I don't usually eat this kind of food, but today I went to buy a pepperoni pizza and it had been tampered with. They must have made it with leftover pizza crusts, or maybe they dropped it, or I have no idea, but it looked like the pictures below. It was disgusting, and we asked for a refund or at least an exchange. They refused. If you can, avoid buying from this place, because it was absolutely disgusting.

Service is extremely slow, despite advertising speed; the average wait time at that branch is 40 minutes for pizzas that are supposed to be ready.

We ordered food to eat in, a combo meal, which they told us would have a 20-minute wait (we accepted). Suddenly, more people arrived who were also waiting, and they started serving them. After that time passed, I went to ask, and it turned out that the kitchen hadn't entered our order. We agreed to keep waiting (an hour). When it was finally our order was delivered, they gave it to us with a mocking attitude, and when we chose our drinks, they told us to take whichever one we wanted. We grabbed one, and they kept saying, "Not that one." We grabbed another, and they kept saying, "Not that one either." Finally, I asked, "So which one?" They said, "Mirinda." I grabbed the one they had in front of me, and they said, "That's not it, it's the other one." When they finally gave us our order, we saw the employees gather around and start laughing at us, so we had to leave. The manager was watching everything but looked the other way. We understood that maybe the employee was new, but the mockery came from everyone.

I went to buy a Mexican pizza, and it's nothing like what they advertise... But I can understand that, even though the ingredients were less than expected. The pizza didn't even come cut, just on top. Plus, the employees eat their pizzas at the diners' tables, which are even more varied than the ones they sell. The cheese was also slightly fermented.

Hello, I would like to tell you my opinion, NOT very good. First time I come to meet them since I had good references ... but I am going with the worst since I requested a combo Boneles with BBQ sauce. My biggest impression was that when I asked for a fork to eat it, they told me that they do not use forks, therefore I should eat them with my hands ✋️ 🤦 how do you think those chickens are covered in sauces, grabbing them with your hands, the worst thing I have experienced in a place ... it is regrettable since they must have a staff in charge of seeing what their clientele deserves to taste the dish, so for that insignificant fault, for some because maybe they like it like that without a fork, but for me it is very much in bad taste to have to eat the food only with my fingers and more when they are so covered in sauce ..... that is why I do not give any recommendation of the place, good 👍 happy and blessed afternoon afternoon

Update 030924: I don't know if it's strategy, but it's the 5th. Every time they deny me a pepperoni pizza, they offer me other options (obviously more expensive) they are super insistent, if I don't accept they tell you that it will take more than half an hour, (I was at the window that dispatches to cars) I have to go down to stand in line and the usual, lack of empathy on the part of the novice employees, with a bad temper, zero training (Domino's Pizza really has well trained staff) yes the 99 peso pepperoni pizza (which I suppose is the one that sells the most) possibly leaves more usefulness, even if they want to move another one, as a strategy they should have it in stock, their motto says: hot and ready... Which list??? Which list? They still prepare it reluctantly, unfortunately it is just passing through and it is my little daughter's whim, bad experience, it makes me want to treat them the way they treat them, only that education prevailed. Some boys wanted to use the bathroom but an employee denied them service, it is the worst thing you can do to a client, it is no longer about training, but about education and common sense, what a disgusting employee, for the client's dignity I hope not never come back, for support I think I won't go again either, I've seen all the bad references but nothing happens, I don't see that the owners or corporate care, I've been in the commercial area for 25 years and this "sales force" It's really worth crying, that customer service is terrible Terrible service, 3 bad experiences it seems that we are asking a favor by buying their stale pizzas that they say are ready and they make me wait 20 to 30 minutes and they don't let you know that it is ready, there really is a lack of staff training, Shocking and rude, I do not recommend it, I hope they improve the service.
