visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet at Valencia town with my family, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service quality was extremely poor. There was no proper staff available to guide customers or manage order pickup. The staff present was unprofessional, careless, and showed an inappropriate attitude, which is unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. The pizza quality was very disappointing. I ordered a regular pizza, but I was served an extra-thin pizza without being informed, which was not what I asked for. The taste and overall quality were far below standard. Additionally, there was no proper arrangement for ketchup, especially for families with children. We were given only three or four small sachets, whereas every other pizza brand provides a full-sized ketchup bottle, which is a basic expectation. The overall environment of the outlet was also very poor and unsuitable, despite being located in a decent area like Valencia . I have tried many other pizza brands nearby such as Papa John’s and Cheezious, and their quality and service are far better. I have never experienced such a low standard of service and food anywhere else. This was a very bad experience for me and my family, and honestly, I did not expect such below-par and careless service from Domino’s. This feedback is shared so that serious improvements can be made and no other family has to go through such an unpleasant experience

Worst ever. So disappointing. I ordered their sauce boss pizza roll and it was raw from the inside and sauce was BARELY there. There was NO taste and it was absolutely awful.

I had a very bad experience with Domino’s. My order was extremely late and there was no proper update or support. The food was not fresh or hot when it arrived. This shows zero respect for customer time and money. I am very disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.

I placed an order at 11:28 PM, which was accepted by the branch. However, despite waiting for more than 2 hours, I did not receive my order. Initially, after 40 minutes to 1 hour, there was no update. I tried calling the branch multiple times, but no one answered. When I contacted the official helpline to check the status, I was informed that the order was delayed due to heavy rush. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, there was still no response. I called again to register a complaint and was told that I would receive a call from the branch, which never happened. I repeatedly tried calling the branch; eventually, they answered and informed me that the rider had picked up my order and it would be delivered shortly. Even after waiting an additional 30 minutes, no rider arrived. I contacted the complaint center again and was assured that the issue would be checked and the order delivered shortly. Another 30 minutes passed, and still the order was not delivered. This experience reflects extremely poor service, lack of coordination, miscommunication, and false assurances. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I expect better service standards from a brand like Domino’s. Please look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

Worst experience ever. Placed my order and waited nearly 2.5 hours. Kept calling the customer support and they always tell that you will soon receive the call from the branch and rider will be at the doorstep.

They gave my order to someone else. I waited and then they gave me the wrong flavors. Which I don't even like. I said to helpline, kindly change my order, the pizza is still there. After calling 2 times to helpline, they said they will call you to replace the flavors. But they did not call me. I was waiting for the flavor replacement. Overall they don't care about the customers.

So disappointed, Its not the first time that I ordered and my order was delivered an hour or so late, but tonight I waited 3 hours, I won’t ever order from here again as the Pizza delivered was all cold and my molten lava was without chocolate filling as it all had spilled out, their complaint service is as useless as their food

This is what they sent me as pizza melt and when I complained they wanted my half eaten melt to replace it with the new one. They told me that It was my mistake that I ate the burnt one and I should have waited another hour for them to respond . Worst service and customer service ever.

One of worst pizza in town. Totally inedible. There was no cheese, only a thick loaf of bread. Shame on them. The delivery was late as well. Again, please don’t order from here. Their pizza was inedible. Ap kha ni skte, sirf moti bread and upar thori c cheese. Size was like small, it wasnt medium. Never again

Wow. Seriously, people recommending this joint have zero taste buds (but then again, what do you expect?). This place is horrible. There were hundreds of mosquitoes in the place, the staff is absolutely horrible- they will always give preference to people they know. My family and I sat down in an empty place and the staff just kept serving all the people coming in first (the staff seemed to know them). We waited 35 minutes for the two pizzas (all the friends of the server were obviously served first). One of the pizzas was undercooked and had VERY little chicken. When I pointed this out and compared it to the other pizza, the server was like that's how that pizza is. We 'returned' the pizza which came back overcooked and with more chicken on it. It was disgusting. The other pizza was just okay. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place- it only suits people with dead taste buds.
