Very classic pizza spot. Accommodating and happy to help with to my picky requests. Friendly staff. Went on a wednesday, had the whole place to myself and service was very fast.

Pizza Factory did not disappoint. I ordered 2 pizzas ahead of time and although they were very busy, I received my pizzas on time and so fresh. Staff were vocal of their time needed and made me feel like a valued customer. The restaurant had family vibes with salad bar and arcade. I’ll be sure to dine-in next time. Now down to the good stuff. The pizza was FIRE. My girlfriend and I could not stop raving of how delicious it was. From the crunch, down to the marinara sauce. Toppings were ample and the pizza was baked evenly. 11/10. We almost want to go back again the next day. Great pizza for cabin fever. We’ll be back for sure.

I often get it to go, I wish the main eating area didn’t have so many TVs playing different stations all the time. Or a separate room for people to eat with no TVs. Game room is pretty cool, I miss the OG Metal Slug.

The TH Pizza Factory has really good Pizza. We had a large party to celebrate a birthday. They have plenty of seating, TVs with sports as well as a small arcade room to keep the kids occupied. It is nice as the arcade does not have a door to the outside so the kids can't wonder off while playing. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks & mozzarella sticks, it didn't take much time for our food to come out (long enough for the pizzas to cook). The staff was friendly and powered up the arcade room for our party as we had a bunch of kiddos with us. They even laughed with us as our toddler stole their empty boxes near their supply room and pushed them down the hallway. The food was good, the place was clean and had plenty of seating.

Good pizza. Mediocre salad bar. Fun arcade for the kids to spend all the money you'll get them. Service is friendly, but also takes a while (longer than usual for made to order pizza). Overall, highly recommend, but call ahead if you have any time frame at all.

The Pizza Factory is little worn down. It's been around for a minute and it shows. I went there for a birthday party so we had the party room. The adjacent arcade is very dated and it's not uncommon for the machines to malfunction or take money and not activate. The air hockey table doesn't blow air. It's just all kind of old and broken. The pizza was typical Pizza Factory pizza. I wasn't disappointed but I didn't have high expectations. They have a handful of brews on tap and a salad bar. All in all it met my low expectations.

I wish this place could get it together. My pizza was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago, and I'm still waiting. The quality has declined noticeably. I won't be coming back, and I'm a local resident.

Ordered a BBQ chicken XL and another pizza I guess we didn’t clarify that we didn’t want anchovies on our barbecue chicken. Was a waste of time driving a half hour up there and a half hour back when I had to feed my kids, something different and wait another hour to prepare food for them.
