This is a damn good hot dog spot. And it’s a food truck to boot (everyone knows food trucks mean business ;)). Friendly service! I got a hot dog with mustard, coleslaw, hot onions — WHEW they were hot! Definitely a good spice. Stays on the lips. My husband got a chili cheese dog. I also had a bite, really good chili, a little sweet, a little tomato-ey, perfect. Good flavor. We drove here from Ridgefield because I saw this place recommended — definitely worth the trip!!!

Got the "hot works" (hot onion, sauerkraut and mustard) and hot onion, chili and cheese. Hot onion has an excellent kick to it, nice and tangy, and the hot dogs themselves are boiled Sabretts. Highly recommend.

Newark hotdog trucks are pretty good, generally speaking. I guess the real difference maker is personal preference and how they treat you. When I went I had a question about something on the menu and the response wasn’t great. Also, nobody was smiling. Hey maybe I caught them bad on a bad day. The hot dogs were pretty good. I just didn’t have the warm and fuzzies when I left. I couldn’t tell you not to go there but I’m sticking to JJ’s

Hello, I am currently enjoying a chili cheese hot dog! The dog is to die for, but the young man with curly hair and beard today was very unpleasant, unprofessional and impolite. He never told me my total, just took my card. While asking how much is it, after asking numerous times. In addition, he's making the two chili cheese dogs I ordered and threw them on the counter when done. I'm never coming back here. Service will always remain important over quality.

Wanted to compare some local trucks so I grabbed some dogs from Tony's. First thing was they had the Manhattan Special soda. I love that stuff so I was pumped. Nice kick from these onions but I will say in the Newark area I had other onions I preferred more. Won't say from where, don't want to pit one against another...plus now you have to go looking for them and give these trucks some business ;) The chili cheese dog was solid, really enjoyed that one. There is another truck (different one than earlier) who I feel has better chili, but this was a winner anyway. I'd definitely grab a bite here again.
