner rush, cleaned and presentable, they were not busy, I didn't think there were even any orders, there's no excuse, at least one manager at this store needs replaced.

Chili was so spicy I couldn't eat it, and the onions were not chopped up they were whole. Mu husband fries were just thrown in the bag and he didn't get his and sandwich. This was around 11pm

My partner and I ordered food and it arrived stone cold. The nuggets were dry and overly tough. 2 sandwiches were missing items that were supposed to come with the sandwich. The drink/frosty were not even included plus no napkins or sauces like we requested. Also the combo size for the fries were incorrect for one of our meals. I’m not one to usually complain bescause we are all human but this was the work of incompetent employees. Usually this location hits it out the park, managers need to run a tighter ship.

Asked for food made fresh. Food was luke warm couldn’t get ice at pop machine after many tries went counter asked for ice while waiting to ask another costomer kept trying and finally got about 8 pieces then the girl at counter told me it worked for him before she got me ice. Then my wife went to get a couple pineapple frosties and was told they ran out of vanilla and also tables were dirty.

Bad experience several times at this location. This time the was particularly bad. The only thing that was correct was the soda. The fries were cold, the buns were burnt and the meat was the dry as a bone. If you like Wendy's, go to a different one. If I could rate the food a Zero, I would. If I could rate how the management reacted to my complaint as a Zero, I would. They offered to replace my food (eventually) but I won't get it.

Drive thru order, employee kept talking over me seemed very impatient, we were the only customer in line or at the restaurant at all. Said ZER0 words at the pickup window, not hello, the total, thank you, have a good night... absolutely nothing. Seemed annoyed a customer was there to take care of that took him away from social time with his co-workers. I will never return.

Could it have been any worse??? Every table dirty, floor dirty, condiment area a disaster. Wish I had looked around before ordering food. Ice machine broken. Simple order screwed up and the food was nasty. Workers just hanging around not doing much of anything. So sad.

Employee at the drive-thru window was VERY RUDE!! She opened the window and said, "Yeah" to me instead of greeting me with a proper greeting. Asked her if that's how she greets every customer, and she said "yeah"!! I told her it's rude, and she just stared at me. I asked her for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I didn't need it and closed the window on me. I waited at the window until a manager came to the window and I told him how she behaved. There was no apology from him until I asked if he planned to apologize. His name is Tony, and since I don't have the girls name to post, she was a white girl with piercings all over her face. The past 4 months i have ordered dozens of times. Not exaggerating, they mess it up every time. I can't go here with expectations of them getting it right, if i do it's a let down every time. Its not messing up the order, its forgetting items like the 10 piece nugget i paid 6 bucks for. If you want your order right, don't come here. Google asks what dishes id recommend from here but it doesn't matter because you probably wouldn't get it in the bag anyways. Staff is at least friendly, which i could care less, id prefer my order to be right because that's what i paid for.

Hiring people that can't read. How hard is it do not put on extra items when somebody asks for a plain burger. Replacing the food is not what I want. Getting food correct the first time is what I want.
