Always a wonderful experience with the staff, in this case the cashier Kenia. She was welcoming and had a great attitude. I was able to use my $10 gift card without issues and order my usual Spicy Chicken combo meal. The lemonade is tasty and I appreciate the generous amounts of sauces they provide. Overall a very clean and centrally located establishment.

Went through drive through on the 16th we ordered 2 drinks and 2 nuggets and a fry not that much food but they asked us to stay parked and said they will bring it out to us, but no matter how long we waited they never came turns out they forgot we existed and put food was sitting on the pick up shelf.. The reason of giving 3 stars and would give 2 because the girl who took the order (seems new)I told here 3 times and confirmed my order is Spicy deluxe sandwich. When I received it; I got spicy sandwich and when returned she still insisted that this is what I order..I told you asked me twice and reply and confirm 3 times just admit. I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went through the drive-through and found a hair in my sandwich. I parked, went inside, and asked for a replacement. The staff gave me a new sandwich, but unfortunately that one also had a small hair in it. At that point, I requested a refund. While they did process it, they didn’t seem very apologetic or concerned about what happened. I understand that mistakes can occur, but finding hair in two sandwiches in a row is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable.

I got to this location at 10:31 literally a minute after breakfast is done I asked the cashier and asked if they can still serve me since it’s just a minute over and he said yeah. As soon as I start saying my order the guy next to him shakes his head no and says they can’t take it. It’s literally a minute after. You’re telling me if I got there at 10:29 they can’t take take my order but all of a sudden magically at 10:31 all the breakfast items are put away. This is BS. I wouldn’t be writing this if I was 10 minutes late because I know that’s my fault but a minute late??? Really. Worst thing is the first cashier was initially going to take my order until his co worker signalled him not to.

WORST Chick-Fil-A experience EVER. At the drive thru, they gave us the wrong drinks, and the atterndant had to correct it. I got the Southwest Salad through the drive thru, and got back to my hotel, and realized they forgot the dressing. I called "Customer Cares" , and all they could do was to "take a report, and I should get a response within 3 days". So now I am just eating a pile of lettuce and chicken that I paid $11 for. I was also over-charged on my daughter's meal, becuase the DT attendant rang all her items in seperately, instead of a Side Sub. (Fruit Cup for Fries, total should have been $17.03 and I was charged $18.33) I expect a full refund at least for my salad.... if I ever get a response back from "Customer Cares"
