This is the best place to hang out on this beautiful beach. Hammocks, swings, deck chairs and the best food we had in this town. It is just a few meters walk from the part where boats depart for the snorkeling to see turtles and sting rays: we spent hours here chilling. Love it. And the rest rooms are clean. There are massages here too at a spa next to the pool. This restaurant is part of a hotel.

I just had a delicious tuna tostadas so fresh and yummy. I had aperitif Chack with watermelon mint and mescala, ohhh soooo good. The service, Andres was so nice and patient and explaining everything with a lot of passion. Hey my first day in Tulum is great. Highly recommend this nice restaurant with delicious food and drink and excellent service.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Didn’t have to pay for chairs if consuming. The food was ok, in line with other beach clubs nearby. The drinks were well prepared, but could have better ingredients for the price

We're staying at a neighbouring hotel and decided to try lunch here as it is sheltered from the wind. The restaurant is quite nice overall, though seen better days. The food was tasty but overpriced, (but it is everywhere along the beach). We only wanted a light lunch so ordered a few starters. The tacos were good and the salad was excellent. However, the drinks come in single use plastic cups, despite sitting in the restaurant. I'm surprised by this given this is in the Jaguar Park and single use plastics are banned. The service was fine, but nothing special. When we paid the bill it did not include service but had suggestions. I offered 10% and the waiter pointed to 18%. I said no 10%. He said if I didn't pay 15% he wouldn't get any. I paid 15% but only because I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. I always tip, and the better the service the more I'll tip, but nowhere else we've been here has told you how much to tip or told you what you've offered isnt good enough. The result of this is he got his tip but we won't go back, and they got this review rather than one recommending them. Perhaps their attitude explains why it was completely empty and usually is when we pass.

Came here for breakfast and it was a big disappointment. None of us finished our meals, and I even found a hair in my dish. The coffee was by far the worst we’ve had anywhere in this area. When we paid, we were told a mandatory 15% service charge was included, which felt unreasonable because there was basically no service at all, no greeting, barely any interaction. I’d strongly recommend choosing a different place for breakfast.

The food was okay but nothing special. There were absolutely no service and at the end the waiter told us to pay 15% tip. When we told that the service was not worth 15%, he still forced us to pay 15%. Don’t recommend this restaurant, there are plenty of good places with better service nearby

very nice location, nothing is included (parking sunbed towel) but there is no minimum spending. Insistent service, ruins the magic of the place, they constantly ask if you want to order drinks or food, not the best place if a person wants to relax, too bad because the location is excellent.

What an disappointing experience. We only had to wait 25 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge our existence, apparently that’s part of the charm. When the coconut water finally arrived, it tasted… creative. Definitely not what 100% fresh coconut water is supposed to taste like. When I mentioned it, instead of offering to replace it, I was confidently reassured that it was “fresh.” I guess my taste buds just aren’t sophisticated enough to appreciate whatever that was. If you enjoy long waits and being told you’re wrong about what you’re tasting, this is definitely your place.

Really bad food and terrible coffee - we couldn’t even finish it. The service is awful and they charge 15% for it. We asked to change it to 10%, because we were really dissatisfied with our breakfast there, but the waiter (who was pretty rude btw) said that 15% is a minimum service cost and it’s obligatory. No wonder why this place is so unpopular. Won’t recommend it to anyone, especially when there are much nicer restaurants nearby

Why 1 star? For each cockroach I lowered it. And we saw around 10 beside the restaurant… Also for a to go cocktail he gabe himself 15% tip without evwn asking if it ist okay..

The food is very poor quality and on top of that it's very expensive, they want to charge you a tip, everything is terrible.
