Nos atendieron Super bien, tuvimos una cena a un lado del cenote, ever fue la persona que nos ofreció la cena , fue una noche espectacular. El mesero Antonio fue una persona muy amable, atenta que estuvo al pendiente de nosotros , regresaría nuevamente a este lugar, las habitaciones son cómodas y muy lindas

Deliciosa comida, especialmente los mariscos. El chef Jorge cocina excelente. De lo mejor en Tulum.

Cenote Zacil Ha offers all the amenities: hotel, pool, restaurant, and cenote. A truly magical experience. They have affordable park entrance fees, but if you only use the restaurant, as we did, admission is free. You have the opportunity to dine right next to the cenote and enjoy its shape, crystal-clear water, and the fun of others swimming. The food was exquisite. We traveled around the Yucatan Peninsula, and this was the best food we've encountered, with the best flavor, presentation, and price. We truly congratulate them. We will be back.

I came for dinner with my boyfriend on a Sunday night and we loved it!! The atmosphere is very peaceful, natural, and romantic with the lights and the turquoise blue color of the cenote. Something unique :) Highly recommended for private dinners with family or friends!

One of my favorite restaurants in Tulum. The service is amazing, the food is always amazing and the place is beautiful and relaxed! Great for kids, seniors, teenagers or any ages! The captain Heber is always attentive and treats everyone like his own family! To top it off the restaurant has a beautiful cenote in the middle so you can eat, swim, drink and relax all at the same time! For big groups try the meat platter, it’s a great deal and feeds a lot!

So, we’re visiting from Phx, AZ. We eat Mexican food all the time, and we are exposed to some of the best the cuisine the culture has to offer given the region in which we reside. Chef Jorge Mendez & Hebre were absolute stars!! Service, second to none. Environment, honestly super great, calm & fun. Perfect view. The food? These were without question the best tacos we’ve ever had. Chips & guac were also to die for. We’ll be back. Thanks again for the best dinner we’ve had since we arrived in town!

Great evening they were responsive to my initial inquiry on WhatsApp so we stopped by just to enjoy the restaurant as there was not enough time to swim the cenote today. We had dinner and we enjoyed excellent service from Victor as well as some time to have a drink and play a few rounds of pool at the bar next door. We would love to come another day and spend more time here. I think they even rent out cabanas so you can stay overnight.

The food is great here, made with passion and care. We had breakfast but will come back for lunch as well. Victor was our host and waiter, and was very friendly, thoughtful and had an eye for detail. Located inside cenote Zacil-Ha, great restaurant to enjoy food and drinks! Once you have your spot in the cenote, the team will bring you whatever you request! I got some drinks, delicious grilled shrimps and grilled vegetables! Sergio was our server and he was really attentive and answered all of our questions! I will come back!

Food was good, we ordered the Arrachera tacos, the pastor (chicken) tacos and the three tostadas (tuna, fish, octopus). Everything was nice and tasty. Service was good. The restaurant is next to the cenote. I’m not sure if for them the priority is the restaurant or the cenote, but the atmosphere is very relaxed, you hear the noise of people diving into the cenote

A delightful experience ruined by Antonio, who at the end of the dinner, after decent service, tried everything he could to secure a generous tip. After suggesting a 10% tip, Antonio decided to enter his own desired amount (25%) into the POS terminal. Once corrected, he still entered a more than generous amount, justifying it with the 5% commission associated with paying with the POS terminal. (I should point out that the restaurant offered a tip of less than 10%). In short, an excellent place, where the food is decent, in line with local prices (high compared to Mexico), but watch your bills!! With two portions of tacos, an appetizer, and two drinks + a very generous self-tip, we spent €40 each.
