Nice sized burgers that make them more traditional than the smaller burgers you get at other chains. The buns are a little on the sweet side and softer than other burgers I have tried. Come here hungry as the burgers will fill you up.

Pricey for what it is. Maybe its just this location but wont be going back. A single patty hamburger and 2 piece fish totalled $28. I asked for ranch and they charged another $1 lol not impressed

Great tasting burgers BUT… Customer service by these young guys is not good at all. Management needs to properly train them. Smile to greet the customer is a MUST. They park me every single time I go and they always forget something in my order. Tell me why I need a ton of salt and pepper if I didn’t even request any? No matter how nice I spoke to the young boy, no matter how much I smiled, he didn’t even look at me in the eye and made 3 trips because he forgot the fries, ketchup and then the straws. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I understand this may be their first job but they NEED TRAINING!!! Also, my sweet potato fries were and tasted burnt and one of the burgers was very cold (they maybe gave me an old one that was left over). 😔

Decided to try something new while on the road with the family. I ordered the "Gigantic" Avacado burger combo. The only thing gigantic about it was the disappointment. It had a regular burger patty with a spoonful of guacamole on it, not sure where gigantic comes in. Other items stated guacamole on it, but I literally ordered the Avacado burger. Wife tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which had almost no flavor. Kids had the nuggets but didn't like them. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but it was a waste of money.

Ordered two turkey club sandwich combos, to go, got home no bacon on either sandwich, served on a cold hamburger bun instead of toast. I went back to complain and the cashier stated that they were out of bacon amongst other things. I told her it would’ve been nice to know. She cared less of my complaint. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she’s not in until later. Left my phone number and have yet to receive a callback. Read the reviews!

Unbelievably Frustrating Experience – Left Hungry and Disappointed I came here with my family after a long hike at Garner State Park, expecting a great meal to top off our day. Instead, what we got was absolutely nothing. After waiting for over 35 minutes and watching other tables get their food, I finally asked Jonathon L. where our order was. His response? A total lack of accountability and customer care. Instead of trying to solve the issue or at least checking in on us, he completely threw his team under the bus. He didn’t even know how to process a refund, so he called someone (presumably his boss) to "let them know they were busy" — which was complete nonsense because the place was far from busy (check #397568 if you need proof). My child was hungry, I was frustrated, and the entire experience was just miserable. I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but instead, I left with nothing but disappointment. If you want good service and food, avoid this place. The total lack of urgency or care for their customers is unbelievable. This is, by far, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never be coming back.

I'm sure the food is fine but I'll never know. Added and extra 45minutes to an already long trip to go the billy bobs instead of fast food. Ordered and waited in a dining room with maybe five other people for 30 minutes until the dining room was empty. Never got our food. Cashier never checked on us. We had to go and ask for a refund.

One of the most frustrating places to order from. Almost every time, something from my order is missing—fries, onion rings, you name it. It shows they don’t care about accuracy or customer service. The drive-through is just as bad. The staff act like you’re supposed to memorize the menu already, which makes zero sense for people who aren’t locals. It’s unprofessional and lazy. The food itself is nothing special. For the price they charge, it’s definitely not worth it. Between the missing items, poor service, and overpriced food, this place is more trouble than it’s worth.

Place was horrible and unclean, the food was cold and the owner was completely unprofessional and rude when I called. Never want to come again would never eat there again. If I could give zero stars I would and I mean that mostly because of the owner.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a large unsweetened tea and a large fry and paid almost $8.00 the fry was smaller than a large fry at other fast food restaurants basically about 1/2 a cup my tea barely had any ice with temperatures outside in the 90’s. Extremely disappointing. They gave me my fries in a huge bag with grease stains. I understand why there are never any cars there now. This place is ridiculously expensive and apparently not clean due to the bag they gave me. Glad I didn’t go inside. I will never go there again.!

Don't waste your Time or your Money! Worst service, Worst burger, EVER! So here's how the phone call started .. Me - I need to place a pick-up order. BB - How many items? (Huh?) Me - 4 burgers BB - we can only take 2 items. You will need to place your order online. Me - I'm driving. I guess I can make an order for 2 and hang up and call back for the other 2? BB - I don't think that will work sir. Me - I'm driving. Do y'all not want my business? BB - Hold on and let me ask. BB - We can take your order. Here's one of the burgers I ordered- A Bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled chilies, and grilled mushrooms. (Picture of my burger) - No bacon, 1 Chili, 2 onions and 5 slivers of mushrooms- Fries terrible.... Need I say more.
