Award winning restaurant design by top design firm Rockwell Group, our visit to Chasing Rabbits did not disappoint. This place has the full package, food is amazing, service was superb and the atmosphere like very few places you will visit. We came here for dinner, here what we enjoyed for appetizers: serrano ham croquetas - pretty average, would not order again, Gamberetti in brodo- very tasteful but a bit spicy, Pulpo à la Feria- one of the best I have had, Kibbeh Nayeh- one of the favorites of the night (get it please!). Then we also shared as main courses: Ora king Salmon- it was tasteful and we actually liked the most the puree it came with better than the salmon, cocoa coffee crusted skirt steak- another highlight of the night (just get it!). For dessert we got the hazelnut gianduja crunch- it was very well balanced and delicious (not too sweet). I will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will make sure to come on my next trip to Vail! The venue also has an arcade- “Rabbit Hole”- kid friendly, as well as a speak-easy- “Moon Rabbit”.

We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Chasing Rabbits on 12/9/25. Manny was our waiter and was perfectly attentive, always available without being overbearing. He took great care of us. All of our drinks, starters, and entrees were out-of-this world, and we had a great time in the arcade afterwards. We’ll be back the next time we want a high-end meal in Vail.

I enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at Chasing Rabbits. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming from entering the restaurant until the moment we left. Our server, Victor, was very attentive and pleasant, and the additional support staff, particularly Nick, were on point. I encourage all visitors in the Vail area to check out the various venue rooms offered!

During our group’s visit to Chasing Rabbit in Vail, CO to play at their venue space, we embarked on a culinary journey that showcased the restaurant’s creative flair and commitment to quality. From inventive cocktails to refined appetizers and hearty entrées, each dish told a story of flavor, texture, and presentation. The evening began with a round of cocktails that set the tone for the meal. While I enjoyed a local IPA from the tap, my wife enjoyed the 'Beans to Nuts' martini, rich and indulgent treat with a frothy top and deep espresso hue. Crafted with Moulin Vodka, espresso, Nux Alpina walnut, vanilla bean balsamic, and chocolate bitters, it offered a bold, dessert-like flavor profile perfect for coffee lovers. Equally impressive our friend had the 'Summer Dragon'—a visually stunning and refreshing drink served in a martini glass with a vibrant orange hue. Rimmed with a reddish-brown seasoning and garnished with a slice of dragon fruit, it featured Reyka Vodka, Italicus, lemon, dragon fruit syrup, and rose sage bitters. Bright and citrus-forward, it was the ideal summer cocktail. To start, the 'Serrano Ham Croquetas' delivered a perfect balance of crispy and creamy textures. Golden and breaded, they were served atop a rich manchego fonduta and filled with Yukon potato and jamón serrano. Each croqueta was topped with Sturia Prestige caviar, adding a refined brininess that elevated the dish. The 'Spanish Ceviche' was a vibrant and refreshing plate featuring diced cod marinated in lemon and garlic, mixed with avocado, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and olathe corn. Served with crisp rice crackers, it offered a satisfying contrast of textures and a bold, citrusy flavor. Another standout was the 'Crispy Pork Belly'—perfectly crisped on the outside and tender within. Garnished with pomegranate seeds, mint, coriander mostarda, lemon, and whipped labneh, it was a visually striking and flavorful small plate. But to top off the small plates was the American Wagyu Crudo – an elegantly plated dish featuring thin slices of premium American Wagyu beef, served raw in a crudo style that highlights its delicate texture and rich flavor. Garnished with enoki mushrooms, black garlic, and sorrel, a drizzle of black vinegar adds acidity and depth, while Belper Knolle cheese shavings and horseradish provide a sharp, earthy contrast, and topped with Sturia Prestige caviar, the crudo is elevated with a touch of luxury and brininess. Moving into the main courses, the 'Moroccan Chicken Tagine' brought bold North African flavors with a modern twist. Tender chicken seasoned with ras el hanout was served over saffron red lentils and accompanied by broccolini. Garnishes of dried apricot dukkah, marcona almonds, and spiced prune puree added layers of sweetness, crunch, and depth. The '2 Bone Pork Chop' was a hearty and satisfying entrée. Beautifully seared and served atop asparagus risotto, the dish was complemented by jamón-braised collard greens and finished with a Calabrian balsamic glaze. It balanced rustic comfort with refined technique, making it a highlight of the meal. Chasing Rabbit delivered a memorable dining experience through its exceptional service, thoughtful presentation, bold flavors, and inventive pairings. Whether enjoying a cocktail, savoring a small plate, or indulging in a main course, each item reflected the restaurant’s dedication to culinary excellence.

The ambiance is amazing here. The Restaurant and The Library are so beautiful. The textures and lighting, provides a warm, comfortable atmosphere for the more formal (and expensive) menu. We were not sure the food would live up to the decor, but it surprised all of us. The appetizer portions were a bit small but the flavors abundant. We decided to share several mains. The portions, not a problem here. The rabbit bolognese was magical. ✨ We were all fighting for the last bite. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The only negative would be the cocktails. We found them a bit over engineered and switched to wine for the main course. The services cannot be forgotten. 💖 Attentive and helpful recommendations. We will be back. 📸 Click on the photos to see what we ordered. PS. I would not recommend for kids. 10yrs or above.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had as exceptional a restaurant experience as we had at Vail’s Chasing Rabbits. From the moment we walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome and special. Our server, Stacy, was friendly,, attentive, and totally made our birthday celebrant feel like she was on top of the world. Our drinks were creative and refreshing, our appetizers were all fresh and nicely plated, and our entrees were all savory and satisfying. We brought in a cake from the outside and Stacy brought it to the table with candles lit and then cut it and served it. In terms of decor, the interplay of colors, textures and lighting make it a visually pleasing place to spend time in. The recurring theme of rabbits adds a layer of fun to the whole atmosphere that works well.

So this is five stars for a new restaurant just opening. The fact that things were good is amazing in week one. The waiter did a good job with recommendations so I assume they are giving them good tasting opportunities. The atmosphere is spot on as everything is gorgeous. The food was pretty good. I can imagine it will be even better in the coming months as they get dialed in. It is going to be a huge hit, all of it, and a place like this has been long overdue in Vail Village. It is nice to to swanky hotspot and some serious nightlife.

This is the best newest date night spot in Vail. We started the night with dinner by the romantic fireplace. Every dish was very unique and Mediterranean-inspired. My favorite was the kale chopped salad and the rabbit Bolognese. Even though the restaurant is only open for a week, the service was very fast and friendly. After dinner, we head over to the speakeasy moon rabbit room and try the three sheets to wind cocktail for two in a boat decanter. The presentation of this cocktail was exceptional. We chased the rabbit into the rabbit hole and ended the night with arcade games. Definitely will be back and excited to try other cocktails and menu items.

We love this place! We had our wedding here and it was amazing! Such a cool space with amazing food and great service. Tristin and Miranda were wonderful to work with and they made the whole process so amazing. This is a great place to host small/medium sized events. it is an experience everyone will love!

I booked a reservation last minute due to their menu having really interesting vegan and seafood options. I thought it might be a bit pretentious given it’s in Vail and having a glitzy menu, a connected speakeasy, and a nightclub/arcade space. Despite all of this, the restaurant was impeccable, cocktails, service, and food was 10/10 - the vegan moussaka was out of this world delicious and the charred eggplant was divine. Side of Moroccan cous cous was delicious. We also had the lobster cioppino, which was really decent but being a seafood lover I’ve had saucier, more mussels, and deeper spices, however there was a good amount of lobster claw meat and the accompanying bread was heavenly so just really nit picking here. Overall, surprisingly wonderful, thanks Stephen for great service ad well definitely be back.

We had a great time here for a birthday dinner, great ambience, delicious food and attentive service. The smashed potatoes and gnocchi were our favorite. We had dinner in the Library and played games in the arcade after, would go here again for a special occasion dinner.

I cannot rave enough about this place!! I went there for a nightcap and ended up staying hours - there is so much to do / see (you could come back night after night and have a different experience every time). The cocktails were fantastic, each room of the venue has unique vibe, and the attention to detail in every one is impeccable! It is by far the best nightlife in Vail - highly recommend!

THE Best spot in Vail. Stayed 2 nights in Vail and went to Chasing Rabbits both nights. 10/10 experience. Food, Service, and Atmosphere was ELITE. Went for the 1st time last year and will keep going every yearly boys trip from now on 💯

Vail Brand new speakeasy hipster restaurant. 4.5 stars Cool vibe, lot of beautiful people hanging out, mostly foreigners but fun to people watch. Service was a little slow, our friends table of five ordered and finished before us, (Had to ask our server three times for a straw). But we were in no rush and had ordered the Cote de Boeuf (rib steak) which they told us would take a little bit longer. (For $180 does not serve three people like they said). The eggplant dip was one of the best appetizers I've ever had! Skip the salmon crudo appetizer at $24 Very, very small portions! and the baklava dessert at $16 tiny portion also. The Rabbit bolo was very good! (Little tip... if you do get dinner you also get access to the club that opens up at 10:00pm in the game room saving you $20) All in all I highly recommend but check out the speakeasy bar, decor and ambience!

We didn’t actually eat at the restaurant, we just used the arcade but everything was stunning. It actually kind of catches you off guard how unique this place actually is! Or maybe not because it is VAIL after all. The arcade doesn’t have a wide variety of games but it’s still a nice place to just hang out and have a drink/catch the game. I’d definitely go back!

Stumbled upon this spot by shear luck and it was the best part of our trip to Vail. Super cool twist on a barcade. Proper mixology for the adults and plenty of games for the kids. They had a DJ setup so I'm assuming they even have that going on some nights.

This place nails it. Huge space in vail under the Solaris. (2) restaurant spaces and (2) bar spaces. Started the experience in the rabbit hole. Great drinks and games. By 7 pm the moon rabbit was open - top level craft cocktails. Brian is the man. From there transitioned over to the restaurant space. Rabbit bolognese was on point. This place was PACKED and food was flying out of the kitchen. Really impressive. Kudos to the kitchen staff tonight. Great food and cocktails in the restaurant. By the time dinner was done there was live DJ in the rabbit hole. This establishment gets it. Seamless service and entertainment coupled with great food and 5 star drinks. Will 100% be back. Really well done.

Highly recommend Chasing Rabbits when in Vail. Very hip place with creative cuisine and a great wine program. I had Rabbit Bolognese and it was outstanding. Our server was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

This place is wild! It’s a labyrinth of weird amazement. The decor and art are so perfect. Their arcade is great for groups. Their menu is incredible (I recommend skirt steak, friends recommend salmon). The best part is their little speak easy. They have shows there all the time. It super fun and a really unique experience.

Don’t quite understand such a low rating for this restaurant. Food was very good, portions are generous for sure, and the price is very reasonable for the area. Definitely worth a try!

Chasing Rabbits is the perfect place to spend an evening in Vail. We started off the evening in the restaurant and enjoyed both the beef tartare and rabbit bolognese. Both dishes had an interesting twist to them and were delicious. I can’t believe this place has only been open for a week. The service was on point and the ambiance was like nothing else in vail. We then went to the speakeasy for drinks and were amazed by the creativity of their signature options. After visiting the speak easy we went to play some games in the arcade (rabbit hole) with basketball being our favorite. We will definitely be back again!

Very cool place, extraordinary experience to be there. Very beautiful, not expensive, service at the highest level. I travel a lot, but this place exceeded all expectations. I recommend it. The bar with games is a separate story with five stars.

Chasing Rabbits is such a gorgeous spot in Vail with amazing Mediterranean food and excellent service. Everything we’ve tried has been outstanding, but my personal favorites are the babaganoush and the vegetarian moussaka—absolutely delicious! A beautiful atmosphere paired with truly great food makes this place a must-visit in Vail. Highly recommended!

The Restaurant at Chasing Rabbits is one of the most enjoyable and unique dining experiences in Vail and should not be missed. Nothing else is quite like it. It is a physically complex establishment with multiple rooms, each very unique. This year we dined in the Library Lounge Room which is elegant and much quieter than the main dining room. We started with the Heirloom Carrot Gnocchi and Short Rib Cappelletti. These appetizer potions are tasting size, but rich with exquisite flavors. The 2 bone pork chop entree however was very generous and embellished with a fantastic Italian sausage risotto, creamed kale, and hazelnut-pear chutney. Simply wonderful. My son had the vegan oricchiette which he equally enjoyed. For dessert we shared a. Hazelnut- chocolate ganache that was rich and smooth. The menu is complex and can be daunting at first but our server, Alex, knew the nuances of every item and gave us really valuable assistance in making great choices. Noise level varies depending on the room you are seated in. Casing Rabbits is an experience not to be missed!

Our family had a great experience over the holidays. We made reservations online, were seated on time and experienced really great and professional service. We really liked the food, but I can see how some can find the menu to be limited. Finally, the design of the place is just fantastic, I was really impressed with the attention to detail and how everything flows together. I’d certainly go back, but without children.

My husband and I first toured this place for our wedding venue back in December 2023 and I'm happy to share that we officially tied the knot on 9.20.2025! It was the absolute best time of our lives - from the intimate ambiance during the ceremony to the low lit dinner and then insane DJing & dancing, it was the best micro-wedding I could have ever asked for. This is THE place to host any event if you're looking for something extremely unique and memorable for your guests (not to mention the food is absolutely top tier).

The food was absolutely delicious! We had the Serrano ham croquetas, charred eggplant dip, lamb tagine, and vegan orecchiette. The eggplant dip was some of the best I’ve ever had! We will definitely be going back next time in Vail.

This place has an updated Nordic mid century vibe. Decor is crisp and inviting. Staff we had were all attentive when engaged with us. We found it a little hard once our server got busy but Augustin was great. The menu reads great and for the most part the flavors make the mark but there were some misses. We enjoyed the ceviche with the asparagus powder in the crackers- fun- and the shrimp in the garlic sauce. Salads were fresh and crisp. The pork chop had good flavor and the risotto was great but the chop came out too raw close to the bone. The Loup de Mer branzino had a nice flavor but our dining partners had small bones throughout (to management credit they took it off the bill) Drinks we ok- the clarified air was very good but my martini felt weak and lacked flavor - except for the olive. Not sure why - the bartenders I’m sure are fantastic. Fo dessert the miso flan type offer was interesting and it could have had more depth and the carrot cake cheesecake combo was to me a 4/10. Not moist enough, the frosting lacked the buttery cream flavor that normally complements this well.As some places have changed over the years this newer entry is stlll worth a visit

Fun if you are looking for a party dinner vibe. DO NOT COME HERE W ELDERS OR GRANDPARENTS. It is very difficult to hear the person across from you. Food is good. Would be great for a raucous night.

Really wanted to visit the speakeasy but it was closed on the days we were in town. Gorgeous space with many different areas. The Library is beautiful. And the arcade bar in the back was a very cool touch.

Mediterranean food with some unique twists…but honestly think some foods are best untouched. The service was awesome and we sat outside to enjoy the cool weather in July. The food was good but not great in my opinion. I love whipped ricotta cheese but at chasing rabbit the ricotta has a spicy chilli oil as a topping. This overpowered the flavour of the cheese. The bouillabaisse was different than others I’ve had. Not very soupy but more a thick creamy sauce. Mussels didn’t come in the shell and it was the only shell fish.

J
Jennifer Mendoza

It's a must go. A very cool place with fun spaces. However, the food was mid, our favorite was the crispy potatoes and we got many different dishes (steak, octopus, pasta, gnocchi, etc). The service is superb 👌🏽 but the food itself was a but of a let down. Go for a drink and that's it.

Chasing Rabbits was a wonderful dining experience with my partner. We dined in the library room and our meal was top-notch. What made it better, was the knowledgeable and kind server, Stacey. She was awesome!

This is one of the more unique places in Vail. We were in Vail with a group of 9 for a few days in early December and made it here 2 times during the trip - once for some after dinner drinks at the Rabbit Hole arcade/bar and once for dinner in The Restaurant followed by a couple drinks back in the Rabbit Hole. The dinner experience at The Restaurant was good with very good service and decent food. Many of the appetizers were good, except the Cacio Pepe. And the mains were decent as well. We had a few better meals in Vail and I would probably recommend to eat elsewhere and then to head to the Rabbit Hole, but if you do want to try it out, the atmosphere is nice, the service is good, the drinks are ok and there are some interesting options for your main.

Paulina Tran Hambrick

The restaurant opens at 5pm. We weren’t allowed to be seated until the reservation at 5:15pm. The beef tartare and gnocchi appetizers were the table’s favorites. Bathrooms are confusing. At one point, I was directing people on where to go. Was offered a complimentary dessert, but never received one.

Went to Vail for our honeymoon. We decided to give this place a try, we didn’t go for the food but we went for the bar & arcade. Drinks are expensive around $20 a piece & they don’t even taste good. Service was alright, don’t really have anything to say about it. During the nightclub hours, they will automatically put a gratitude on your bill. Thankfully I work in the industry & use the same system of Toast - So I knew we got charged for gratitude for 2 drinks. Overall, I recommend a different place to put your money to use. Unfortunately, this is the “only” nightclub in vail - So you don’t got much options if you want to party.

T
Tara Fuerst

The decor here is really cool, and our server was very nice. With that said the food is 100% not up to par with the ambiance and therefore very much overpriced. Thankfully our server noticed I barely ate my meal and took it off our bill, though I would not have asked for that. This place could be great if they can fix the kitchen. The food was mediocre at best and was a disappointment as we were super excited to try it out.

S
Sara K

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. In fact, negative stars feel more appropriate. The Rabbit Hole—and frankly the entire establishment it’s attached to—is a sad attempt at Aspen-level class with none of the service, soul, or safety. The food is overpriced, underwhelming, and completely forgettable. But that’s not even the worst part. Do NOT go to the Rabbit Hole nightclub. It is, without exaggeration, one of the most hostile and toxic environments we’ve ever experienced. The bouncers and staff are racist, aggressive, power-hungry, and completely unprofessional. They don’t just lack training—they seem to thrive on intimidation and abuse. Our group, which included a wedding party, was targeted, harassed, and physically assaulted without cause or provocation. One of our friends was already leaving when he was manhandled and thrown around like trash—we have the photo to prove it. This isn’t a nightclub—it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s chaos wrapped in cheap LED lights pretending to be luxury. The Rabbit Hole is a venue with a complete identity crisis: half arcade, half club, zero class. It's marketed as whimsical and upscale, but what you actually get is a dangerous, discriminatory mess. We visit Vail often, and this place will never get a cent from us again—not until it’s shut down or taken over by people who understand basic human decency and the law.

S
Sarah

Very rude staff, we had a reservation for 7:15. I already talked to them on the phone that we arrive late and the woman said it’s okay to get there by 7:30. We went to the bar by mistake and when we found the restaurant it was 7:32. The host didn’t let us dine in. When I asked her if they accept walk in she said no, meaning that they still had our table but they preferred to let us go. Not recommended at all! I’m glad we didn’t spend a penny in this place!

D
Desk A

Unfortunately the management here doesn’t really care about their customer base. We had dinner and cocktails and were hyped by our server to stay for cocktails at the speakeasy. We were a party of three and were flatly told that they only had a fourtop. No one else was on line. Not sure why they couldn’t seat a party of 3 at a fourtop, especially after we had racked up a bill at the restaurant and were given wristbands to attend their DJ set at the arcade. The manager (tall gentleman with glasses) could not give two stinks about whether we stayed or went. We gave them their wristbands back and called it a night. Not good enough to come back.

S
Sable 0405

It's true the place is very nice, but trying to rip people off by overcharging is outrageous. I made three purchases at the bar with my card and they charged me four times more, with charges of $150. This place is a rip-off.

r

The host at both the nightclub and restaurant were extremely rude. Customer service is not even a priority there. I have worked in the restaurant industry and normally am the last to ever leave a bad review. They did not care for any of our concerns.

J
Jennifer Wagner

Very disappointed!!! Don’t waste your money. Staff is rude and manager Mo is even ruder. They definitely don’t care about their customers. At more than $100 per person, I expected a better experience.

L
Lady Luck

Totally disappointed. Was at a business dinner so I didn’t want to complain too much. I already complained when the waiter places our silverware directly on the table. My scallops arrived and smelled like the bottom of the ocean. I could not bring myself to finish the dish. I wrapped it up so I didn’t complain anymore. This morning my refrigerator in my hotel smells absolutely horrible.

G
Ge Re

Club side: 0% Vail vibes! Bartender was so rude! Non of the personal smiles to you! If you want to sit for 2 sec they don’t have one single chair you can have with out having to pay for “VIP” 100% locals owners are more warm and welcoming with their guests! So cheap and disappointing experience 0 starts
