The most delicious guajolotes in all of Tulancingo. They won my trust and heart after several places became popular and crowded. This place has also gained popularity, and if you want to order during peak hours, you'll have to wait. The seasoning is delicious, and there's a wide variety of stews. The service is friendly, and if you want a specific drink, they'll go get it for you from the store. The salsa is spicy, just as it should be.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! My expectations were higher the first time I visited them. From the start, the prices for the special turkeys are high for what they offer. They don't live up to the name. They changed an ingredient from the special without consulting us. The flavor is bland, the bread was burnt, the cheese tastes like paint, and the egg had a strange taste. They told us it was about 300g to 400g, but in reality, it's a normal-sized turkey, all for $64.00 MXN. The establishment offers the option to take out or eat in. When I asked to wash my hands, I was surprised to find they didn't have a sink or a washbasin. I understood that this is a food establishment, which should have these for HYGIENE purposes. I didn't ask about a restroom, but apparently they don't have one. Again, I don't recommend it. There are many better places. The health department should check the establishments for hygiene and consumer health.
