We had Los Magueyes cater for my mom’s birthday party. The food was delivered and set up on time. There was enough for all 115 of our guests with some food left over. It was delicious and enjoyed by all. Management at Los Magueyes is very professional and easy to work with. Thank you for helping us to give my mom a fabulous party!

Our first time there, such good food! The place was packed on a Thursday night, so obviously everyone must agree. And the pitcher of margueritas was delicious! Definitely going again.

Looooovee! Authentic Mexican food here! No short cuts taken here, the shrimp fajitas and wet carne asada burrito were superb. Cool decor to admire, while waiting for the food. Service is good, even during a busy lunch hour! 10/10 recommend!

Rancho Los Magueyes is a great place to go for Taco Tuesday. We've been going there for years and never get tired of their yummy tacos. Their salsa is pretty good too. It gets super crowded on Taco Tuesday so you have to go early. They do have a very small outdoor patio which is nice to sit on depending on the weather. Please be aware that people are allowed to smoke on the patio so if you're like me and are a non-smoker use caution when sitting out there.

Great drinks, food is authentic and delicious. Taco Tuesdays is great and they offer daily specials I think. I go to watch the TV's too. Great atmosphere for the sports games and servers are experienced.

Loved it. The food is authentic SoCal Mexican. I had the Machaca Con Huevo and it was excellent. My wife had the Chile Rellleno and Flautas combo and loved it. Their chips and salsa are fresh and tasty. Their rice and beans are perfect and the service is fast and friendly. Also, the prices make it an amazing value. Would highly recommend.

Service and owner are fantastic, the Nachos not only make my best Nachos list, they are at the top of the pack because of the pure amount of delicious melted cheese mixed in with the flavorful Carne Asada! Always love to visit when I can, give them a go, cheers!

A nice place to have a margarita or two (or three). Their chips and salsa are enough to keep you there. The food is authentic enough to enjoy as a Mexican, but not so spicy as to keep American palates away. Will definitely be back.

Walked in the other day to try a few things at this place, and while I wasn't utterly impressed, everything I ate was pretty good. For a buck fifty, the taco specials are a great value, they aren't huge, but for less than 10 bucks even someone with a big appetite could put down half a dozen and be full. Food critiques: The carnitas were significantly less flavorful than I expected them to be, almost to the point of being "boring"... Which is sad, because I love me some Carnitas. :( Also, this place doesn't do Barbacoa or Al Pastor? Almost makes you want to pull out a red card... But it would be unfair to judge every Mexican restaurant by the standards I use for legit carnecerias. Their shredded beef was decent, as was the chicken, although these too could have used more seasoning (imho). The re-fried beans were pretty on point however, props to who ever the cook is who keeps tabs on those, and their Spanish rice was a little different; tasty, but it feels like it could use a little more onion and slightly less tomato (personal preference obviously). I plan on going back to try each of their enchilada sauces, their chile rellano, Chile Verde (even though the carnitas failed me), and a few other staples that I try at every Mexican food venue I visit. Side note: I've heard a handful of people remark with about this place having terrible service, I did NOT sit down and eat here the other day, but I'll do that on my next visit and be sure to observe the hospitality of the people we interact with. The burrito 🌯 and nachos was top notch all though the margarita was super weak. The customer service was great also the restoom was clean. I would of gave it a five star but again the margaritas was super weak.

This was our first time there. The food and Cadillac margaritas were good! The service was good! Clean and friendly place. We'll be back next time we are in the area for sure.

I read the reviews before coming and ordering, seeing both high marks for the food but low for the service. Tip #1: If you go to a Mexican restaurant and expect taco stand wait times, you're going to have a bad day. This turned out to be a restaurant with a broad menu, authentic dishes, and good tasting salsa. The food came exactly when I would expect it to from a restaurant that doesn't do pre-heating en masse. If you're tight for time, order ahead or order simple--tacos a la carte. Tip #2: If your gringo tongue has a tough time pronouncing the name, if all the front and back kitchen staff and most of the patrons are Hispanic (in Upland, no less), you're probably going to have a good meal. I'll definitely be back next time I'm near Mountain and Baseline.

Chili relleno - Tasted great. Small portion, but good value for just $7 a la carte. Carne asada burrito - Big portion, great to share. At $15, decent value. The server asked if we wanted it wet, with salsa on top, and we said yes, not knowing it would cost $2 more. We didn't particularly like either salsa though, so we would say no next time to the salsa. The complementary chips and salsa was really good! Quick service, good prices, and they honored my Dining Advantage voucher. :)

I brought my mother to try this restaurant, it's only my third time eating here, she had an all meat Carne Asada Burrito which she said was very good. I ordered breakfast which is served until 3:00 p.m. I had the Chile Verde and Eggs which is served as (Huevos Rancheros con Chile Verde). For all of you that can't handle spicy 🥵🔥 food, this was not spicy just very tasty and had a nice roasted flavor and I was very happy. 😊. I ordered coffee which is made with Canela only in my opinion it could have been just a slight bit stronger and it's too bad that they don't have boiled Piloncio on the side so that you can make your own Cafe De Hoya. Yum Yum 😋.

Ordered a 6 foot burrito for Fathers Day. As soon as I came to first stop light it slid off the board and fell over on the floor. My daughter who ordered it immediately called the restaurant and they said that they would refund my money so I had my wife go back today. The gave her a $40 gift card instead of her $90 refund since we didn’t return immediately. The bad thing about it was that the manager was aware that it was not wrapped right and said he forgot to rewrap it. That was not our fault but I will not enter their doors for any food but just check your food before you leave the premises…

Good food, but the service is horrible. been there twice and last night we had to wait 10 minutes to get our order taken, 35 minutes to get food, and asked to get a box for leftovers and he never came back. I paid my bill to be respectful, but left no tip. I wrote a little message on my check and hopefully they will get their act together. It seems the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Bye the way it was not busy.

My salsa was half full so I asked for an extra salsa she told me it was 2.95$ even though when you eat in you can have as much free salsa as you like!!! Really 2.95$!!!! I even gave a generous tip and still she demanded 2.95$ for more salsa It is discrimination my wife suffers with agoraphobia so to go out to eat I have to pick it as To go. So I will never go back to this place! If you think they care…. Think twice!

Would have given 0 stats if I could. We waited 5 minutes to be seated, ordered drinks and served chips Waited over 20 minutes and still no one took our order. It wasn't busy. They did however took orders at the counter for two people. We paid our bill and left without ever given the opportunity to order.
