Very kind staff, excellent food. The veal with tuna sauce is incredibly delicate, the ricotta is exceptional, the trout is excellent, and the desserts... mmm, try them!!! PS: The main course and side dish pairings are excellent.

I was in this restaurant after mid-August, attracted by the reviews, I must say that the place is very nice, charming and quiet, for lunch, being a weekday the menu was only fixed and not à la carte, a choice between two first courses, the second course only one, alternatively either salad or vegetables (not a cold cut or a grilled steak for example, you would always want at least one alternative), for this reason I do not give five stars, simple but tasty food for what is offered, price in line with a business lunch, simple and friendly staff, recommended if you go on a day before a holiday or a holiday with reservation, overall satisfactory, to try again on a holiday to be able to give five stars and be able to try other specialties mentioned in the photos.

I visited this place some time ago, and the experience has remained in my heart. There's a warm, intimate atmosphere, reminiscent of an Alpine refuge or an Austrian hut, where the wood creaks softly and time slows. The Piedmontese dishes generously reflect tradition: intense, enveloping, authentic flavors. Perhaps a little too rich and fatty for my taste, but ideal for savoring after a long hike along the trails, when the tired body seeks refreshment and the soul longs to reward itself.

FLAVORS AND KINDNESS A somewhat isolated place for those coming from the plains, but here you discover the true flavors of this valley. They produce their own cured meats, which are extraordinary. The price/quality ratio is unmatched. We ordered a selection of appetizers (at least 6), a main course with a side dish, wine, water, and two espressos, and we spent 21 euros each. But the most pleasant thing is the kindness. Nice place, I'll be back.

Moderate prices, but little variety on the menu. The mushroom pasta was a simple cream and mushroom dish. Polenta with sausage or cheese—don't expect the typical mountain hut fare, as the cheese and sausage are served separately.

Today, after a horseback ride, the owner of the riding stables booked us a table for two (guaranteeing the quality of the products) at this trattoria. Upon our arrival, we were greeted in a very cold and hasty manner (he told us to go to the dining room, literally saying, "The table is the free one in the dining room." The fixed menu featured low-quality ingredients (pasta very al dente, breaded steak tough, and salad delivered still wet). And to top it all off, THE ATM, by chance, isn't working. And as I've been seeing for months, it's not working. But who knows why? You have the right and appropriate comments. We absolutely can't recommend it, neither for the area, nor for the food/service. P.S.: We're giving 2 stars for the service because, after we paid, the girl was more helpful in giving us directions to the waterfalls down below.
