The delivery service isn't good at all. There's room for improvement in that regard, as well as in customer service, whether or not they have customers. They're slow to respond to messages and calls, and the delivery takes literally hours. They're a place where people, families, friends, etc., come for dinner or order dinner, and they expect good service, just like they (meaning the staff) expect when they go to a restaurant or other establishment for dinner.
