Uno de los lugares más bellos de nuestro viaje. El personal del cenote súper servicial y hospitalario. La organización y atención al cuidado de los que nadan estuvo siempre presente. La comida al ser bufet cumple de manera sobresaliente la variedad y calidad de los platillos especialmente la cochinita pibil. La Relación precio-calidad de la hacienda supera cualquier espectativa.

Agradable y bonito lugar. Tuve la oportunidad de conocer el lugar. Manejan 3 paquetes con opciones diversas, cada paquete tiene precio diferente. Yo escogí el que tiene acceso al cenote, bicicletas, tirolesas, buffete , entre otras opciones. Manejan desayuno que se pagaría aparte por si gustas. Tienen amplio estacionamiento. La servicio es bueno y la gente amable. El lugar tiene muchos jardines y vegetación. El cenote es bonito y refrescante. La ruta de bicicletas es bonito. La tirolesa cm son casi 35 metros de altura y son 3 torres . La comida es variada en el buffete y tiene buen sabor. Las bebidas no son incluidas. Tienes a. Eso a lockers, regaderas y mas. Tiene sus tiendas al interior. De recuerdos. Degustacion de algunos licores, etc. Las bicicletas puedes tener el tiempo que las quieras utilizar por senderos qué han hecho. Las tirolesas solo te puedes subir una vez . Tienes derecho a chalecos salvavidas. El lugar es bonito y colorido. Regresaría nuevamente . El horario es de 9am a 5 pm. Recomendable lugar.

Sin duda alguna un lugar muy lindo y agradable su cenote es un lugar bastante tranquilo no había mucha gente cuando me tocó ir, lo cual lo volvió más agradable

No comí en el lugar pero sí ingrese al cenote Saamal que se encuentra dentro de Selva Maya y esta muy bien cuidado y muy agradable

El lugar es bonito, y el cenote unos de los más bellos que he visitado, el uso de chalecos salvavidas es obligatorio cuentan con duchas y lockers para guardar sus cosas y el buffet no incluye las bebidas, el costo por todo lo anterior es $450. De alimentos les recomiendo el poc chuc y la cochinita.

Cenote hermoso!!! con pasarelas y escaleras ,disposicion de cambiadores y lockers ,duchas y chalecos salvavidas,un placer nadar !! Tenía muchas ganas de ir a este lugar, vi tanta publicidad que tenía las expectativas muy altas, es muy bonito desde la entrada que te recibe con una combinación entre selva y hacienda, hasta el gran cenote tan bonito. Recomiendo ir temprano porque luego el cenote se sentía muy lleno y había mucha gente además gente esperando entrar. La comida está buena, tiene buena variedad pero en cuanto a sabor creo que puede ser mejor, las bebidas las cobran por separado. La atención siempre fue muy amable, muy pendientes. Me gusta que cuiden mucho sus instalaciones y sobretodo el cenote, tienen instrucciones para ingresar para mantener limpio el cenote. Tienen anunciadas atracciones como tirolesa pero nunca lo vimos funcionar y parece que no está activo, eso nos confundió. En general es una buena experiencia, refrescante, con buena comida y un bonito lugar con la naturaleza.

Es muy bonito, instalaciones muy amplias y el cenote muy agradable con unas cascadita. La comida estaba rica pero no habia tantas opciones

Todo es hermoso el personal super amable y atento, tienen degustación de tequila, buffet, cenote, tirolesa y varios spot bonitos para tomarte fotos, también hay algunas estaciones donde puedes comprar cocos fríos, y una tiendita donde venden de todo un poco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This stop was a side excursion on our way back to our resort. It was one of my favorite things we did on our whole trip! The food was phenomenal. Way above my expectations, especially considering it was a buffet. The lime soup was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. I wish I could replicate it at home. The cenote was gorgeous. It was so lovely to just float with the life jacket and take in the scenery.

visited the Selvam Maya Cenote were we had a nice lunch and time to swim. This is an experience not to miss, it's stunningly beautiful and almost surreal to swim in the sinkhole. The water was beautiful with a diving platform which was fun and a waterfall flowing from above. There are changing facilities and lockers available. Locker and life vest hire was only 65 pesos so really not expensive at all

Beautiful open air cenote with a small waterfall that is surrounded by a thick jungle close to Valladolid. Once tickets are purchased, you will receive a wristband and can head inside to purchase a locker and life jackets (approx. $7 USD for two life jackets and a locker). The cenote is small and located at the back of the property but you will pass by gift shops, a bar and a small restaurant. Even though it was raining, the view here was incredible and very picturesque. There is something magical about this place. They say your skin will feel different after your swim in the cenote given all the minerals in the water. This place is very well maintained and the staff are helpful. There are separate washrooms and change rooms onsite. You will need to take a shower prior to entering into the cenote to remove any sunscreen or insect repellent regardless if they are biodegradable or not to avoid polluting the cenote water. It's very refreshing when you descend into the cool water and if you are up to it, you can also jump into the water. You will be able to see fish in the water and the beautiful rock formation. The cenote sink holes are very deep so I would recommend you to bring a clear floating waterproof phone case if you are planning on taking photos inside.

Beautiful place, we took a tour and this one of the places we stopped, the water feels good after hours walking and the heat is intense. You gotta put on a vest to be able to get in. This sinkhole has more than 100 feet deep.

Good service to take a dip into one of the Cenote's near Cancun. The change rooms are clean, the place is well maintained and the experience was great. There are a few souvenir shops as well at the entry point. This place also offers zipline and other jungle adventures.

Loved the food here! It definitely felt authentic and delicious. I went up for seconds… maybe thirds😅😂 I also loved the hibiscus juice! It was really hydrating after a long day of travel. Eating at this restaurant and hanging out on the beautiful grounds made the wait for the Cenote go by QUICK. I’d definitely recommend making the stop.

Amazing! Bring cash in small bills it’s $3 USD to rent a life vest (have to) to enter the sinkhole. Visit the tequila shop to try some! The Plumb one was amazing!!

A very nice place to go swim, eat, and explore! They have a nice place to change and shower, along with nice access to the senote. The staff is friendly and they have some markets around there selling items as well. They charge for water/drinks, so understand that its not completely inclusive. They also provide lockers, but not towels.

El cenote es muy bonito y de fácil acceso con mirador. Hay la opción de solo acceso al cenote y acceso con bufet incluido pero sin incluir bebidas, las cuales son algo caras. Cómo experiencia vale la pena ir.

Hacienda Selva Maya, con el gran Cenote Saamal, es un lugar realmente bonito y mágico. Sumergirse ahí es una experiencia espectacular. El buffet está bien y ofrece opciones adecuadas. Como sugerencia constructiva, le quito una estrella porque falta un espacio cómodo de descanso (como hamacas o sillones) para relajarse después de salir del cenote o de comer. Por todo lo demás, la belleza natural del lugar es innegable y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El lugar es hermoso, llega mucha gente de otros países. La comida no es muy buena y las bebidas no van incluidas en el buffet, son caras pues el agua fresca no está nada buena. - la verdad si le falta mantenimiento, creo que si limpiaran no se haría tanta lama.

La verdad el cenote está muy bello, cuando fui no había demasiada gente, otros pagaron las demás actividades pero yo no, la comida estaba buena sin embargo a mi parece creo que debio tener mas variedad, algunas no estaban tan ricas.

My wife and 6 year old had a really great time with me at this cenote. It's very well run with tequilas and other crafts for sale. The buffet lunch had a good range of choices and was very tasty. They had a couple of pastas and western foods which I didn't try because there were 5 Mexican meat dishes, tacos and other amazing local foods to try. They have a well-attended changing area, showers and lockers for valuables. Note that life vests are provided and compulsory. The cenote itself is nice. The water isn't as clear as other cenote with higher ratings, but I think it's because it is pretty deep. The natural water pouring in from the top is a nice twist, as you can swim under it and feel the cool water landing powerfully on you. There is a platform you dive from.. Maybe about 10metrrs high. There are also the small catfish around which you can get very close to. Overall a really good experience!

The food at Hacienda Selva Maya is ok, but the cenote... is wonderful! Great for refreshing yourself in the heat! Bright clean water! Really good! Only low point: the stairs are dangerous!!!!!

El lugar es muy bonito, es caro si compras El paquete con comida, las bebidas son extras y muyyy caras 80 pesos u agua de horchata. El buffet es poco variado y simple lo único bueno la cochinita. Los Postres mediocres. Recomendaría solo entrar al cenote el cual es hermoso y abierto. Ya incluye el chaleco y lockker con la entrada.

La tirolesa no está en funcionamiento, la cascada no estaba prendida, tuve la mala suerte que tampoco contaban con agua para las regaderas. El cenote es muy bonito y no había casi gente por el horario llegamos como alas 10, por ahí de las 12 del día se comenzaba a llenar, la comida del buffet es buena tiene comida de la región, frutas y pastas, las bebidas se cobran aparte no está incluida en el paquete de entrada al cenote y buffet.

If you come early, it's peaceful, you can swim and enjoy the water and you will believe it's clean. There are also very beautiful walking/bike trails. But if you are still there after 12:30 pm, hordes of tourists arrive who don't want to shower before they go into the cenote with their spray on makeup, shoes on, greasy lotion, their micheladas, and whatever else. The water becomes dirty and my family and I got a rash after swimming :(((( It is a real shame because it's a beautiful place that deserves good care. The staff should be **much **much** stricter with the visitors, obligating them to shower at least, and to not bother the birds and iguanas. 😭 Unfortunately many natural places in Yucatan are getting destroyed thanks to greed.

Its a tourist trap with an open buffet kept in open hall with birds flying inside and pecking at the food. If you see photos I have attached, the tourists buses comes here in droves, they are probably getting a kickback. The food is awful and cenote is meh and probably made up with a fake waterfall and planted hanging roots to create some kind of awe. Not sure why all good reviews here probably tourists coming back after Chichen Itza visit on the tourist bus finds this great after a long day in the sun and they haven’t eaten properly. If you have a rental car, drive away to Valladolid to some great local food. Avoid this trap. I can only sympathize with tourists coming in buses forced to eat the awful bland food here and swim in this uninteresting cenote. They don’t have any choice.

El chavo de recepción grosero, entrando al restaurante nos encontramos con Rigel un tipo grosero, despota y malinchista separando mexicanos con extranjeros ya que nos prohibió sentarnos del lado de los extranjeros a pesar que le pedimos una mesa en específico por el ventilador y nos dijo que no. La comida pésima no tiene sabor, en general no lo recomiendo ni volvería
