Always superb service here. Drive here after waiting 20 minutes for slushies at the other turlock location. Drive up ordered our drinks. The Drive thru line was long and they still got our drinks out to us in under 5 minutes. Gal that brought out the drinks was super friendly.

Omg the pretzels are so fresh and buttery! Honey Chipotle Chicken sandwich was delicious!

They have the frito chip wrap, my favorite so they can do no wrong lol. I also get the double cheeseburger and it was great as well. Fresh and quick.

I go to this sonics every now and then, today I stopped by to get myself a slushy. The girl who gave me my drink and took my payment was the happiest most positive person I've ever run into there. I did let her know that she was awesome 👌. I should have gotten her name but I'm sure management knows who I'm talking about. Keep up the good work young lady.

I get a Route 44 Diet Cherry Coke every day thru the drive thru. Fast, friendly service. I order on line, and they don't even make me wait. They bring it out to my car, and I'm on my way!

The footlong Coney with cheese is a deal. The Strawberry Lemonade with taters is probably not a healthy combination, but I’ll eat these dogs maybe once every two years.

Food is slow to get, but I love the selection and the drinks. The drive through surprisingly gives out the wrong food more often than should be acceptable....

I went through the drive through and bought a Reese's peanut butter Oreo milkshake. The milkshake tasted good, it was nice and thick.

I was a bit surprised that they were open at 10:00 a.m. on a weekday bc I figured they only served lunch, dinner & late night hours. It is open for breakfast. It is an order at your car type fast food place & like most guests, my wife, daughter & I ordered and ate while we sat in the car. Service and food were pretty decent. My biggest drawback is there were a bunch of flies trying to join us with the windows down. It's not fun to have to wave off flies while trying to eat. There were no other pest problems that I could tell though - just little flies. Overall the place seemed to be kept clean- besides that 1 issue.

I ordered a yellow cake batter shake and loved it. The nom-dairy whipped cream needs to go. If there was regular whipped cream on it I would give 5 stars and if they would have been able to make the chocolate brownie shake. They didn't have the ingredients to make it. My brother got a strawberry shake instead and liked it.

Sad that it is only drive thru now but at least you can still pull into the spaces and argue over, I mean casually look over, the menu 🙂 They fixed the speaker so it sounds crystal clear, always nice. It was your normal Sonic. My slushy was a bit odd as it seemed more ice then anything else and when asked about a breakfast sandwich, which they are supposed to serve all day, we were told that they could not accommodate us.

My drink was good however it was almost a 15 min wait even though there was only 1 car ahead of me.

If they would only spend more time getting the orders right at the drive through window... But the food is pretty good

I like Sonics food but twice I asked for chili and onions on my hotdog. I only received the chili. No onions. The wait was long and was glad I had AC in my car. I gave it 3 stars as the food is Usually good.

I've not really hot on their burgers but the drinks are out of this world so many to choose from . I stop at turlock after I go to Costco for a drink.As for service they need to step it up they are know nda slow,

Umm why didn't you tell me that before making me start my car and drive around. Shakes are what they are most famous for how could you be out of the ingredients. Customer service was good. Food was just ok. The hot dog bun was not very fresh and somewhat hard. The dog itself was a good as I was hoping for for the price. It was cash only so that was a bit annoying considering I rarely carry cash. Luckily I had just enough cash for my order.

Of course everyone knows they have a million drink selections. I ordered chili cheese tator tots which were good. Also honey BBQ boneless wings which were good. Strawberry cheesecake shake very good. Customer service was not. She was very rude and sounded like she'd rather have her toenails yanked out with pliars than be helping customers!! UNREAL. Wish I'd gotten her name or checked my receipt.

Meh... Wanted something sweet so we jumped in the drive thru line. Took 20 minutes to order, the line didn't seem that long. Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, whipped cream tastes like donut oil. Vanilla ice cream was decent but hot fudge taste was lacking. Overall meh-

I love sonic food, but this location was a bit lacking customer service wise in comparison to others. Simple orders seemd to be a bit challenging and they're not super clear when out of certain items (like, how can you be out of chili in the middle of the day??) which could lead to disappointments if you're craving something particular. Overall, will likely visit again as there are only a few Sonics in he area but we may take a while to see if it improves.

The food is great! However, and I’ll preface this by saying I’m really trying to support restaurants in my area during these “difficult” times, but charging for extra sauces seems extreme and petty, especially when you neglect to include in my order the ONE ranch sauce I was supposed to get with my SIX mozzarella sticks... 🤦🏻‍♂️ I also don’t believe giving extra sauces for all of the other food I bought as well is asking a lot! 👎

The lady told me I couldn't get chilly cheese tots with my meal and I was confused cause like I didnt mind paying extra for it and I wouldnt have cared if they poured chilly n cheese all over my combo like I would pay for it but whatever... food was dry and not really worth it

Took way too long and it was cold when I got it. Years ago I went to sonic and for some reason, I couldn't remember why I never went back. This is definitely a reminder.

We have been a Sonic loving family for over 30 years! This Sonic however lacks! From their run down store with park and order boxes half of them broken and not working or completely missing all together to the wilted veggies they put on the burgers and the very slow wait times.(Several trips hoping it was a fluke) They only get two stars and 2 because the drinks are always good no matter what. The drinks saved them from a 1 star rating! This store will not dissuade my family from visiting Sonic's in the future.. just not this one!

This place definitely need help. They took forever with my order and it was not even alot . They had no line on drivethru or the drive-in and the icecream machine was broken and there's was no cheese for my pretzel. The employee was nice and friendly.

As someone who doesnt frequent Sonic i was unsure about kid sizes for slushies. Our slushies were great but throughout the ordering process i was spoken to as if i were dumb and rushed thru ordering rather than having my questions answered by staff. And then waited almost 10 minutes for 3 slushies. I would reccomend a different Sonic if possible

Badly run and uninspired food. Had NONE of the specialty items currently being advertised, we were also refused curbside service and forced to to drive thru and while we were waiting for our food, watched the staff fill someone else's curbside order.

We went through the drive through and so many homeless, vehicles being lived in and trash surrounded the building that we will not return. Sad because the only worker there did a great job. We were worried about her safety.

The outside ordering stations were closed. I'm guessing because of staffing issues. Had to use the drive thru which was so slow that the vehicle in front of us pulled out when he was the next car to get their food. The bacon double cheese burger was so-so. The tater tots and fries were bland. The cheery lemonade was good, though. The entire area around the building was dirty and needed serious attention. More of an eyesore.

Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes was never asked for my order pulled up to a stall and was asked for my order quickly. Paid then waited 20+ minutes for a breakfast burrito, tots, drink and pretzel twist 2 others car in the lot. No excuse for service that slow.

I regret coming back here. Same Slow service (10+ minute wait) burger was made sloppy and the tots tasted like they had been sitting for a while. They were a greasy mess. I can go around the corner and get a better quality better tasting burger for the same price. Lowered to 2 stars from 3 because they still have not improved their quality or service.

Oof. I continue to wonder how this place is in business. Multiple stalls marked with "mobile orders only" signs. "Button doesn't work," But the restaurant is like in a dead zone for the internet, so just trying to order and use the app was a joke. Once we got our order in- it took FOREVER. Like we could have and should have gone somewhere else, probably ANYWHERE else and been in and out in the time it took us just to order and get our food. We opted to try the new Buffalo Chicken Bute things. They were alright, but 4 of the 7 had almost zero filling, I know that's not really a restaurant specific problem since they come frozen, but that's definitely a quality control problem in the larger scheme of things. The whole experience was just sad. Their drinks are really the only reason to stop in. Half price when you can use the app is a decent deal. Other than that, the food is expensive for what it is, and it's never consistent.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers fries and 2 shakes. Also ordered 2 plain hamburger patties for my dogs. What we got was 2 hamburgers without meat and 2 patties for dogs. I was charged full price for cheese burgers and for separate patties. Very upset. Over $31 paid!

Order from drive thru, over a dozen cars went through the drive thru before I got my order. How can you serve me after people who drove up 10 minutes after I ordered? I was the only car in the stalls.

went to sonic at around 1:30pm on sun 08/15/21 and the lady working there was extremely rude and i could not understand her so i asked her to repeat herself and it seemed to upset her and after i had ordered i went to go order an icecream bcs i had forgotten to and she lied and said the machine wasn’t on and i later saw her handing out icecream to others.

Being by the exit and having loud cars it's hard to hear, doesn't help with the intercom cutting out, couldn't hear the girl and felt so bad for asking her to repeat herself until she blew up of me and just gave me instant attitude and started almost yelling at me. So I just left. I get it's frustrating but don't take it out on me. Whatever staff is there now should be let go and hire better employees.

I don't know why or when, but customer service seems to be dead, and this place is perfect representation of this. I've never been a huge Sonic fan, however, the family loves it, so I go. Everytime I go, I hope the service will be great. Everytime I go, my hopes are crushed. Hey Sonic! No matter how good you may think your treats are, are how great your specials are, I won't be back until the employees are taught to display respect and courtesy to their customers. Normally we love this place, but today my husband's fries were old. My burger wasn't hot. Also the ketchup packets were all stuck together and very sticky. Very disappointed.

It was the worst place I have ever ate at. To begin with it took about 40 minutes to get are food. Got my burger and the patty was burn and dry it was bad. Now the tattertots were shoved in the container and they were all in mashed up pieces really bad. Because of this experience I will never eat at another sonic this was my first time going to one.

Sonic Burger tasted burnt. I got charged for fountain water (first time ever for me at any restaurant). Fries were ok, but overall this place is below par compared to other Sonics. Also no Boom Boxes Here - huge disappointment 🙁.

I went there recently . Got chicken nuggets. They were terrible. I won’t be going there again. It was the Turlock location . Also the staff was not very friendly at all. There’s plenty of other places where I can spend my money and actually eat what I bought Becuz it tastes good.

Super slow service during the day time

Just shut it down, drive thru order only, restroom out of order, ice cream machine broken. Haven't been more disappointed in a sonic than this location. If it's not a fully functioning sonic ie ice cream, then shut it down with the ones that were fully functional. Exterior sign damaged and missing parts, bathroom out of order, ice cream machine out of order. Read previous reviews and seems I caught the location on a bad day.

I was with Ed. My name is Carol. We visited on November 26, 2021. We were driving home from visiting Sacramento for Thanksgiving. We ordered in drive thru. We were told car hop not available. We were third in line. Our order took 18 minutes to complete. Was told short staffed. To the owner or manager, if you can't run your establishment, close it!!!! Chicken slinger was over cooked with burned bun, no mayo and over cooked fries with no salt and paid 10 bucks. Shameful for a popular fast food that has good food at every other Sonic I have been to for 25 years!!!!

I normally go just for a shake and have to wait 15-20 minutes for it. Today I ordered at 10:18 at 10:27 I was still waiting not even approached at the window for my payment when I just drove off. I don’t understand why such a long wait for a shake and there is no line at the drive thru or cars pulled into the stalls

Burgers tasted like cardboard/paper or whatever. We got a strawberry tea, the tea tasted old, but had the sweetness of the strawberry sauce with strawberry chunks with a normal thin straw, so it was both bitter and sour and then the straw would get clogged. The fries were hard and had way too much salt (coming from a kid). We had a limeaide as well and that was both too sweet and too sour as well (coming from a kid). This was a fail from both a child and adult perspective. If it was the last place on earth to eat, I would have to consider my choices. Thank god Taco Bell won the fast food wars and in the future everything is Taco Bell. (no i am not a fan of Taco Bell either, but it is 2 steps up from this).

This place is absolutely disgusting! The place looks run down and dirty from the outside. Can only imagine how dirty it is on the inside.. The last 4 out of 5 times we ordered milk shakes we were told either the machine was broken or it was dirty... Gross! Sad. This place could have souch potential. Time for CORPORATE to step in and clean this place up... It doesn't even deserve one star.

Worse experience ever tonight. Ordered a Coney dog and tater tots. My tater tots were cold and the Coney dog looks like a pencil and in 2 pieces. It tasted and looked dried out. It was all shrunk. Never again am I coming to this one.

Ordered using the sonic app. Credit card was charged. Waited 20 minutes, nothing. Pushed the red button. Was told “we are only doing drive through right now.” Went to the drive through. Masked if they got my app order. They said no. Showed them the receipt. Still no. By now over 30 minutes have passed since placing the order. I was told it will be 10-15 more minutes. Placed the order at 6:26pm. Got the food at 7:09pm.

Went through the drive-thru with a car full of hungry people and we were ready to buy as much as we could eat. Cashier on the speaker was so rude that we chose to drive away without ordering. We will not be visiting this facility again unless staff is replaced and/or trained on customer service.

Extremely rude woman at the drive thru when I went through on 9/20/22 between 6:45-7pm. No one in line and I preceeded to put a simple order in. She yelled at me and I replied in a polite manner and she yelled at me again and was extremely rude. I could not believe this is how she was treating me when I put a simple order in. Completely uncalled for. At that point, there was no way I was putting an order in. I replied, "never mind, you are extremely rude" and drove off. Unfortunately, this person doesn't understand their job and I will never come here again to avoid dealing with this type of attitude. Hopefully, they come to realize the importance of good customer service. If nothing else, this equates to success or no success in a business. If there was a "0" stars, I would have selected that. To the owner/manager: if your sales are declining, check your team's attitude.

Staff: pleasant, unless there is a problem with an order. Quality of food is well below par, even for a fast food restaurant. My burger was burnt to a crisp, the fried food has a sugary taste to it (much like a funnel cake). My son was served chicken tenders that were torn apart as if it was partially eaten, only 2 1/4 out of 3 was served. Definitely a far cry from any sonic that I have been to in the past.

Terrible Sonic I've ever been to. Unfriendly customer service, food was barely warm. My burger missing cheese. So apology for this in-correct burger. Display monitor sowed a grill cheese, when ordered was told they don't make them anymore. Wait, what then take it off your POS. The wait was very long, but that could have been forgiven if not for the terrible food and service

This Sonic has the rudest employees I have ever had to deal with, anywhere. The last 4 times we went just to get a blast and every time they told us they weren’t serving ice cream. I’m pretty sure it was because it was close to closing time and they already cleaned the ice cream machine. We drive 35 mins to get to town and the last 4 times they wouldn’t serve ice cream. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I Went through the drive though and the girl answered but after I asked for an item she said they didn't have it so I asked for 2 other different things and said the same thing after that she just stayed quiet. I waited a bit because I thought maybe she was busy or her headset disconnected but I never got an answer again she just ignored me. It's weird she ignored me after she heard me speak Spanish. This is the second time in a month going where their service was bad.

Everything about this Sonic is nasty. The honey mustard we received was obviously old and had an off texture and taste, the blonde employee who "helped" us was rude and handed us our food without saying a single word, and the building itself looks so dirty and creepy, especially at night. Also, the straws had a gross odor and I could actually taste the straw itself when drinking my drink. Lastly, the chocolate in the hot fudge ice cream sundae tasted like Hostess chocolate in the worst way. I hadn't been to Sonic in years and I guess it'll be years before I go back.

My visit to Sonic this morning was a complete disappointment. Despite ordering three number one meals with drinks, the service I received was abysmal. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude when I politely asked for sauce for the tater tots, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, half of our fries were served cold, and the tater tots were not any better. The burgers looked like they had been carelessly handled and squashed, presenting a sorry sight. For a bill totaling over $40 for just three meals, the quality of the food and service was simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to see that the employees, who are supposedly earning $20 an hour, demonstrate no pride in their work or the food they serve. This lack of care and attention to detail is evident in the subpar quality of the meals we received. Given this experience, I have no intention of returning to Sonic anytime soon. With so many dining options available, it is a shame that Sonic fails to deliver on the most basic aspects of customer service and food quality. Disappointing, to say the least.

Just bad all the way around. Lettuce on burger was soft and gross. Tater tots taste like they are cooked in old grease. Soda was even gross. Shake was poorly made, resembled nothing of what the picture showed advertised outside. Gave them another chance. It says they open at 7. Waited 15 minutes they still were not open. Even with a car in the parking lot. Just can’t get consistent good service here. Given up on sonic.

We went around 715 and no one was there, all we got was a simple large fry and small vanilla shake, both very disappointing. Fry’s tasted old and hard. My milkshake had no flavor whatsoever. For taking 10 minutes to get I would expect it to taste good.
