Best pizza in Turlock. Chill spot in the afternoon and most weekdays, but OMG it gets crazy busy on weekend nights. Absolutely PACKED last time I was there on a Saturday night. Even the bar seats were all occupied - by a bunch of bratty pre-teens or tweens. They were rude and shouldn't have been allowed to keep those seats especially when adults want to sit and have a beer right there at the bar, but I digress.. Pizza and service are solid all around, you won't be disappointed if you stop here for lunch

Rico's pizza is amazing my first time ever going and will not be my last for sure... we had a soccer game party there last night.. the staff is amazing the bathrooms were cleaning and stocked and smelled clean... goood job thank u staff for all ur hard work they were courteous helpful I just love this place and there food is amazing also the price for wat u get is amazing great place come and bring ur kids they have 5 t.v screens on games different parts of the restaurant they have games for the kids it's really family oriented

I recently went to Rico’s Pizza to watch some NFL football games. It’s has TVs all around to see multiple games going on. I had a small carnivore pizza. It was great 👍 I highly recommend it. The service was great. And The waitress was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

We ordered the Party size Supreme, the 26" for pick-up, in 45 minutes. When I arrived, the location was mostly vacant aside from the employees and the one other customer, and I was a bit early and wasn't concerned about any wait. The place is HUGE! There are plenty of tables for any size of group you'd like to bring, and a semi-private back area. The door to the men's room was propped open due to the floor being mopped recently. Good thing there are stalls out of public view. There were plenty of large televisions, and during my visit, there were three viewing choices. The staff was courteous and seemed already busy, just around 1100 am. on a Thursday. The pizza was not as cooked as it should have been, not that anything was raw, the cheese on the top, was just barely melted and a large portion of the large amount of green bell peppers were only partially cooked due to being piled in the center of the pie. If the toppings were spread out more and cooked a bit longer, it probably would have worked out better. The crust? There wasn't enough dough to be stretched that much and was mis-shapen, and in some places, superduper-dey-duper thin. Overall, we were pleased with the order and service. Thanks, Rico's.

Very noisy, lots of kids, not perfect for a couple old duck hunters looking for a nice little spot to relax....great family spot though, reminded me of chucky cheeses when my kids were little!

Good and bad. I've always thought Rico's was aesthetically pleasing. Their chicken sliders were absolutely perfect. Maybe it's my fault but when I ordered the garlic fries I didn't know they were going to be smothered in garlic flavored ranch. Of course, the beer was delicious, including the Micheladas!

Eating pizza there it should be hot when it comes to your table. Recently visited & pizza was barely warm when it should have been piping hot. Boneless wings were ok. I've had better.

Very disappointed. 1st time here. Had heard good things, not too sure about that. They are a pizza place, they need a bigger oven to cater to the customer needs. They had 3 parties going on the day I went and could not keep up. They were out of cones for ice cream early in the evening. I just don't thing they prepare for the occasion, especially if reservations have been made way ahead of time. Pizza is good. Nothing out of the ordinary.

This used to be my favorite pizza place, I would drive out of town just to go there but recently their quality has gone down. The sauce is always dry and thick like it is old and has been sitting out, it never used to be that way. The bacon tastes like it’s getting sour and the customer service took a really hard hit as well, I used to love it and now the girls working there are rude and can barely be bothered to help. They really need some new workers that are friendly and actually want to work.

I am picking up a 1/2 a mile away from Rico's pizzeria. So I ordered the hamburger, what extra avocado? And bacon, by the time I finished my ordering, it was 8:02 PM. So she asked me where i am seating, and I pointed she said, okay, she gave me a red little plastic card. To put on my table. So I sat down and watching the Dodger game that the Dodgers are winning 1-0, so I looked at my phone to see what time it was. It was 8:10 pm Some other guests arrived and ordered and sat down right next to me. Waiting for their order. Their order got to their table before mine. I waited an hour to get a burger. And half order of onion rings, I had to go ask for my cup too drink, my soda. And then I looked at my clock again. 40 minutes later, here comes my burger and onion rings, cold. I had to go ask for my cup for my soft drink. I only seen one waiter. A male, the rest were women. The only thing I liked out of there was they have big screen TVS, and I was watching my favorite team play. The Major League Baseball team, the Dodgers so do I recommend to come and eat there? It is each to own but for me, the service was bad. That young girl asked me if I want it to buy Mayo for my hamburger. I had to go ask for my ketchup, the service was terrible. And I am not try to say it, it sucks.

Great food and nice setup. I didn't get my appetizers until after we got our pizza. I went with my kids, and the music that was being played was inappropriate for a family atmosphere. I understand music is selected by customers. However, I feel uncensored music shouldn't be allowed. My kids looked at me in surprise to what they were hearing. It was uncomfortable.

I got helped by a younger looking girl (when I asked her name it was something with a J or R) and she seemed extremely uninterested to work there and only flirted with the guys. She took my order with a horrible attitude and would answer me super rude. There should be better customer service.

Do not get the cheese pizza, add some toppings or sum to get rid of the soap feeling you will get in your mouth, 25$ bucks for one large pizza that taste like soap is wild, it gets cold super fast, the service is decent the waiter we had was sweet, the atmosphere not that great yet not that bad, looks like a basement with some decor.

I have always enjoyed Rico's. There beer is always cold and service is great. Today they just have been off. Got my wings but no fries. Waited an hour to get a second beer. Got to go and find another spot now were the beers just keep coming. Wait just got my fries. 1hr 45 mins later.

I walked in for a carry-out order on a Sunday. I wanted a low-cost food item from their menu that excluded pizza. I chose the mac & cheese bites, and no beverage (except a cup of water). The lady who I paid said that the food would be done in 10 minutes. I stood and waited inside the restaurant, and it took more than 25 minutes to get the food to me. Also, the fried part of the bites had a slightly undesirable flavor, but it was okay, and no stomach upset from these bites. The bites come with a sauce. I asked for the marinara.

Eat lunch here 2 or 3 times a week. I work nearby and I come for the food, it is usually good. Last 2 times has been sub par and the customer service during lunch is horrible. I need a new lunch spot.

I came here with cousins to a baby shower, but anyways. They let us play the song Ram Ranch TWICE, that alone was the best first impression ive had in a pizza place. However i did not expect so many people without masks. It was overcrowded and i could barely hear what the person 2 inches away from me was saying. All in all it was oooookay. The jukebox was probably my favorite feature of the whole establishment.

This has to be one of the rudest guest experiences I’ve encountered in a long time. The girl taking the orders is very condescending and rude. It felt as if I was begging for food when in reality I spent a little more than 50 bucks. My girlfriend and I ordered a small pizza, 2 side salads, fries, and 2 micheladas to get us going before our movie. There was a girl sweeping and I asked her for ketchup and ranch. She didn’t give me eye contact at all and pointed at the kitchen stating to get it there. The girl who took the order didn’t know her own menu. I asked her how it worked here because there was no order when walking into this place and she almost rolled her eyes saying “how does what work?” She didn’t know how many pieces come per pizza and again was just very rude with her answers. The only person with any customer service was the cook who came out with our salads asking where we were sitting to place them there and was the one who kindly gave us some ketchup and ranch. So, I just got my pizza and it was basically thrown in front us. Guess, it gets better. Just asked another lady what her name was and it is Anahi, the same girl who was sweeping. The lady I asked rolled her eyes as I asked so, it appears they have a lot of customer service issues here. Again, the cook was really really nice. I definitely will not be back and do not recommend this place if you want customer service. If I was the owner I’d be concerned.

Waited quite a while for our food. There was only one person ahead of us. They brought out all but one of our pizzas. I asked them what happened to our last pizza. They said that they brought it out and argued about whether or not they brought out the pizza. They went to our table and said oh yeah we must have forgotten it. Then my kid found a hair buried in her pizza and we left a 1/4 of the pizza for this reason (waste of our money!!) We watched the girl constantly pushing her hair out of her face with her gloves, while she continued making pizza. We had to ask the manager to have her employee put her hair up so it wasn’t falling into the pizza. The manager never apologized or even tried to make it right. I asked for a refund of the pizza we never received. I will never patronize this business again. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible. Took me 16 minutes to order because the girl wasn't paying attention. Then they delivered the wrong pizzas, wrong wing flavor, and didn't even bother delivering the soda I ordered. I called to ask them to deliver the soda, we could deal with the pizzas. Took me ten minutes because the same girl couldn't be bothered. As a mom with hungry kids this was beyond frustrating. Ridiculous service.

We ordered a pizza at 6:45 pm, we were quoted for delivery at 8:00 pm. We called at 8:30 to see ETA of delivery and they told us the pizza was getting out of the oven and that was on its way shortly. When I expressed how upset and disappointed I was, the manager Fatima said that she could not credit or refund us that we would get out pizza! (I guess better late 1 hour than nothing right?) and when I told her that was not good enough she said “what else do you want me to say?. We have been loyal customers to this company and we understand that these are hard times but a better attitude and nicer customer service would of gone a long way. Need less to say they have lost a customer. Maybe should consider better customer service and have a manager that has better people skills and its not purposely rude.

Don't know much about the customer service here but I definitely know about the food...it isn't great. Looked really good when I was ordering it from DoorDash but it did not live up to the expectations. The food tasted really processed for some reason and lacked freshness. It could be because it was from doordash but the food was still hot when I got it. I ordered a sampler and everything on that just tasted very bad. When I got the order I wasn't even sure what was what. I couldn't tell what was the jalapeno poppers and what was the macaroni bites. Definitely not a pleasant experience and I hope they can improve.

Poor customer service skills. I had called and ordered a pizza, the girl on the phone told me the wrong number of slices to the pizza and the wrong price to the pizza. So, when my husband picked up the pizza we noticed we were short pizza for the amount of people I had needed the pizza for. Also, it was double the price I was told on the phone. When I called to complain the girl said that "it wasn't her fault because she doesn't make the pizza so she doesn't know how many slices of pizza it has". I would think that if you have somebody working for you they should know your product. As for the price she said she had rung me up wrong on the register and noticed it once we hung up and she was going to call me but didn't because she didn't have my phone number. Even though prior to hanging up she asked me for my phone number and name. The pizza is good but they need to get their employees in line instead of arguing with their customers over the phone when they've made a mistake they should acknowledge the issue on hand.

I asked for a large drink, and fit small cup. Then I came back asked for a large cup , she gave me a bigger cup I filled it up there was no lids to that because it was “ medium” Not large as I had asked a second time . I went up again she gave me a large cup for that lid. So I had to ask 3 times , pour my drink from the medium to the large and I had bothered three times. When I originally paid fir two large drinks and asked verbally several times. It was fine pick up while my family waited in the car ...

We ordered a Pizza from here for dinner and were eatting it however while I was eatting I took a bite and felt something really hard. I spit out the chunk of puzza and looked at it and found a piece of plastic, presumably broken off from a cup they use there. It wasnt even in the cheese or among the toppings instead it was embeded within the bottom crust. Absolutely Horrible, if I hadn't felt it as I chewed I very well could have choked. We had small children eatting this pizza who knows what could've happened if they had gotten the slice. I don't even know how a piece of plastic of this size even managed to slip through preparation, it's terrible and things need to change at this location, whether that be management, employees, or both.

I had a birthday party there and paid almost $400 dollar's in pizza and drink. My daughter asked for a box to go because we had a lot of pizza left over, and an employee gave her a lilttle personal box. She asked for a bigger box and the nerve of this employee rolls her eyes at my daughter as if my daughter was disturbing her. First of all little girl we helped you make your check. Second of all that is your job to help coctomer. Last no one will EVER disrespect my kids. We went and brought this to the owners attention and she really didn't seem to care. Her response was okay I'll talk to her and walked away. Is that any way to treat customers that spent so much money at your establishment? VERY unprofessional. Will not be going back again.

I ordered traditional buffalo wings and fries to go and I receive boneless wings. When I called to replace the wings the lady said it was my fault and I was stuck with the order I was given.

I finally got my 3 orders of Breadsticks and a pizza they were so thin and dry. I will NEVER RETURN if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Sunday we go at 12:30 to watch the football game, we paid 80$ For our food (mind you they didn't tell us anything when we paid or when they brought us the food they saw us sitting down at those reserved tables!!) then went and sat down. An hour or so passes by as we are eating and enjoying the game when they tell us that we have to leave the table go give it up to the party that reserved it. Why do we have to move if we are paying customers too and there wasn't ANY sign indicating it was reserved. They ended up calling the cops on us for this so for obvious reasons we were not going argue with the police over a table. They also banned us from ever coming back because we didn't want to give up our table that had no sign or even a simple heads up that it was reserved. We just wanted to keep the table it was a mistake on there end for not telling us in the begging that it was reserved at a certain time!! This isn't the only place in Turlock that serves pizza wings there are much better and professional places to eat at. Please avoid this place and don't support a business like this!!!! Sunday we go at 12:30 to watch the football game, we paid 80$ For our food (mind you they didn't tell us anything when we paid or when they brought us the food they saw us sitting down at those reserved tables!!) then went and sat down. An hour or so passes by as we are eating and enjoying the game when they tell us that we have to leave the table go give it up to the party that reserved it. Why do we have to move if we are paying customers too and there wasn't ANY sign indicating it was reserved. They ended up calling the cops on us for this so for obvious reasons we were not going argue with the police over a table. They also banned us from ever coming back because we didn't want to give up our table that had no sign or even a simple heads up that it was reserved. We just wanted to keep the table it was a mistake on there end for not telling us in the begging that it was reserved at a certain time!! This isn't the only place in Turlock that serves pizza wings there are much better and professional places to eat at. Please avoid this place and don't support a business like this!!!! Rude and unprofessional staff
