Went for a birthday to the new location and the good was still super delicious the new atmosphere was very similar to the original restaurant just new and more modern and more seating. This is a great place for celebrating birthday tiramisu is on the house! We went to the old locations for my wedding anniversary and we were given free champagne which was nice! Always happy to eat good fresh food!!
Food is delicious. Michelle was the best! If you like ravioli you must try the meat ones! If you like good pizza crust don’t pass up ordering a pizza! We had the Margarita pizza very fresh tasting. Yum all around 😊
Had my baby shower here and they were so accommodating! With extra tables and chairs, helping clear tables, keeping the water and teas filled. Food was excellent, everyone was very happy! Theresa is amazing and very welcoming
This is a GO TO spot in our family. Pizza is to die for, ambience is great, and the staff are so friendly and amazing. 10/10 would recommend! Great family restaurant with absolutely delicious Italian food.
This was our first time eating inside the restaurant, usually pick up the to go order. Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The server Yvana was excellent and very attentive. The atmosphere was bright and open and the food was delicious. We always order an extra dish to take home and this time we ordered Shrimp Scampi. Haven't tasted yet, but we've had it before so I know it's good. Plenty of parking.
It has been about 10 years since I'd eaten at Pietro's and honestly, I wasn't a fan back then. At a family member's request, we had dinner there this weekend and everyone in our group was very happy with their meals. The servings were HUGE so be prepared to enjoy the meal for a couple of days :). Heather was a wonderful server and very attentive. She checked on us repeatedly and was always smiling. The food arrived quickly. We will definitely be back!
Simplicity and Authenticity are more than buzzwords—they’re the foundation of their culinary craft. Specializing in Italian-style pizza, the restaurant prides itself on using fresh, homemade ingredients that evoke the traditional spirit of Italy. We sampled the 16” Super Special pizza, a standout that delivered on its promise. The crust was impeccably baked—thick, crisp, and airy—with a balanced medley of toppings that showcased freshness in every bite. The kitchen respects both tradition and ingredient quality. I love their fried zucchini and authentic minestrone (highly recommended)! You must also try their chicken wings. However, the Shrimp Scampi left room for improvement. While the shrimp were plump and beautifully cooked, the dish would benefit from a more garlic presence (or just my preference) and a silkier, creamier sauce. A richer emulsion would better capture and elevate the shrimp's natural sweetness. This restaurant is strongly committed to Italian authenticity, especially in its pizza. With a few refinements to their seafood dishes, this spot could become a local favorite for lovers of true Italian fare.
Came last week with my boss and a group of coworkers. It was his treat so I was happy with what they ordered. It was a half veggie & half marg pizza, garlic olive oil bread, Alfredo pasta, spaghetti, and a fresh salad. It was all very good. It was my first time dining here and I’ll definitely come back with my family. The service was great and attentive.
I have tried a lot of pizzas in my lifetime and this place by far has the best pizza I have ever tried! Everything was done to perfection! I can honestly say that this place is awesome! A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and that's a great pizza that blows everyone else out of the water! You won't regret it! UPDATE: It's been two years since the above review, and they are still one of the best pizza's I have had!
Came here at the recommendation of the BFs friend for good pizza. Got seated right away but there was a large party and one server so it took a minute to be acknowledged. Ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza and Ceasar salad, both divine. While the day was beautiful enough to call for outside patio dining, the flies were too much. I'm guessing it's quite magical at night when the patio lights are on and there are no flies. Would definitely come back for pizza.
Food portions are large. We ordered some pasta and a meat ball, expecting the meatball to be of a decent size for $5. However, if I had to tell you a price for the size and taste of the meatball I got, I'd tell you it'svalue was half the price of what we paid. Might be a while before I can convince my husband to go back to any Pietros restaurant in the area.
Came here on a weekday evening for dinner We ordered cheese bread, calamari, zucchini sticks, shrimp + chicken Alfredo, margarita pizza, tortellini with red sauce, and eggplant parm. Pros: -our waitress was amazing! Very friendly and efficient -food came out hot and with large portion sizes! We all needed to go boxes for pasta Cons: -We didn’t enjoy the calamari it was pounded thing then breaded and fries and we prefer a more traditional method of smaller pieces that are lightly breaded. -All of the dishes came out hot & fresh but could’ve used more seasoning, we had to add basics like salt and pepper to everything and it still felt like seasoning was missing Overall I’d come back again and give it another try!
Visited the place the day after Christmas, I don’t know if this was the reason of my bad experience, but it shouldn’t be. Starting with the service, the waitress seemed a little annoyed and not very patient. We ordered a beer (they only serve cans or bottles), but they didn’t have about half of the menu options, we asked what they had, waitress said a name, we agreed, waitress proceeds to bring a totally different beer than she previous said and with the can already open (giving us only two options: accept this opened beer or complain and create a very uncomfortable situation and fear the rest of the service since she was not very sympathetic). About food, not good. The white creamy sauce is EXTREMELY garlic, kills any other flavor your plate may have. The pesto sauce is a creamy pesto, so basically is this garlicky cream sauce mixed with a very oily basil pesto. I’m giving two stars because portions were huge and the mozzarella sticks were good. The price is too expensive for what they offer. It was $120 for two adults. Doesn’t worth, don’t recommend.
The pricing for the restaurant does not match up with the overall experience. It needs to be 25% cheaper. The restaurant lacks overall coherence. The servers are like a pizza joint, the atmosphere is like a small family restaurant, the pricing is charge at formal restaurants, the food is what you expect from a $20-$30 restaurant (this restaurant is at $30-50 per entrees)
So upset get a huge disappointment ordered my pizza online and specifically clicked the button that said light baked because Pietro has a habit of completely burning the crust to where it’s rockhard and black so I figured when I clicked that option they wouldn’t do this 30 minutes later I go to pick up my expensive pizza and I open it to see crust burnt and hard as a rock I tell the guy I ordered a light bake and he tells me well. We can make a new one, but it’ll take 25 minutes HORRIBLE so I have to wait another 30 mins to eat on a Friday You would get a zero rating if I could help it you burnt my pizza and it’s super expensive no refund no making me happy if you’re looking for unsatisfactory burnt pizza come here
Updated visit 5/11/2024 Server: Antonio ( I think it is his name) okay server. Table for 2- we ordered 2 Chicken Piccata Dinners. The Chicken Piccata was good ( see photo). I would have liked more cappers. We also ordered an appetizer, the meatballs (see photo). Now for the dinner to-go Shrimp Scampi, which was a terrible choice because it would have gone back to the kitchen. The shrimp still had its poop sac attached, which was so disgusting and disappointing, and I ordered extra shrimp for the meal for my son at home. My son was so disappointed. We can not recommend the shrimp after seeing the poop. I was not at all impressed with the sloppy presentation of the Tiramisu, which was mostly custard, and the lady finger did not look to be saturated in coffee. It did not have a coffee taste. Unfortunately, when you have tasted a proper fresh Tiramisu, all will pale in comparison. I thought I would not return again, but I figured I would try again with a different dish. Never again. I tried, but after the Shrimp Scampi poop sac, especially with seafood, I could not see what would bring me back for another meal. Our server was nice, and so was the lady who stopped at our table checking on us. ------------------------------- We picked up dinner. Ordered lasagna and 2 large pizzas. The lasagna is too spicy, which makes it not an enjoyable meal. I am so disappointed and threw 3/4 of it away. The pizza was fine but will not return or order for pick-up.
