People forget to slow down and enjoy their pizza, it's a totally different experience when you sit down and smell the roses. Pizza was popping hottttt, and service was fast. Pizza taste different when in a cardboard box it loses flavor when delivered, come to the restaurant and enjoy how pizza used to taste when, It's served fresh out of the oven, oh will be serving beer at this restaurant in the near future, nothing better than pizza and beer, yea Baby......

Went in before close, speedy service and kind souls helped me. Got cheesy alfredo pasta and cheesy sticks. Plenty of cheese for me!! Thank y'all!!

Customer service was Excellent. Very friendly and food was fresh and delicious 😋.

We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of toppings on the pizza! Much more than in the past. However, the boneless wings seemed much smaller than usual, not much sauce and were pricy, which I realize is a national inflation thing, not just Pizza Hut. But everything tasted GREAT and the service was fast and friendly!

We did the lunch buffet. The pizza was good. They seem to refill the buffet line quickly. Just wish there was more variety. Our waitress was very attentive and brought us our drink refills as soon as possible. Clean tables and good music playing.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered curbside online. Got there and parked in the curbside parking spot. Called to let them know I was there and they told me they don't do curbside. Went inside and the employees were indifferent. Not much customer service at all. Food was ok I guess.

We had the buffet for lunch. It was good and the buffet was kept full of yummy pizza. Our server was the best we have ever had at Pizza Hut. She was the only one serving and she was also running the register, so she was extremely busy. She was friendly and efficient and served us well. She should get paid double for doing two peoples work. The reason for only 3 stars is that the place is dirty and the chairs are wobbly and feel like they may let you down. Mr. Irvine, Restaurant Impossible, needs to come give it a make over.

Went in late and all of the staff but except the cooks were sitting at a table eating and did nit want to wait on us. Looks several minutes for one of them to come to the counter. Wasn't until after our order that we were informed the dining room was closed, but we could wait for 20 mins inside for the order to be ready. The breadsticks were over done and almost inedible.

I dont like my order delivered one hour after I place the order. I got a call that the beer I ordered wasnt available 45 minutes after my order. So I told him to cancel the beer. U saw the driver all over the neighborhood a good 7 minutes looking for my home. Very un satisfied for spending $50 to have cold food. This isnt the first time it happens at the Uvalde location. No apology no nothing. Very poor management !!

I am not impressed with pizza hut. Everyone I've been to is dark, almost to the point I cannot see what I'm eating. The servers at all the ones have been to are inattentive and borderline rude. The pizza is greasy beyond edibility and the ingredients they use do not taste fresh at all. The only shining light is the lunch buffet. At this particular location it is ok. The pizza sits under the light long enough that all the greasy runs off and it become edible.

We had the worst experience. First they bring us a pizza with the wrong crust, we ordered thin and crispy and they bring us hand tossed, then they charged us for 2 drinks when there was only one. This is not the first time we have had a negative experience. Will not be going there to dine in again anytime soon.

I ordered online and went to pick up my wings on time. (about 30 mins after I placed my order) After I paid for my food the cashier handed me the receipt and didn't really say much. Then I asked her if my order was ready and she said the other girl would get it. I stepped aside not knowing what else to do and waited. I watched as the cashier went about getting drinks for dine-in tables and the other girl who was supposedly getting my order. I saw her peek inside some heat bags and then cut some pizza for an order. As I waited I noticed a gentleman go up the register and he had an annoyed look on his face. He stood there for a while before anyone acknowledged him so I can only assume he'd been waiting for a while for his order. I got tired of waiting, too, and asked the cashier again about my food and she then asked someone else about it. The girl, who had been cutting pizza, then told her that my order was there in the heating bag, ready to go. It seemed that the cashier just assumed that the other person would give me my order but I don't think I ever saw her tell anyone to do so. The wings were subpar and the service even more so. I've only ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times and each time has been a disappointment. I don't plan on ever going back.

We went in to eat, sit down and waited for 12 minutes for anyone to come and check on us to see what we would like to order. Nothing so we left and went ate somewhere else. Really bad service with no service at all..

Went to dine in someone was sweeping the dining area next our seats. We covered are glasses wish they could have waited or swept the other direction. Our food was gross and tasted like soap we had chicken alfredo and chessy alfredo. All parties got sick that night. When we checked out and paid bill we had to wait for the young lady to get off her phone and get herself a drink before we could pay. This is the second time we have been in this Pizza Hut the other time was 5 years ago and we never got served. Tried to give you a second chance. We will not be back ever. Maybe to time to pick better employees or do some better customer service training or just training. So Sad.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. We waited nearly an hour for our food. The pizza tasted soapy and like chemicals on the bottom (as if the pan the pizza was cooked on was not washed correctly) and when we told the "manager" she laughed and said "ha I don't mean to laugh but never heard that one before" I was so upset. They treated us like we had no idea what we were talking about. Do not waste your time or money here please. Disgusting.

When our group of kids entered we asked what was the best deal? We were told the only deals were the pizza family box. After the food arrived, we see that there was "buy an adult buffet and two kids eat free. What?! Let's see we ordered the same stuff that was on the buffet except for salad bar and were being charged $15 more? I asked the manager if he could change our order to the buffet so we could save those $15...manager said if we hadn't started eating then he could have done it but because we ate, he couldn't. I asked him what he would have done with the food if we hadn't have eaten it. He said trash. That didn't even make sense. This manager refused to change our ticket because we had already begun to eat our food...the exact same food that was on their buffet.

Literally decided to stop at pizza hut after the cactus jack prca rodeo. Couple of riders were hungry and when we went inside they said it was closed…. @ 9:19 pm. Their neon sign said open. Maps said open till 11. Like what the heck dude

Don't eat here!!! The temperature inside was very stuffy inside with an outside temperature of 85. Looks like they were in the middle of a remodel. There was rotten lettuce at the salad bar. Our Supreme pizza was only sub par. We were quoted $19.99 for a special that actually cost $29.99 and the girl ringing us up didn't apologize but only lowered the price by 20%, stating she "gave us a discount" even though the lady behind us said she was quoted the exact same thing and was overcharged on her bill also.

How greedy can pizza hut be; charging a ridiculous $5 fee for delivery after paying for the pizza. Why exactly do we as consumers have to pay you a fee when you're driver's use their own vehicles. Because of this fee, this will be the last time I order from pizza hut.

What happened to Pizza Hut? I got a price on just a thin and crispy pepperoni pizza (medium) and they wanted $21 for it. I said no thanks and called Dominoes where I got a medium thin and crispy with 4 toppings for $17. The think their pizza is gold and I'm here to tell you it isn't. More like bronze or lead. Pizza Hut should just call it quits because they aren't even close to as good as they used to be. Time to throw in the towel.

Poor service, staff didn't know what they had served and had to retake the order after it was served. At one point I waited 15 minutes with an empty glass nearly choking on my food . We had to get up off our seats te request me soda, never have I ever eaten in a pizza hut as messy as this one ...they don't even deserve one star. Js

This place is no good but I don't think any pizza Hut service is good ant only came today because that's where the family stopped :( My complaint today is how are you going to WRITE on my receipt what my tip should be for a large group. I am well aware that if a large group sits together there should automatically be a gratuity and if the service is great hell pay it!! . But you're going to tell me that a large chain like Pizza Hut can't get a system that automatically adds a tip to a group larger than 6??? Unfortunately, the staff didn't handle this well. But it proved my point if bad service at Pizza Hut!!

Read the reviews people before you order pizza cuz it's all absolutely correct. This is a bogus Pizza Hut these are the second hand retard people that can't get right. Their uneducated brains do not let them function right. So don't bother they couldn't write it down on a chalkboard even though it was in front of them.

I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating pizza, so I quietly brought a small smoothie so I could still participate without going hungry. An employee approached me about the outside food policy, which I understand, but when I tried to explain the situation, I was interrupted and not really given the chance to finish. I ultimately had to step outside and eat in my car. It was embarrassing to be separated from my son’s celebration instead of enjoying the party with him. We were there as paying customers with a large group, and the situation could have been handled with much more empathy. I respect that policies exist, but the way this was approached made what should have been a happy moment feel uncomfortable.

We asked about the air conditioning only to be told, " we don't have control over that." Well if you want your customers to come back, MAKE THEM FEEL COMFORTABLE. I WAS EATING THE SWEAT DRIPPING ONTO MY PIZZA!

The waitress with the pink hair has no business in the food industry! I entered the establishment and the staff didn’t greet or direct me to table. Fair enough, they didn’t offer me a menu which was very rude. The atmosphere felt like I was in an old western saloon. At I thought it was me, however I was mistaken. The people coming to the register had the same experience. I just got of church, and I didn’t want to cause an outburst of my opinion. I had to give to God.

After that 10 minute mark I got up to go and complain/place my order AT THE REGISTER instead of being waited on by someone, and even then the workers disappeared in the back and i couldn’t even get the chance to complain. Mind you only 1 order was on their screen and we were the only people there. We left to another restaurant but wanted to call to complain, but guess what? When we called they immediately put us on hold. Very bad service.

We sat there as the waitress cleaned around the salad bar. She saw us and ignored us. I went to the manager to place an order and he said we had to place the order with the server. I told him we've been waiting for 15+ min and she hasn't even taken our drink order. It was hard to miss us. We were a large group. We waited like he asked and walked out after another 15min. She even tended to the people around us that were there before us. The manager made no attempt to help or address our needs. Never been back since. So we head to town house and they provide food for us and great service 15min before closing their doors. They were given a large tip!
