Mariachi Loco was such a fun spot! The food was absolutely delicious — classic Mexican dishes with big portions that definitely hit the spot. The vibe is super relaxed, they had sports playing on the TVs, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Great place to kick back with good food, good vibes, and plenty to eat. Would totally go again!

My taxi driver recommended this place and he delivered! I ended up getting 2 dishes (i completely forget the names) steak filled. absolutely delicious. the salsa was very spicy but lots of sazon! i also got the piña colada and i was already feeling relaxed with just one. i’ll be coming back for sure!

went with entire family (11 of us) after a few hours of wandering the Mayan Ruins, was such a nice place and the wonderful made sure we all sat together on such short notice. Food was amazing, authentic and flavourful! Drinks were cold and fresh, had such a fun time! (i recommend the strawberry daiquiris)

This is a great place for drinks and food, the service is outstanding! The atmosphere fantastic! I had the happy hour special drinks and it did not disappoint. I wanted spaghetti but they were out so I got the chicken alfredo instead and it was delicious! The pasta was more like angel pasta not the typical pasta for alfredo but the sauce was rich creamy with mushrooms and bits of ham, the chicken was fresh off the grill and juicy. And no one was trying to sell me tour packages but a few ladies did come over to sell souvenirs handmade crafts. All in all I highly recommend El Mariachi Loco the the food, drinks is delicious and staff treat you like royalty!

We when to El Mariachi Loco with my friend for drink. The place is gorgeous and have such a nice and relaxed vibe. The Mariachi band singing was very authentic and lovely. We had only drinks and shots which were amazing and the staff were so nice and had a shot with us and thought us some Mexican saying in Spanish for toasting.

Very nice place! We had the best seafood in Tulum so far for a good price. The place is so huge and a Mariachi band was playing all the time. We really felt the mexican ambiance at that place. The stuff was nice also and warm. I highly recommend!

Muy rico el cóctel de camarones 🍤. Y los tacos arrachera deliciosos, la carne muy suave. Tienen buenas promociones.

Excelente lugar con variedad de platillos desde carnes, mariscos y antojitos mexicanos, la atención muy buena. El lugar se encuentra limpio con todas las medidas necesarias ante COVID-19, buena distancia entre las mesas, hay presentaciones de Mariachi en vivo, fotografía del recuerdo y diversos souvenirs. Los alimentos estuvieron ricos y bastos, precios moderados. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Rico. Hecho a la brasa en vivo. Bien preparado. Pero, para un grupo me cuestiono porque este restaurante no ofrece entradita de totopos. Un grupo grande esperando se aburre . No existe ese detalle que caracteriza a los restaurantes mexicanos

Pedimos una orden de tacos de arrachera y vienen muy bien servidos. Por otro lado el lugar está un poco descuidado y los baños no se sienten limpios pero la atención es buena. Buen lugar para pasar un rato.

Quick friendly service and great prices. Juicy mini chicken tacos were good but lacked flavor. The green salsa was bland and the red was too hot. The Paloma was delicious and ice cold however they salted the rim when it should be sugar. Loved the giant fans blowing on a hot day this is a nice touch! They had music on when I first arrived but then switched to sports. I’m fine with it playing on the tv but prefer to hear music at a restaurant as this isn’t a sports bar.

I quite liked the Al pastor tacos and beef tacos we ordered, my girlfriend didn't love either and only enjoyed the nachos. The food was reasonably priced. The restaurant seemed a bit more commercial than a lot of the other places in Tulum if that's important to you.

Había que comer, y sin mirar nada previamente, optamos por este local, aunque estaba prácticamente vacío. La verdad, es que ni fu ni fa. Salimos del paso sin pena ni gloria, el pollo seco, los camarones sin pelar y muy normalitos. Servicio correcto, precios en la media de la zona. A lo mejor hubiera puntuado mas alto si no hubiese entrado en los baños.

Comida muy buena pero el servicio es pésimo, tardan mucho, te traen las cosas como quieren, no hay todos los platillos. Además los baños huelen feo.

Pedimos 5 tacos al Pastor. No estaban mal pero nada del otro mundo de echo no pedimos nada mas ya que la comida tardo bastante, el ambiente era algo pobre (quizás por la hora) y el precio bastante más alto que la media.

El local es llamativo por la alta palapa que tiene como techo Precios económicos

I had seafood and the dish was great, but unfortunately the fish wasn't fresh. Coming from a place with good fish I can recognise it very quickly. Margaritas were very good 👍🏽. There's a tours stand just outside that I recommend very much.

Quite good food, nice service, good prices, but robber waiter. They only tell you the bill amount verbally, so they could cheat. And after that, they even ask for propina.

The food is pretty sub-par. The tacos are bland. The fish tacos were mushy. Chicken was pretty flavorless, and the burritos (our fault, don't order burritos in MX) had a wierd flavor. They were out of pastor when we visited. It really went downhill since our last visit. Out of 5, none finished their meal. Server was nice.

This restaurant was recommended to me by the concierge at my hotel. I now realize they are working together. This restaurant is a tourist trap!!! The food and drinks are mid and quite forgettable. While you are eating, they'll try to sell you tours and souvenirs, which is quite annoying.

Tacos were good, and cheap. We mostly stopped here to avoid a downpour of rain and wait for it to pass. It was not very clean compared to other places in Tulum, but not bad at all. I would imagine it’s more of a nighttime sort of place to hang out and get drinks at.

We were hungry and saw this while driving by. Open air under the biggest palapa with breeze coming through was nice. Mexico music and the price was reasonable. I had the grilled fish and my bf had pasta. They were OK. 2 times we were solicited to buy tours, I didn't like that part. They took a pic with us wearing Sombrero, they wanted our pic for the restaurant.

Very large place, cool architecture, seems reasonably priced. We ate here once. I had the Alambre, it was very good. My girlfriend had the enchiladas and said they weren’t anything fantastic. The service was mediocre, they could use a lot more waiters for as large of a restaurant it is. We waited forever for our check, still never got it. We added our own bill up and left the money on the table, they seen us leaving and immediately ran over. Short staffed in my opinion. The mariachi band is amazing and a great touch to the atmosphere. Cool to listen to.

The food and drinks were not good at all. The food was very bland. I was with a party of 4 and we all sent out plates and drinks back. We ordered margaritas and sent them back. How can you not make good margaritas in Mexico. When we asked for limes they said that they didn't have any, but later brought some out. That was pretty strange.
