The food is fine, exactly what you'd expect from KFC. The restaurant itself is disgusting though: the tables and the floor are covered in trash, and the toilets are dirty and clogged.

Disappointing. The chicken pieces were more crispy coating than actual chicken meat. They forgot to give me a sauce. The toilets were out of order and one of the doors was broken.

Not a pleasant experience. I ordered a bucket of chicken rocks and they gave me a mix of everything including a ribcage (which i find kinda disgusting). I have no idea what kind of cheese they put on the bacon and cheese fries but it tasted nothing like any cheese I've tried before, it was more like ranch sauce but yellow. However the underlying fries were surprisingly good, i wish they offered that without the bacon and cheese. On top of all this it was pretty expensive, but that's the same across all KFCs, the only thing here was that I was far from being satisfied.

It is not normal to wait for a burger, 2 wraps and 5 strips, 39 minutes! Very loud , very dirty and very slow service. Sorry , but it was my last time at KFC.

We went to have kfc which is usually good, but this place doesn’t taste at all like KFCs recipe. It was substandard at best. The chicken was greasy and did not have the spices that I’m used to. It was plain tasteless chicken the wings were not much better. They were chrunchy but no taste. The fries were plain with no salt and if I wanted to put it on myself there wasn’t any available.

Absolutely filthy restaurant and toilets. The standard of food was terrible and when we complained the manager couldn’t care less 🤬

As an American in Spain, I can say this place is a disgrace. They ran out of ketchup so I instead asked for barbecue sauce. They were going to charge me .50€ PER PACKET! I also told them I'm allergic to milk and asked them to give a large fry instead of the ice cream in the meal and they wouldn't do it. Wouldn't have been an issue in the U.S. also, the fries were cold and soggy.

I thought people are exaggerating about kfc in Spain telling that it's really bad.. but actually it's totally truth. I ordered one of the chicken burger - sandwich was totally cold, bread was super chewy, fries was cold as well. Only strips were good, but unfortunately I'll never go to kfc in this country (it was not the first time like that)
